A motor and a driving member are provided. The motor has a rotor centered on and rotatable along a central axis and having a shaft and a bearing holding the shaft to be rotatable; a stator radially opposite to the rotor; a coil winding around the stator; a bearing holder; a bus bar holder on one or the other side of the bearing holder in an axial direction; a substantially cylindrical housing having an opening on a top side in the axial direction. The rotor, the stator, the bearing holder, and the bus bar holder are in the housing. A power bus bar and a signal bus bar are integrally formed on the bus bar holder which axially pushes against and is fixed to the bearing holder; a circuit board and a sensor are between the holders. This structure reduces an axial dimension of the motor and miniaturizes the motor.

Motor

A motor includes a rotor including a shaft centered on a vertically extending center axis, a stator radially opposite to the rotor and including coils, a bearing supporting the shaft, and a bus bar assembly on an upper side in an axial direction of the stator. The bus bar assembly includes bus bars including a terminal portion connected to a lead wire drawn out from the coil and a bus bar holder holding the bus bars. The terminal portion includes a slit which extends axially downward and into which the lead wire is fitted. The width of the slit is narrower than the diameter of the lead wire.

A stator assembly for use in a motor includes an annular stator and a circuit board. The stator having an annular shape is centered on a central axis extending vertically. The circuit board is above the stator in an axial direction. The stator includes a stator core, an insulator, a conductive wire, and a terminal pin. The stator core includes teeth. The insulator covers at least a portion of the stator core. The conductive wire is wound around the teeth via the insulator to define a coil. The terminal pin extends axially upward from an upper surface of the insulator and is connected to an end portion of the conductive wire. The circuit board includes a solder portion on an upper surface. The solder portion enables electrical connection with the terminal pin and is covered with a coating layer.

The partial winding includes a pair of intermediate conductor portions and crossover portions that connect the pair of intermediate conductor portions in an annular shape, and is configured by a conductor material being wound in multiple layers in the pair of intermediate conductor portions and the crossover portions. The intermediate conductor portions of the phases are arrayed in a predetermined order in the circumferential direction by one of the intermediate conductor portions of the pair of intermediate conductor portions of the partial winding of another phase being arranged between the pair of intermediate conductor portions of the partial winding. A sheet-shaped insulation covering body is provided in the intermediate conductor portion in a portion that opposes the intermediate conductor portion of the partial winding of another phase.

Accordingly, cooling of the stator can be facilitated by the air flow paths.

The invention relates to a bearing cap (10) and an electric motor (M) utilizing the same. The bearing cap (10) has a first annular protrusion (18) configured for fixing to a corresponding annular groove (27) of an axial end of the bearing seat (13) by an adhesive. The first annular protrusion (18) has a plurality of first cuts (28). With the bearing cap (10), sand or other impurities can be prevented from entering the bearing seat (13).

A first lower section disposed on the first cylindrical surface, wherein the first lower section intersects the lower edge of the mandrel, and the first lower section forms a second angle to the axis of rotation. A first middle section disposed on the first cylindrical surface, between the first upper section and the first lower section, wherein the first middle section forms a third angle with respect to the axis of rotation, and the third angle is perpendicular to each polar axis of each rotor magnet of the plurality of rotor magnets.
