WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including a wire harness main body that includes an electric wire and an exterior tube that encloses an outer circumferential surface of the electric wire; a path restricting member that is attached to an outer circumferential surface of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and an attaching member that is attached to an outer circumferential surface of a connecting portion of the path restricting member.
PROTECTOR
A protector includes a protector body, a lid member, and an engagement mechanism. The lid member has a ceiling and a protrusion. When a first wiring member and a second wiring member are accommodated in an accommodating space in a non-regular arrangement in which a peripheral surface of the first wiring member contacts a bottom and a peripheral surface of the second wiring member contacts the peripheral surface of the first wiring member, the peripheral surface of the second wiring member contacts the protrusion on the way of the transition of the engagement mechanism from a non-engagement state to an engagement state. When accommodated in a regular arrangement, the engagement mechanism transitions from the non-engagement state to the engagement state.
Wire harness protector and routing structure of wire harness using wire harness protector
The wire harness protector includes: electrical wiring insertion parts in which electrical wirings constituting a wire harness are divided and housed, wherein electrical wiring insertion parts are arranged in parallel, at least one side of an arrangement direction of electrical wiring insertion parts is a branch direction of the electrical wirings, at least one branch electrical wiring window is provided in each of the electrical wiring insertion parts except for one of the electrical wiring insertion parts located farthest from the branch direction to extending in a longitudinal direction and be opened in both side surfaces, into which branch electrical wirings made up of a part of the electrical wirings can be inserted, and the branch electrical wiring insertion window is provided in at least a side surface on a side of the branch direction of one of the electrical wiring insertion parts located farthest from the branch direction.
Expandable cord protector
A cord protector comprising at least one elongated body and at least one coupler. The elongated body has a base and a lid, and has a cavity in each of the first end and second end of the elongated body. The base has a channel extending between the first end and the second end in which a cord may rest. The channel may have one or more ridges. The lid is configured to insert into and cover the channel, and may have one or more grooves sized and shaped to receive a ridge. The coupler has a leading end and a trailing end. The leading end is sized and shaped to mate with the cavity of the first end and the trailing end is sized and shaped to mate with the cavity of the second end. Multiple elongated bodies can be coupled together through the use of the couplers.
Wire management system with flexible tab
A wire management system including a cord cover. The cord cover includes a front wall coupled or integral with two side walls. A flexible entry tab is formed at an end of one of the side walls. An end of the other of the side walls is coupled or integral to a rear wall extending laterally from the side wall. The width of the rear wall can be less than the width of the front wall to form an opening between the rear wall and the opposed side wall. A cavity is formed between the front wall, side walls and rear wall. An adhesive material or adhesive strip is attached to an outer surface of the rear wall for attachment of the cord cover to a surface. The flexible tab can be flexed for inserting a cord or wire and automatically returns to the same plane as the side wall for providing a streamlined appearance of the cord cover.
WIRING TROUGH AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A wiring trough, comprising a trough body, and a trough cover arranged on the trough body, wherein the two ends of the trough body are respectively provided with a first clamping portion, and the two ends of the trough cover are respectively provided with a second clamping portion, wherein the trough body and the trough cover are connected in a mutual clamping manner through the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion, wherein a channel for receiving a wire is formed by the trough body and the trough cover, wherein a first decoration lug is arranged on each of the first clamping portion, and a second decoration lug is arranged on each of the second clamping portion.
Cable trough
A cable trough (1) has a base (2) a plurality of sidewalls (3) and open ends (5, 6) arranged for connection to the open end of another cable trough to form a cable trough system. Both open ends (5, 6) are provided with a multiway connector (25, 26). The multiway connectors (25, 26) comprise both a groove (9) to receive the tongue (11) of another cable trough and a tongue for insertion into the groove of another cable trough. Both ends are capable of connection to a male connector (16) of another cable trough, comprising a tongue, and capable of connection to a female connector (15) of another cable trough, comprising a groove.
Busbar module
A busbar module includes a case to be attached to a battery assembly, a busbar supported by the case and to be connected to an electrode of single cells of the battery assembly and electric wires to be routed in the case. The case is provided with electric wire routing grooves to accommodate the electric wires, the electric wire routing grooves intersecting with one another. A part of the plurality of electric wires bends at a connection portion of the plurality of electric wire routing grooves. The connection portion is provided with a guide taper provided inside a bent portion of the part of the plurality of electric wires and a wire locking portion to lock the at least a part of the electric wires at a side of the bent portion of the at least the part of the electric wires.
Cable Duct Assembly
A cable duct assembly configured to retain an elongated cable is presented herein. The cable duct assembly includes a cover plate connected to a first sidewall and a second sidewall and a base plate pivotally connected to the first sidewall and the second sidewall. The first sidewall includes first arms that include lobe mechanisms and second arms that include rotation limiting portions.
