Wire harness routing method, wire harness routing structure, and wire harness protector
A wire harness routing method is provided. A wire harness is routed on a protector base. A protective tape is wound around an outer periphery of the wire harness at a position outside an end portion of the protector base in a longitudinal direction. A cover is put on the protector base under the above state. The wire harness is fixed to, by winding a binding band at a position where the tape is wound, a wire harness-fixed protruding piece protruding outward in the longitudinal direction from an end portion of the cover in the longitudinal direction.
Service entrance heads and methods
An improved service entrance head including (a) a cap, (b) a cap support or collar adapted for mounting to a service conduit, and (d) an insulating service wire support or wire separator, that allows for replacement of an installed service entrance head with the service passing through the collar and separator without requiring that an end of the service be available. Both the collar and the wire separator may be segmented so that they can be removed from a position surrounding the service and reassembled around the service. Alternatively, both the collar and the insulating support/separator may have a gap through which the service may be inserted into the desired interior position. Methods of installation are disclosed.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes a first sheet including a fusion layer, a second sheet, and at least one first wire-like transmission member provided between the first sheet and the second sheet. The first sheet and the second sheet are fixed to each other via the fusion layer in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the first wire-like transmission member.
PROTECTION SHIELD POSITIONING ASSEMBLY AND POSITIONING DEVICE THEREFORE AND METHOD OF USE
A method and assembly for protecting a device connected to a wiring harness is disclosed. The assembly includes a protective tubular shield and a positioning device, with the protective tubular shield having a bore for receiving the device at least partially therein. An elongated wiring harness extends from the device being protected and through the bore of the protective tubular shield. The positioning device is formed having a band and at least one flexible, resilient finger extending radially inwardly from the band. At least one of the fingers forcibly engages the wiring harness to releasably maintain the positioning device and the protective tubular shield in a protection position along the wiring harness at least partially surrounding the device being protected.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire harness main body including an electric wire and an exterior tube enclosing an outer circumference of the electric wire; a path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and an attachment attached to an outer circumference of a portion in a lengthwise direction of the path restricting cover.
QUICK ACCESS COVER FOR CABLE TRAY
The present disclosure is directed to a cover assembly for a cable tray having a cover and at least one panel. The cover for a cable tray has at least one access opening. The panel aligns with at least one access opening to allow access to the cable tray upon removal of the panel. The panel is selectively secured to the cover using fasteners placed through aligned cover fastener holes and panel fastener holes. The panel has a top edge, a bottom edge, and two side edges. The top edge of the panel comprises an upward facing lip. The bottom edge of the panel includes a tongue that has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is generally directed in a downward angle, and the second portion is generally directed in an upward angle.
Releasable holder for cables and conduit
A cable support for securing wires and cables to an underlying structure without the use of tools and allows the cable support to be opened or closed to add or remove cables and wires. The cable support may further include padding material or impediments for protecting and securing the wires and cables in place.
Wire troughs for inside corners
A wire trough is provided that includes a main body, caps closing ends of the main body, and a cover. The main body has four longitudinally extending walls defining an access opening between edges of two of the four walls. The cover selectively close the access opening.
Flip-type wire slot
A flip-type wire slot relates to the technical field of wire slots, including: a wire slot main body and a wire slot cover, wherein one side of the wire slot cover is fixedly connected to one side of the wire slot main body, the other side of the wire slot cover is a free side, and the free side of the wire slot cover (2) is detachably connected to the other side of the wire slot main body. The adoption of the above technical solution has the advantage of facilitating the removal of the wire slot cover.
WIRING MEMBER
In a base member arrangement section, a plurality of wire-like transmission members are divided into at least a first wire-like transmission member bundle and a second wire-like transmission member bundle, and the cover member is fixed to the base member at positions on both sides of the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle and a position between the positions on the both sides to cover the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle. In a non-base member arrangement section, the plurality of wire-like transmission members include a large bundle part where the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle are bundled together.
