Quick release plug pack assembly
A cassette assembly includes a housing for plugs having release latches, the housing including a support surface and first hinge feature. The assembly also includes a compression lever including a post and a second hinge feature configured to cooperate with the first hinge feature to form a hinge. The assembly also includes a latch depressor including first and second ends, the latch depressor having a channel configured to receive the post. In response to a force applied to the compression lever with the first and second hinge features in cooperation, the channel in receipt of the post, and a plug in the housing, the compression lever rotates about the hinge, the post translates the force to the channel, the first end of the latch depressor abuts and pivots at the support surface, and the second end of the latch depressor contacts the release latch of the plug in the housing.
CONNECTOR MODULE, COMMUNICATION CABLE WITH CONNECTOR, AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector module provided on an end part of a communication cable used in communication of 100 Mbps or faster includes a first terminal, a connector member for accommodating the first terminal, a tubular shield member for covering an outer periphery of the connector member, and a tubular conductive rubber member to be electrically connected to the shield member. The shield member includes an accommodating portion for accommodating a part of the conductive rubber member on a side where an end part of the communication cable is inserted. The conductive rubber member includes a first region to be accommodated into the accommodating portion and a second region not to be accommodated into the accommodating portion. The first and second regions constitute an integrally molded body. The second region has a larger outer diameter than the first region.
JOINT CONNECTOR
A joint connector 10 for electrically connecting a plurality of wires 11 includes a housing 29 and a joint terminal 12 to be disposed in the housing 29. The joint terminal 12 includes a plurality of branch portions 20 arranged along an arrangement direction, a plurality of wire connecting portions 17 respectively continuous with the plurality of branch portions 20 and to be connected to the plurality of wires 11, and a coupling portion 19 for electrically connecting the plurality of branch portions 20 by coupling the plurality of branch portions 20. The coupling portion 19 is in the form of a plate extending in the arrangement direction and is bent. The coupling portion 19 is engaged with the housing 29.
TERMINAL MODULE
A terminal module (10) is provided with a terminal fitting (12) to be connected to an end part of a cable (11), a rubber plug (13) to be held in close contact with the outer periphery of the cable (11), a housing (14) for supporting the terminal fitting (12), and a cover (15) to be mounted on the housing (14) to cover the terminal fitting (12). The rubber plug (13) is sandwiched and held between the housing (14) and the cover (15).
Connector assembly including a connector and a mating connector lockably engageable with each other
A connector assembly comprises a connector and a mating connector. The mating connector comprises a mating housing. The mating housing is formed with a release projection. The connector comprises a first housing and a second housing. The first housing is provided with a stopper. The second housing is provided with a stopped portion. One of the first housing and the second housing is provided with a second support portion which supports a supported portion. When the second housing is installed to the first housing, the stopped portion is brought into abutment with the stopper, and a movement of the second housing is regulated by the stopper. When the thus-regulated second housing is received into the mating housing together with the first housing, one of the second support portion and the supported portion is brought into abutment with the release projection so that the regulation of the second housing is released.
Connector for a flat flexible cable
A connector for a flat flexible cable or flat printed cable includes a housing portion and a plurality of terminals. The housing portion includes a plurality of terminal receiving passageways each receiving a contact portion of one of the plurality of terminals. A plurality of conductors exposed in a window extending through an insulation material of the flat flexible cable are each clamped in a terminating portion of one of the plurality of terminals by a clamping force applied thereon by a cover selectively fixable with respect to the housing portion.
CONDUCTOR CONNECTION TERMINAL
A conductor connection terminal having a first insulating material housing and a second insulating material housing. The first and the second insulating material housings each have a plurality of conductor insertion openings arranged side by side for inserting an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction into the insulating material housing. The first insulating material housing has a first busbar and the second insulating material housing has a second busbar, and at least two conductor insertion openings of the first insulating material housing and the second insulating material housing are each associated with a clamping spring having a clamping leg. The clamping leg and the respective busbar form a clamping point for an electrical conductor to be clamped.
Connector and board unit
It is aimed to reduce an external force acting on a circuit board. A connector (10) is provided with a housing (12) including a board accommodating portion (13), a circuit board (42) accommodated in the board accommodating portion (13), a first terminal holding portion (26) formed in the housing (12) to be integrated with the board accommodating portion (13), a second terminal holding portion (30) formed in the housing (12) to be integrated with the board accommodating portion (13) and second terminal fittings (52) connected to the circuit board (42) while being held in the second terminal holding portion (30).
PLUG CONNECTOR FOR TRANSMITTING OPTICAL AND ELECTRICAL SIGNALS
A plug connector, which can be fastened to a line, for transmitting optical and electrical signals, includes a contact support, two contact fastening regions, a lens fastening region and a locking member. The contact fastening regions are formed in the contact support and are each configured to receive an electrical contact, which is connectable to the line, for transmitting the electrical signals. The lens fastening region is formed in the contact support and is configured to receive, in an aligned manner, a lens member, which is connectable to the line, for transmitting the optical signals.
