ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes an insulating body provided with multiple accommodating holes penetrating through the insulating body vertically, multiple terminals used for contacting a chip module, and at least one shielding sheet accommodated in the insulating body. The accommodating holes include signal accommodating holes and ground accommodating holes. Each signal accommodating hole is provided with a stopping portion. The terminals include signal terminals accommodated in the signal accommodating holes and ground terminals accommodated in the ground accommodating holes. Each shielding sheet or each terminal is provided with an urging portion. The ground terminals and the shielding sheet contact each other through the urging portion, and the stopping portions stop the urging portion to prevent the signal terminals and the shielding sheet from contacting each other.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENT SOCKET
For an electrical component socket including a socket base having a frame shape to which a contact module is to be inserted and attached from below, an embodiment has an objective to allow contact pins to be in contact with a circuit board with stability. The electrical component socket is configured such that the upper-side plate is caused to ascend to an uppermost position by elastic force of urging means in a state where the contact module is not attached to the socket base. In a state where the contact module is attached to the socket base and disposed on the circuit board, the upper-side plate moves down toward a lower-side plate side against elastic force of the contact pins to be positioned at a predetermined base position, so that lower-side contact portions of the contact pins are brought into contact with the circuit board at a predetermined contact pressure.
Test unit
A test unit according to the present invention includes: a first contact probe contacting with an electrode provided on a front surface of one of contact targets, and contacting with an electrode of the other contact target; a second contact probe contacting with an electrode provided on a back surface of the one of contact targets and contacting with an electrode of a substrate; a first probe holder including a suction holder that sucks and holds the one of contact targets, and accommodating and holding therein the first contact probes; a second probe holder accommodating and holding therein the second contact probes; and a base portion, which is layered over the first probe holder and holds the other contact target at a side thereof layered over the first probe holder; and a gap is formed between the other contact target and the first probe holder.
Electrical connector and electronic device
An electrical connector includes: an insulating body having multiple accommodating holes; and multiple terminals accommodated in the accommodating holes. Each terminal has a base portion. An elastic arm bends upward and extends from the base portion. A contact portion bends and extends from the elastic arm. A width of the contact portion is greater than a width of the elastic arm at a bending portion connecting the elastic arm to the base portion, which is less than or equal to widths of the remaining portions of the elastic arm. A first urging portion bends downward and extends from the contact portion. A bending arm bends and extends from a lower end of the base portion. The bending arm bends to form a conductive portion. The conductive portion bends upward and extends to form a second urging portion. The first urging portion urges against the second urging portion.
Electrical Supply and Shelf System Having Same
A shelf system and a label LED strip lamp includes a shelf and a label LED strip lamp. Each of at least one carrier element includes a body, and a clamping assembly. The clamping assembly includes a clamping slot and a catch plate provided on the clamping slot. The label LED strip lamp includes a snap assembly for engagement with the catch plate, and a lamp tube. The snap assembly includes a connecting edge, a set of clamping tooth disposed on one side of the connecting edge, and a wavy-shaped engaging edge spaced from the clamping tooth. The clamping tooth inserts into the clamping slot. The lamp tube includes a non-transparent edge, an upper light transmitting edge connecting the non-transparent edge with the catch plate, and a lower light transmitting edge.
Electrical contact assembly of a plug-in connection terminal
The present disclosure relates to an electrical contact assembly of a plug-in connection terminal, which has an electrical contact having a first connector element for connecting a plug-in contact in a plug-in direction, a second connector element for connecting an electrical conductor in a clamping manner being arranged on the electrical contact, the first connector element having at least one contact element that has at least one first section and one second section, the width of the first section at a right angle to the plug-in direction being greater than the width of the second section at a right angle to the plug-in direction.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector includes an insulating body having multiple receiving slots, and multiple first terminals and multiple second terminals respectively received in the receiving slots. Each first terminal has a first connecting portion, a first elastic arm bending and upward extending from the first connecting portion, and a first conducting arm bending and extending from the first connecting portion. Each second terminal has a second connecting portion, a second elastic arm bending and extending upward from the second connecting portion, and a second conducting arm bending and extending from the second connecting portion. A bent position between each of the first connecting portions and a corresponding one of the first elastic arms is higher than a bent position between each of the second connecting portions and a corresponding one of the second elastic arms.
SHIELDED INTERCONNECT ARRAY
A shielded interconnect array and associated methods are described. Examples of the shielded interconnect array include socket connections that include conductive members with flexible bends. In examples shown, corresponding grounded conductive members with flexible bends are located adjacent to other conductive members with flexible bends to provide shielding.
Board-edge plug connector
A board-edge plug connector establishes an electrical connection between at least one electrical conductor and at least one printed circuit board. The board-edge plug connector has a housing which accommodates at least one contact element and has at least one cavity which receives both the conductor and also the printed circuit board at least partially in the housing. The contact element both encloses and makes contact with the printed circuit board in a spring-elastic manner and also clamps the conductor against the housing and makes contact with it in a spring-elastic manner.
Bulkhead
A bulkhead may include a fixed body having a first contact surface and an exterior fixed body surface, a first electrical contact, and a first spring having a first spring end in contact with the first contact surface and a second spring end in contact with the first electrical contact.
