Connecting fastener structure and cable management frame
Provided are a connecting fastener structure and a cable management frame. The connecting fastener structure comprises: a main frame body and a cover plate on which a connector is assembled, wherein the cover plate is detachably connected to the main frame body through the connector; connecting through holes are formed in the connector; at least one pair of connecting protrusions matched with the connecting through holes are arranged on the main frame body; a gap exists between the connecting protrusions of the same pair; the connector is inserted into the gap, and in this case, the connecting protrusions are clamped in the connecting through holes; and a whole structure composed of the cover plate and the connector can be directly disassembled from the main frame body, or be connected to the main frame body in an articulated manner, and in this case, the connector is connected to the main frame body in an articulated manner. The connecting fastener structure is convenient to use.
ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELD MEMBER AND WIRE HARNESS
An electromagnetic shield member including: a case including a groove in which an electric wire is to be housed; a cover configured to be attached to the case and cover the groove; and a pressing mechanism that is housed in the groove and configured to press the electric wire, wherein the pressing mechanism has a wall that covers an outer circumferential surface of the electric wire in conjunction with the groove, and a presser provided on the wall and configured to press the electric wire.
Apparatus for producing different sized boxes
The present invention provides a base electrical box, and an end portion. The end portion is added to the base electrical box to substantially complete the electrical box. The electrical box also includes at least one intermediate portion that is added to complete the electrical box. The at least one intermediate portion is placed between the base electric box and the end portion.
Locking structure, electrical connection box, and wire harness
A locking structure includes: a locking protrusion and a locking arm. The locking arm includes a flexible arm main body and an engaging projection portion protruding from an outer surface of the arm main body. The locking protrusion includes a protrusion main body on which an arm guide surface, a protruding tip surface, and an engaging surface are disposed along the engagement direction, and a jig groove that is formed in the protrusion main body. The engaging projection portion is formed on the outer surface at a position away from an arm tip of the arm main body in the engagement direction. The protruding tip surface is longer than the arm tip in the engagement direction. The jig groove cuts out the protrusion main body in the engagement direction from the arm guide surface to the protruding tip surface.
Insulator insert for weatherhead and methods of installing
An improved weatherhead and insulator, and methods for using and installing same, for improved insertion and installation of wiring/cabling to new or existing structures. The weatherhead includes a replaceable disc insulator that may be initially installed or replaced as part of a new weatherhead, or replaced in an installed weatherhead if damaged without passing the end of the service through the insulator. The open spaces through which the service passes are accessible from the top of the insulator. Where the cap is metallic, additional insulation may be inserted at the top of the insulator. The insulator is configured to prevent relative movement between the insulator and collar during installation.
Assembly, system, and methods for installing conductive elements in an aircraft
There is provided a raceway cover assembly for installing conductive element(s) in an aircraft. The raceway cover assembly includes a raceway cover for removable coupling to a raceway. The raceway is configured for attachment to a sidewall assembly for use in a cabin of the aircraft. The raceway cover includes a first cover side, a second cover side, and retaining element(s) disposed on the first cover side. The raceway cover assembly further includes the conductive element(s) coupled and retained to the first cover side, with the retaining element(s), to form the raceway cover assembly. The conductive element(s) and the raceway cover are assembled together at a location off of the aircraft, prior to installing the raceway cover assembly with the one or more conductive elements in the aircraft, which allows for routing of the one or more conductive elements in the raceway cover at the location off of the aircraft.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a flat wiring body including a plurality of wire-like transmission members, and a base member that holds the plurality of wire-like transmission members to be flat; and a pattern provided on the flat wiring body, and making a three-dimensional posture of the flat wiring body recognizable.
Protector and wire harness
A protector includes a protector main body, a lid member, a locking mechanism, and a pair of guide mechanisms. The locking mechanism has a locking hole formed in the lid member and opens on opposite sides in a height direction and a locking lug portion positioned at an end portion of an opposed wall portion on a side of an opening and that is locked to the locking hole. The locking mechanism locks the protector main body and the lid member to each other in a correct position. The guide mechanisms have guide chips positioned at opposite end portions in a width direction of the lid member and extending along the height direction and guide holes positioned at the end portions of the opposed wall portions on the side of the opening and into which the guide chips are respectively inserted along the height direction.
Cable management systems
A cable support member for routing cables within a server cabinet, or other type of electrical enclosure, can have a base with a set of engagement members configured to removably engage with a corresponding set of apertures in a rack angle member of the server cabinet. A plurality of finger members can extend from the base to aid in routing the cables. A cable management system can include multiple sets of cable support members that define a channel through which cables can be routed, and a cover that can be hingedly mounted to the cable support members.
ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELD MEMBER AND WIRE HARNESS
An electromagnetic shield member that includes a pressing mechanism with: a cylinder provided on one of a bottom wall of the groove and an opposing wall of the cover opposing the bottom wall of the groove; a piston provided so as to be capable of reciprocal movement in the cylinder; a spring that is provided in the cylinder, and is configured to bias the piston toward one end of the cylinder; and a piston rod that is coupled to the piston, protrudes from the one end of the cylinder, and has a leading end configured to press the electrical wire.
