Sling adjustment and a weapon sling including the sling adjustment
The disclosure provides a sling adjustment for increased reliability and performance compared to conventional cam and slide adjustments. The disclosed sling adjustment is a single hardware piece that includes a slider and a cam. The sling adjustment includes an antilock wedge to prevent or at least reduce binding when using the sliding feature in the tightening direction. Extruded pins are also disclosed that can reduce the cost and the number of components that are needed for reliable performance. In one example, the sling adjustment includes: (1) a slider having a pair of side walls, and (2) a cam, positioned within the pair of side walls, having an antilock wedge and a center slider bar, wherein the antilock wedge is located on a forward side of the center slider bar.
RATCHETING STRAP ADJUSTER
A ratcheting strap adjuster comprising a bracket, a webbing plate, and one or more captive members. The webbing plate is rotatably coupled to the bracket. Each of the one or more captive members is moveable between an engaged position and a disengaged position, wherein the one or more captive members restrict rotation of the webbing plate in one direction when the one or more captive members are in the engaged position and allow rotation of the webbing plate in the one direction and in an opposite second direction when the one or more captive members are in the disengaged position.
Belt adjustment system
A belt includes an inside belt surface, a belt coating layer provided on the inside belt surface and a plurality of belt teeth in the belt coating layer. A belt adjustment system and a belt fabrication method are also disclosed.
QUICK FIT TANK CINCH
A tank cinch is configured to cooperate with a strap to secure a tank of compressed air to a buoyancy compensation device. The tank cinch includes an adjustable frame having a sliding member, a first cam receiver and a second cam receiver. A lever body including a first cam and a second cam is pivotably joined to the adjustable frame and is pivotable about a pivoting axis defined by the adjustable frame. The lever body is configured to fix a first end portion of the strap. The adjustable frame is configured to fix a second end portion of the strap with the sliding member when the lever is rotated about the pivoting axis towards the adjustable frame member. The cams are arranged to bear against an outermost surface of the tank and to be received in the cam receivers when the lever body is pivoted towards the adjustable frame.
WEARABLE PRODUCT BELT CONNECTION STRUCTURE
A belt connection structure of a wearable product is provided. A first transmission rack is provided on a side wall of a first elongate hole. A second transmission rack is provided on a side wall of a second elongate hole facing the first transmission rack. A gear is engaged with the first and second transmission racks respectively. A connecting member coaxial with the gear is provided on a side surface of the gear. A sleeve communicating with a slide way is provided on the outer side wall of an outer cover. The inner side wall of the sleeve is provided with teeth extending in the axial direction. At least two annular grooves are formed on the outer side wall of the sleeve. A belt button is mounted on the sleeve, and comprises a pressing portion and a connecting column. The pressing portion and the connecting column are slidable in the axial direction but are not rotatable relative to each other. Position limiting teeth are provided on the outer side surface of the connecting column. The circumferential surface of the connecting column is further provided with a snap-fit flange spaced from the connecting column. The snap-fit flange is engaged with an annular groove.
Web length adjuster
A web length adjuster may include a frame having a base and spaced-apart sidewalls each extending away from the base, a reaction bar mounted to and between the sidewalls and defining a first web clamping surface extending at least partially along a length of the reaction bar between the sidewalls of the frame, and a handle assembly rotatably mounted to and between the sidewalls and defining a second web clamping surface extending at least partially along a length of the handle assembly between the sidewalls of the frame, the handle assembly rotatable relative to the frame between a first position to clamp a web of a vehicle occupant restraint web between the first and second clamping surfaces and a second position to allow the web to pass between the first and second clamping surfaces. The first and second clamping surfaces may define opposite curvatures in transverse cross-section.
APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING STRING
The present invention relates to a string adjusting device. According to the present invention, there is provided a string adjusting device, including: a base unit including a base plate, a cylindrical lower housing provided on the base plate, and stop protrusions formed to protrude from an outer surface of the lower housing; and a rotation unit including a bobbin rotatably installed inside the housing and configured such that a string is wound therearound, a rotation head connected to one end portion of the bobbin, and an engagement member formed and provided inside the rotation head to be elastically deformable and configured to be caught on the stop protrusions.
Belt buckle
A belt buckle has a buckle body having an interior region for receiving a belt and a pivoting member that is pivotally attached to the buckle body. The pivoting member can pivot in a first direction to a first position and in a second, opposite direction to a second position. When the pivoting member is in the first position, the pivoting member contacts a section of belt within the buckle. When there is tension on the belt, the tension pulls the pivoting member downward so as to create firm and frictional contact between the pivoting member and the section of belt thereby preventing the belt from becoming loose. When the pivoting member is in the second position, the section of belt can be moved freely through the buckle in one direction to tighten the belt around the waist of a wearer or in an opposite direction to loosen the belt around the wearer's waist or withdraw the section of belt from the buckle.
Tie and Lever Tensioner Buckle
A buckle used to fasten opposing ends of an object encircling strap around a bundle. The buckle includes a base and a lever tensioner. The base has a bottom and two opposing sides extending from the bottom. Each side includes a first end and a second end. The sides at the first end of the base have pivot holes. The lever tensioner is pivotally connected to the base. The lever tensioner includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the lever tensioner includes pivot hinge tabs. The pivot hinge tabs are positioned in the pivot holes of the base to pivotally secure the lever tensioner to the base.
Adjustable buckle apparatus
Provided is an adjustable buckle apparatus, which includes a buckle base and an adjustment assembly, the adjustment assembly being movably arranged on the buckle base; when the adjustment assembly moves from a first position to a second position, the adjustment assembly can be linked to a connecting strap so as to change the length of the connecting strap within the buckle base; when the length of the connecting strap within the adjustable buckle apparatus increases, the connecting strap located between a child safety seat and an automobile seat can be rapidly tightened, so as to constraint the child safety seat stably.
