PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD PLUG-IN CONNECTION
20210203095 · 2021-07-01 ·

A printed circuit board plug-in connection is provided for transmitting the highest possible currents between a printed circuit board and an electrical cable, the printed circuit board plug-in connection being manufactured as simply and economically as possible. For this purpose, a plug-in connection having a slotted pin contact is proposed. Said pin contact is arranged in an insulating body and can be inserted directly into a passage contact opening of a printed circuit board in order to establish electrical contact. The insulating body has detent arms, which releasably engage in detent openings of the printed circuit board in a locking manner at the same time. By means of dovetail connections, several insulating bodies can be fastened to each other, i.e., can be cascaded with each other. A strain relief element can also be fastened to an insulating body by means of the dovetail connection in order to provide strain relief for individual conductors of the cable.

An electronic device includes a first connection module, a second connection module, and a positioning assembly. The positioning assembly includes a guide pin, a guide post, a guide bar, and an elastic component. The guide pin is fixed on a first surface of the first connection module, and the guide post is fixed on a second surface of the second module. The electronic device includes a positioning assembly which serves to position components during the installation of the electronic device. The positioning assembly provides space for positional adjustment to the first component and the second component and the elasticity of the elastic component avoids crushing or handling damage to the first component and the second component.

Coaxial cable male connector for transmitting super-high frequency signals

Disclosed is a coaxial cable male connector for transmitting super-high frequency signals, which is used in a coaxial cable connector for transmitting super-high frequency signals and is received in a connector socket mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB) to connect multiple coaxial cables to the PCB. The coaxial cable male connector includes: a single or multiple coaxial cables each including an inner conductor, an outer conductor, a dielectric, and a sheath, wherein the outer conductor, the dielectric, and the sheath are partially stripped to expose the inner conductor over a predetermined length, and a terminal of the exposed inner conductor is brought into electrical connect with a signal line terminal pad formed on the PCB; and a shielding can receiving the exposed inner conductors of the single or multiple coaxial cables, securing and protecting ends of the exposed inner conductors, and blocking electromagnetic waves generated from the inner conductors.

Connector and connector device

A connector is connected to a mating connector and includes at least one terminal, a housing and a retainer (90). The housing includes at least one fitting (72) and an exposed portion (80). The fitting (72) is fit into the mating connector and formed with a terminal accommodating portion for accommodating the terminal. The exposed portion (80) is exposed from the mating connector. The retainer (90) includes a locked portion and a locking protrusion (94). The locked portion is assembled with the exposed portion (80) and locked to a locking portion provided on the exposed portion (80), thereby fixing the retainer (90) to the housing. The locking protrusion (94) is assembled with the fitting (72) to project into the terminal accommodating portion and retains the terminal in the terminal accommodating portion.

CARD EDGE CONNECTOR WITH STRENGTH MEMBER, AND CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY

A miniaturized card edge connector providing reliable operation. A connector may have a reinforcing member comprising a main body, a first connector engaging portion and a second connector engaging portion. The first connector engaging portion and the second connector engaging portion extend from the main body in a first vertical direction and are spaced apart in a transverse direction. The first connector engaging portion and the second connector engaging portion are configured to be engaged to both sides of a card slot of the electrical connector. The reinforcing member may effectively protect the insulating body of the electrical connector against deformation or even damage. The reinforcing member can strengthen the connection between the electrical connector and the circuit board to ensure their stable connection. Since the reinforcing member itself is multifunctional and is convenient for mounting, the assembly period may be shortened and the product cost may be lowered.
