Excitation device
Disclosed is an excitation device which includes a brush holder base. The brush holder base is provided with a plug. The plug is provided with a brush holder shaft. The front end of the brush holder shaft is provided with a brush box. A horizontal taper dovetail groove is formed in the brush holder base. A horizontal taper dovetail lug boss is disposed on the plug. The dovetail groove is matched with the dovetail lug boss. The present invention solves the problem of potential safety hazard in locking, and ensures safe and smooth operation of a unit.
DC brush motor
There is provided a DC brush motor that is provided with: a magnet; an armature configured to rotate relative to the magnet about a rotary axis, the armature comprising a commutator; a bracket configured to cover one end portion of the magnet and the armature at one side along the rotary axis; a female terminal that is fixed to the bracket; a brush that is electrically connected to the female terminal, and a sealing member that is fixed to the bracket. The bracket is provided with a recessed portion formed on an outer periphery thereof and configured to accommodate therein the female terminal. The sealing member is configured to seal between the recessed portion and a space where the commutator and the brush exist.
MOTOR ASSEMBLY
A motor assembly is provided, which includes a motor having a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator, and a filter unit mounted to an outside of the motor. The filter unit includes an insulating housing and at least one filter element arranged in the housing and electrically connected to the motor.
Electric motor
An electric motor includes: brushes (31) that are brought into sliding contact with a commutator of an armature that is fixed to a rotation shaft and feeds electric power; a brush holder stay (33) that supports the brushes (31) via brush holders (41); noise prevention elements (110) that are electrically connected to the brushes (31); and terminals (130) and jump wires (141) that electrically connect between the brush holders (41) and the noise prevention elements (110), wherein first connection portions, which connect between the noise prevention elements (110) and the terminals (130), and second connection portions, which connect between the terminals (130) and the jump wires (141), are both disposed only on a first surface (S1) of the brush holder stay (33).

CARBON BRUSH CYLINDER AND MOTOR
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a carbon brush holder having internal surfaces which surround a space for bearing a carbon brush, wherein a heat dissipating slot is disposed at an internal corner of the carbon brush holder. The embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an electric motor. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, heat accumulated at the internal corners of the carbon brush holder can be dissipated rapidly because of the heat dissipating slots disposed at the internal corners, such that an excessively high temperature at the internal corners of the carbon brush holder is prevented and a risk of melting the plastics at the internal corners of the carbon brush holder is reduced, thereby increasing the life of the carbon brush holder and the carbon brush.
Motor transmission connection arrangement, in particular for use in vehicles
A motor transmission connection arrangement, in particular for use in vehicles, can comprise a motor pot, a brush holder, and a transmission housing. The motor pot, the brush holder and the transmission housing are pluggable to connect with one another, and the motor pot can include a number of centering surfaces, whereby the motor pot with respectively one of the centering surfaces comes into contact both with the brush holder as well as with the transmission housing, when the motor pot, the brush holder and the transmission housing are plugged into one another. The brush holder and the transmission housing can be concentrically oriented to the motor pot. In addition, the present disclosure refers to a sunroof for a vehicle with a motor transmission connection arrangement of this type as well as a vehicle with such a motor transmission connection arrangement.
EXTERNAL UNIT AND MOTOR
In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, an external unit used by being mounted on a bottom part of a motor body having at least two motor terminals has a holder, a PTC thermistor arranged on the holder, a first terminal connected to the PTC thermistor, a part of the first terminal exposed to an outside of the holder, and a second terminal electrically connected to the first terminal through the PTC thermistor and electrically connected to one of the motor terminals. The PTC thermistor is flat-plate shaped, and a surface of the PTC thermistor is directed toward a rotary shaft direction of the motor.
Electric motor having a protection structure for electronic components
A motor has a stator, a rotor, an end cover assembly installed on an axial end of the stator and the rotor. The rotor includes a shaft. The end cap assembly includes an end cap, a cover, and a circuit board arranged between the cover and the stator. At least one electronic element is mounted on the circuit board. The shaft passes through a hole in the cover. The cover and the shaft are made of a conductive material. With such structure damage to the circuit board and the electronic element due to high-voltage static electricity is avoided.
Brush Assembly
A brush assembly for a brush motor includes a support member, brush holders, at least four brushes respectively mounted to the brush holders, and first and second motor terminals for connecting with an external power supply. A first filter circuit is connected between the first motor terminal and corresponding first brushes. A second filter circuit is connected between the second motor terminal and corresponding second brushes. The first and second motor terminals and the first and second filter circuits are mounted in a region defined by two corresponding adjacent brushes forming an angle greater than 60 degrees but less than 180 degrees.
