Features for cable managers and other electronic equipment structures
A cable manager includes a backbone assembly and at least one side wall extending from the backbone assembly. The at least one side wall optionally includes one or more cable finger units. The backbone assembly includes a spine member having an extruded construction. The spine member includes one or more channels extending substantially an entire length thereof to facilitate easy attachment, removal and/or repositioning of a structure relative to the spine member. The cable manager optionally includes an accessory rod, a half-spool assembly, a cable finger accessory, a strap/buckle accessory, and/or a door assembly having an interference-free hinge set.
ROUTING STRUCTURE OF WIRE HARNESS
Provided is, a plate-shaped member of a vehicle body, a body portion having a base end side portion engaged with the plate-shaped member and extending along the plate-shaped member toward the leading end side, and a removal-preventing portion for preventing the wire harness stored in a space between the plate-shaped member and the body portion from being removed from the leading end side of the body portion. The wire harness stored in the space is prevented from being removed at the leading end side of the body portion by the removal-preventing portion pivoting according to the storage. By a series of rotations of the removal-preventing portion up to the storage, a pivotal body upper portion of the removal-preventing portion disposed at a high position in a height direction extending from the plate-shaped member is moved to a lower position, thereby reducing the height of the entirety of the routing structure.
Adjustably positionable cable dropout for cable tray
A cable dropout for a cable tray: The cable tray has side rails. Rungs at spaced intervals along the side rails define the width of the tray with the side rails. The tray side rails have laterally outward extensions at the bottom regions of the side rails for mounting a cable path re-directing dropout to the tray. The dropout has a convexly curved surface for redirecting and supporting a cable from its path on the tray to below the tray. A mounting bar at the entrance region of the dropout from the tray has laterally outward extensions clamped to the bottom region outward extensions at the bottom region of the side rails, so that the mounting bar may be clamped at any location along the side rails.
Modular wall assembly for a cosmetic fixture system
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a merchandise display system having a modular wall assembly configured to provide electrical power to one or more shelf assemblies. The wall assembly can include a vertically oriented back panel, a cross bar horizontally and detachably mounted to the back panel, a pair of vertical uprights and a top cap. The pair of vertical uprights can be detachably mounted to the cross bar with each of the vertical uprights having an electrically non-conductive portion and an electrically conductive portion. The electrically conductive portion can be electrically isolated from the cross bar by the electrically non-conductive portion. The top cap can be disposed along an upper edge of the back panel and in electrical contact with electrically conductive portion of each of the vertical uprights.
Waterfall-type cable router
A waterfall-type cable router for routing cables out of cable trays includes a curved ramp having a front portion and a rear portion, a vertical left curved wall transitioning into the curved ramp and extending the length of the left side of the curved ramp, and a vertical right curved wall transitioning into the curved ramp and extending the length of the right side of the curved ramp. The rear portion of the curved ramp has a population of tabs configured to attach to an extender. The extender allows a waterfall-type cable router assembly to rest on a wire cable tray with a sidewall of a higher length than the length of the cable router.
A first portion of each of the left and right curved walls includes a slot extending upward from the lower edge of the first portion into the curved wall, the slot being configured to attach the cable router to a cable tray.
METHOD OF INSTALLING CABLE FINGER ACCESSORY IN A CABLE MANAGER
A method of installing a cable finger accessory in a cable manager includes: positioning a first semi-arcuate clamp section against a section of an extruded support member of the cable manager; positioning a second semi-arcuate clamp section, which is hingedly connected to the first semi-arcuate clamp section, against an opposite side of the section of the extruded support member such that, together, the first and second semi-arcuate generally surround the section of the extruded support member; and fastening a clamp mechanism connected to a distal end of the first semi-arcuate clamp section and adapted to secure the distal end of the first semi-arcuate clamp section against a distal end of the second semi-arcuate clamp section such that the first and second semi-arcuate clamp sections are secured against the section of the extruded support member. The cable finger extends outwardly from at least one of the first and second semi-arcuate clamp sections.
Modular shelf assembly for a cosmetic fixture system
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a shelf assembly.
POWER AND DATA BRIDGE
A bridge structure is disclosed for concealing electrical and data connections. The bridge includes at least one beam having a bottom, sidewalls, a cover and opposed open ends. Each of the sidewalls has at least one connecting tab protruding outwardly adjacent the open ends for attachment to support members. The beam contains at least one electrical outlet or data port. At least first and second support members are provided for supporting the beam. The first and second support members are positioned adjacent the opposed open ends of the beam. The first and second support members have at least one slot for receipt of the at least one connecting tab to connect the beam to the support member.
Minimal touch post for multi-layer cable routing
An apparatus includes a tray, a shaft connected to the tray, a bracket that secures the tray to a networking device such that the tray is distanced from a surface of the networking device, and a support post coupled to the tray via the shaft, the support post including: a rotating pin having a cylindrical passage through which the shaft passes, the rotating pin being coupled to the support post to allow the support post to rotate about the rotating pin and about the shaft, and a locking pin having a latch that is configured to engage with a corresponding opening on the tray to secure the support post to the tray.
