Clean body electric terminal
An electric terminal includes a contact portion that includes a contact box. A first contact arm extends from the contact box and is adapted to engage a corresponding terminal. The electric terminal also includes a spring portion with a first spring box that is located around a portion of the contact box. The spring portion also includes a second spring box that is located adjacent to the first spring box. The first spring box includes a first spring arm that engages the first contact arm. The second spring box includes a first guard that engages the first spring arm.
FEMALE TERMINAL AND FEMALE TERMINAL PRODUCTION METHOD
A female terminal includes a tube-shaped main body and an elastic contact plate supported inside the main body, possessing elasticity and extending from one opening toward another opening into which a male terminal is inserted. The elastic contact plate includes; a first section that faces the inner surface of the main body and is separated from the inner surface; a first contactor that is positioned on the other opening side of the first section and contacts the inner surface; a second section that extends in an arch shape toward the other opening from the first contactor; and a second contactor that is positioned on the other opening side of the second section and contacts the inner surface. The main body supports the elastic contact plate so the first contactor and the second contactor are able to slide on the inner surface. The first section is thinner than the second section.
Female terminal with a plurality of spring members and a projecting portion
A female terminal includes a terminal connecting portion extending along a length direction and having an insertion opening on a front end in the length direction, a male terminal being inserted into the insertion opening, a resilient contact piece disposed inside the terminal connecting portion and configured to sandwich the male terminal between the terminal connecting portion and the resilient contact piece, a plurality of spring members disposed side by side across a gap along the length direction inside the terminal connecting portion and configured to resiliently contact the male terminal from one side in a width direction intersecting the length direction and the height direction, and a projecting portion projecting from the other side in the width direction toward the one side in the width direction inside the terminal connecting portion and configured to sandwich the male terminal between the plurality of spring members and the projecting portion.
PRESSURE WELDING CONTACT HAVING A BELLOWS TYPE TERMINAL AND PRESSURE WELDING CONNECTOR
The pressure welding contact is provided with an electric wire connecting portion and a contact connecting portion. The electric wire connecting portion comprises a first fixing plate and a pressure welding piece. The pressure welding piece comprises a notched groove into which the core wire of the electric wire can be introduced. The contact connecting portion comprises a second fixing plate and an elastic piece. The second fixing plate contacts the first fixing plate. The elastic piece turns back from the base end portion of the second fixing plate. Further, the elastic piece is disposed in a state inclined upwards, towards the tip portion of the second fixing plate. The elastic piece comprises at its tip portion a contact point portion. The mating side connector can be inserted from between the second fixing plate and the elastic piece.
Electrical Contact Device, Electrical Contact Unit As Well As Electrical Connector
An electrical contact includes a contact body and a contact spring. The contact spring is disposed in the contact body and has a locking arm locking the contact spring in a housing. The locking arm moves in a vertical direction away from the contact body when a withdrawal force acting on the contact spring exceeds a retaining force of the contact spring.
PLUG CONNECTOR FOOR HIGH DATA RATE
A plug connector having a contact support (2), wherein at least one contact chamber is provided in the contact support (2) and a contact partner (3) is inserted into the contact chamber and primarily locked therein, wherein each contact partner is allocated a throughgoing hole on one side of the contact support (2) for the primary latch formation and so as to increase the transmission rate, and a further single throughgoing hole is provided on the opposite side of the contact support (2), wherein the throughgoing holes have an elongated rectangular shape.
CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR DEVICE
A cover has both ends in an extension direction being connected to an insulating member body. A dividing portion formed in a part of the extension direction divides the cover into a first section and a second section. The first section and the second section come into contact with a spring contact when a male terminal contact portion is inserted between a pair of female terminal contact portions. On contact with the spring contact, the first section and the second section elastically deform at least in an opposing direction.
CONNECTOR CAPABLE OF ACCOMMODATING MISALIGNMENT AT TIME OF COUNTERPART TERMINAL INSERTION
A housing having a height, width, and a depth direction, and cantilevered terminals having one end side secured to the housing on one side in the depth direction and having a resilient member forming a free end in an end portion on the other end side opposite to said one end side on the side opposite to the one side in the depth direction. Counterpart terminals are inserted into an insertion space within the housing from locations spaced apart in the height direction through insertion apertures occupying a predetermined area in a plane formed by the depth direction and width direction of the housing, the resilient member has contact points that contact with counterpart terminals inserted through the insertion apertures, and at least a portion of the resilient member other than the contact points, along with the contact points, is positioned within the bounds of the predetermined area in at least the plane.
Terminal fitting, method of producing the same, and connector
A terminal fitting 10 is provided with a body portion 11 having a tubular shape and extending in a front-rear direction. The body portion 11 includes an outer wall portion 17 arranged from one end toward another end in a width direction. The outer wall portion 17 includes a bent portion 43 curved on one end side in the width direction and having a curved outer side surface facing forward, a stabilizer 29 having a bent shape and projecting outward on another end side in the width direction, and cutout portions 37, 38 open in a front end of the outer wall portion 17 on both widthwise sides of the bent portion 43.
Bent female terminal and connector housing said terminal
A female terminal includes a mating segment, a circuit connecting segment, and a bent segment connecting the mating segment and the circuit connecting segment. The mating segment has a mating axial direction, and the circuit connecting segment has a holding axial direction. The bent segment has a bent portion so that the mating axial direction is substantially not parallel to the holding axial direction. A first plane portion is between the bent portion and the mating segment. A second plane portion is between the bent portion and the circuit connecting segment. A connector having the female terminal is also provided.
