Angled bolt T-bar battery terminal clamp
A battery terminal clamp has a body portion with an intermediate aperture for engaging a battery post. The clamp further includes a threaded rod extending upwardly relative to the body portion at an angle to the horizontal of between 45 and 60. A battery pull bar extends from one side wall to the opposite side wall of the body portion. A wedge-shaped element abuts one side wall of the body portion. Together with the battery pull bar, the wedge-shaped element alternately effects a reduction in, or increase in, the size of the intermediate aperture.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure discloses an electric connection assembly having a support and a connector; the support comprises a support body; the support body is provided with a mounting groove and a limiting protrusion; at least part of the connector is arranged within the mounting groove; and the limiting protrusion can cooperate with the connector so as to prevent the connector from withdrawing from the mounting groove. Compared with the prior art, the electric connection assembly is simple in overall structure and convenient to assemble. In the electric connection assembly, the stability of the integral assembly of the connector and the support can be enhanced by arranging the corresponding limiting protrusions on the support. Particularly, compared with the support and the connector which are integrally formed by embedded injection molding, the electric connection assembly can avoid the problems of fixed mounting position, inflexibility and the like of the connector due to reasons such as tolerance and the like.
BATTERY MODULE ADAPTER
A battery module adapter for a vehicle or other equipment including at least one battery module and a housing assembly having a pair of battery terminals and a metal receiver functioning as an electrical connector defining a receptacle for receiving the battery module. The exterior dimensions of the housing assembly may be the same as the exterior dimensions of a standard battery.
Information Handling System with High Current Battery Planar Tab Interconnect
A battery cell includes a first power tab and a first conducting wire. The first power tab may include a proximal end connected to the battery cell, and may provide a first output terminal for the battery cell. The first conducting wire may be connected to a distal end of the first power tab, and may be encircled by the first power tab. The first conducting wire may connect with a power circuit board to provide power from the battery cell.
Electrical connector set with multi electrical-connection directionality
Disclosures of the present invention mainly describe an electrical connector set mainly consisting of a space-end electrical connector disposed in a battery accommodating space and a battery-end electrical connector connected to a replaceable battery. The space-end electrical connector is integrated with a first outer circular cylinder member and a first inner circular cylinder member therein. In contrast to the space-end electrical connector, the battery-end electrical connector is also provided with a second outer circular cylinder member and a second inner circular cylinder member therein. By such arrangement, after connecting the battery-end electrical connector with the space-end electrical connector, the outer wall of the first outer circular cylinder member contacts with a circular negative electrode of the second outer circular cylinder member and the outer wall of the first inner circular cylinder member contacts with the circular positive electrode of the second inner circular cylinder member.
CLAMPS FOR MALE TERMINALS OF POWER SOURCES
A clamp for a male terminal of a power source, consisting of a frustoconical body projecting out of a base surface that is part of the source against which it rests with its greatest diameter. The clamp comprises at least one first ring-shaped portion with an open section of its circumference. Said first ring-shaped portion has such a diameter that a predetermined radial clearance exists when it axially fits upon said frustoconical body, and also has two jaws which axially project out of its circumference and are located at the ends of the open section of the circumference. The jaws are in opposed, spaced-apart relationship and a device is adapted to cause them to move toward each other to clamp the ring-shaped portion around the frustoconical body, by eliminating the radial clearance. The clamp comprises at least one first plate-like element associated with said ring-shaped portion of the clamp on the side on which it is inserted onto the frustoconical body of the male terminal, which is made of an electrically non-conductive material and has a through hole whose diameter is adapted to create a radial interference with the diameter of the frustoconical body of the male terminal proximate to said base surface from which it protrudes.
Battery terminal connector
A battery terminal connector includes a body portion with a first yoke and a second yoke extending forwardly of the body portion to form a terminal receiver hole. A power fastener extends from a rearward end of the body portion to receive one or more of an adapter, a primary cable adapter, and/or an auxiliary cable adapter. Each of the adapter, the primary cable adapter, and/or the auxiliary cable adapter extends rearwardly of the body portion. The adapter has at least a first aperture configured to be coupled to the power fastener and a second aperture configured to be coupled to the auxiliary cable adapter. The auxiliary cable adapter may be coupled to the second aperture with an auxiliary fastener. A cover is coupled over the battery terminal connector.
Battery and battery clamp systems
A battery clamp system for a battery includes a terminal receiving portion configured to be coupled to a terminal of the battery. The battery clamp system includes an anti-rotation projection coupled to the terminal receiving portion. The anti-rotation projection is configured to be coupled to the battery. The anti-rotation projection extends along an axis that is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the battery clamp system. The battery clamp system includes a first flange coupled to the terminal receiving portion that extends along a first flange axis substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The battery clamp system includes a second flange coupled to the terminal receiving portion so as to be spaced apart from the first flange. The first flange is configured to cooperate with the second flange to couple the terminal receiving portion to the battery.
Connection module
A connection module according to which positional movement of each housing unit can be performed independently and sagging can be suppressed. A connection module that is to be attached to a power storage element group formed by aligning multiple power storage elements includes: bus bars that are to be connected between electrode terminals of the power storage elements; multiple box-shaped housing units that insulate and house the bus bars; and multiple U-springs that are provided between a pair of opposing wall portions of adjacent housing units and that couple the adjacent housing units such that the distance between the adjacent housing units can extend and contract. The U-springs each include a U-portion and a pair of base end portions that are located on both ends of the U-portion and connect to the pair of wall portions. The multiple U-springs include at least two U-springs whose pairs of base end portions are at different positions in a height direction.
