A stator wherein the lead wire portion includes a root portion connected to the slot housed portion, disposed in a same-phase region which overlaps the coil end portion of the coil of a same phase as seen in the center axis direction, and disposed on an axially inner side with respect to the coil end portion, and a draw-out portion that projects in the center axis direction from a power source portion-side end portion of the root portion toward an axially outer side with respect to the coil end portion in the same-phase region.

An electric stator for an expansion valve may include a first and a second coil body, a first electric connecting element, and a second electric connecting element. The first and second coil bodies may be substantially ring-shaped and extend along a circumferential direction. The first electric connecting element may protrude from the first coil body along an axial direction. The second electric connecting element may protrude from the second coil body. The first and second coil bodies may be arranged next to one another along the axial direction and may be fastened to one another via a common positioning aid.
Stator and electric motor having an insulating sheet arranged between coils
A stator includes a stator core, a first coil and a second coil inserted into slots, and an insulating sheet arranged between the first and second coils. The first coil has a first portion accommodated in a first slot, and the second coil has a second portion accommodated in the first slot. The insulating sheet includes a sheet-like insulating parts projecting from respective end surfaces of the stator core, and leg parts. Each of the sheet-like insulating parts is arranged between a first coil end of the first coil extending from the first portion to the outside of each of the end surfaces and a second coil end of the second coil extending from the second portion to the outside of each of the end surfaces, and the leg parts include a first leg part inserted into the first slot and arranged between the first and second portions.
Stator
In a stator, coils of a plurality of phases are wound around a stator core via an insulator. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. The guide member has a notch that penetrates in the axial direction in a shape having a guide portion extending radially inward from the radially outer end portion of the guide member and leads the terminal line to one side in the axial direction. End surfaces in the radial direction of the notch, and a bottom part which is one end surface in the axial direction of the guide member is drawn in the circumferential direction, are connected by the recessed part having a recessed shape.
Coil Component and Electronic Expansion Valve with Coil Component
Disclosed are a coil component and an electronic expansion valve with the coil component. The coil component includes an injection molded part, a stator housing, a stator pole plate and a circuit board. The stator housing, the stator pole plate and the circuit board are all provided in the injection molded part. The coil component further includes: a fixing part, the fixing part is provided in the injection molded part; a conductive part, the conductive part is provided on the fixing part, and the conductive part is configured to conductively connect at least one of the stator housing and the stator pole plate to the circuit board; and a sensor, the sensor is provided on the fixing part, and the sensor is connected to the circuit board.
Rotating electric machine having terminals bent to form joined portions
Provided is an excellent insulating rotating electric machine having a small axial size and a small number of components. In the rotating electric machine according to the present invention, radially outer-side terminals and radially inner-side terminals extend from slots while a circumferential bending direction is alternately changed for each group of n radially outer-side terminals or n radially inner-side terminals after the extension thereof from the slots. A first angle formed between at least one of an oblique-side portion of each of the n radially inner-side terminals, which are continuous in the circumferential direction of the stator core and are bent in the same circumferential bending direction, and an oblique-side portion of each of the n radially outer-side terminals, which are continuous in the circumferential direction and are bent the same circumferential bending direction, and an end surface of a stator core monotonously decreases in the circumferential bending direction.
Rotor and motor
A rotor core that rotates about a central axis includes magnets located radially outside of the rotor core and disposed along a circumferential direction, a holder including a support portion that supports the rotor core and the magnets from a first side in an axial direction, and a rotor cover including a cylindrical portion that surrounds the rotor core, the magnets, and the holder from an outside in a radial direction and that opens toward the first side. The rotor cover includes a bottom portion that supports the rotor core from a second side of the rotor core in the axial direction. A radially outer edge portion of the support portion includes a first portion and a second portion adjacent to the first portion in the circumferential direction.
DRIVING UNIT AND LINEAR COMPRESSOR INCLUDING THE SAME
A driving unit and a linear compressor including the same are provided. The driving unit includes an inner stator, a bobbin surrounding the inner stator in a circumferential direction, a coil wound on the bobbin, a plurality of stator cores surrounding the bobbin and spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of permanent magnets disposed between the inner stator and the plurality of stator cores.
