Illuminated belt buckle for a safety belt device of a motor vehicle
The present invention relates to an illuminated belt buckle (1) for a safety belt device of a motor vehicle. The illuminated belt buckle (1) comprises a housing (2), a push-button (3) displaceable in the housing (2), an insertion slot (4), bordered by an edge section (21) of the housing (2) and the push-button (3), for inserting a latch plate lockable in the belt buckle (1), at least one light source (10) and at least one light guide (11), wherein the light guide (11) is coupled to at least one light-emitting surface (12, 13) starting from a light entry surface (22). It is provided that a shielding element (14) is arranged on the light guide (11) and shields the light guide (11) at least from a housing part (7, 8, 9) of the housing (2) and/or a cavity (15) in the interior of the housing (2) in which the push-button (3) is arranged. The invention also relates to a method for producing such an illuminated belt buckle (1).
Buckle device
A buckle device comprises a main body unit, a latch unit and a fastening unit. The main body unit includes a housing surrounding and defining an accommodating space, two first apertures provided in the housing, two slider blocks arranged in the accommodating space, and two first elastic bodies abutting against the slider blocks. The latch unit includes a tongue element and two tongue openings provided on the tongue element. The fastening unit includes two bolt bodies passing through the first apertures, and two second elastic bodies abutting against the bolt bodies. When the tongue element is separated from the two slider blocks, the two slider blocks are pushed by the two first elastic bodies, and the two bolt bodies is pushed against by the two slider blocks. When the tongue element is in contact with the two slider blocks, the two slider blocks are pushed by the tongue element, and the two bolt bodies are pushed into the two tongue openings by the two second elastic bodies, so that the tongue element can be securely fastened. Accordingly, the external pulling force of the tongue element can be increased, and the structure of the buckle device can be effectively improved.
Buckle device capable of displaying locked state
A buckle device capable of displaying a locked state includes a main body unit, a latch unit, a fastening unit, an electromagnetic unit, and a control unit. The main body unit includes a main body and the latch unit includes a detachable tongue element. The fastening unit includes a bolt body interfering with the tongue element. The electromagnetic unit includes an electromagnetic module and an electromagnetic rod. The electromagnetic module controls the electromagnetic rod to interfere with the bolt body. The control unit includes a control module, a display module and a magnetic rod detection module for detecting the position of the electromagnetic rod. The control unit receives detection information of the magnetic bolt detection module and controls the display module to display a current state according to the position of the at least one electromagnetic rod.
Seat belt apparatus and buckle
A buckle has a buckle mechanism with a lock pawl and a latch pin. The latch pin is designed to travel only in a longitudinal or horizontal direction relative to the buckle mechanism. When a latch plate assembly is secured, the latch pin holds the lock pawl in a latched position and prevents accidental release of the latch plate assembly. A release button is coupled to the latch plate retention bar so that all of the effective actuation and other motions are in the longitudinal direction of the buckle mechanism. The buckle mechanism has an ejector mechanism with an ejection spring for ejecting the latch plate assembly.
FASTENER, FASTENER MONITORING SYSTEM, AND CHILD CARRIER
This application relates to a fastener, a fastener monitoring system, and a child carrier. The fastener includes a male buckle, a female buckle, and a control circuit. The fastener has a locked state in which the male buckle is snap-fitted to the female buckle and an unlocked state in which the male buckle is separated from the female buckle. The control circuit is disposed on the male buckle and/or the female buckle. The control circuit includes a wireless communication module. In response to the fastener being in the locked state, the control circuit controls the wireless communication module to transmit a wireless signal.
CLAMPING DEVICE
Disclosed a clamping device for belts or ropes comprising a lower panel comprising a flat surface portion perpendicularly integrated with a securing plate having recess; and an upper panel comprising a push button for unlocking said clamping device; a locking panel located in between the lower panel and the upper panel comprising a pressing lever engaged with a protruding panel through the protruding end of said panel, and a pair of springs; the pair of springs are integrated at the sides of the pressing lever and connected at the sides of protruding panel to form a retractable locking combination; the clamping device is in a locking position when the protruding panel is inserted into the recess of the securing plate; and the clamping device is in an unlocking position when the protruding panel is retracted from the recess of the securing plate by pushing the push button.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ELECTRIC UTILITY LOCKOUT DEVICE
A system and method for securing a locked-out component is provided. One embodiment slides a slidable blade of a lock out controller from a lockout position to a release position, wherein an inside connector between the slidable blade and a piston of a lock out attachment pushes the piston from a hook lock position to a hook extended position so that a hook is extended outward from the lock out attachment; coupling the hook to the locked-out component; and sliding the slidable blade of the lock out controller from the release position to the lockout position, wherein the inside connector coupled between the slidable blade pulls the piston from the hook extended position to the hook lock position, and wherein the hook is retracted substantially back into the interior of the lock out attachment so that the locked-out component that is coupled to the hook cannot be accessed by a tool.
Webbing-buckling device of a multi-point seat belt system
A webbing-buckling device of a multi-point seat belt system has a buckle assembly and a tongue assembly. The buckle assembly has a buckle base having a first frame portion and a webbing-locking member slidably inserted through the first frame portion. The tongue assembly is disposed on the buckle assembly and has a tongue base having a second frame portion and a webbing-fixing member slidably inserted through the second frame portion. One of two webbings is inserted between the first frame portion and the webbing-locking member, and the other webbing is inserted between the second frame portion and the webbing-fixing member. Alternatively, the webbing-buckling device has a buckle assembly and two tongue assemblies disposed on the buckle assembly. Each tongue assembly has a tongue base having a second frame portion and a webbing-fixing member inserted through the second frame portion. The webbings are inserted through the tongue assemblies.
