CONTROLLER-INTEGRATED MOTOR MODULE FOR DRIVING OF POWER SEAT
Disclosed herein is a controller-integrated driving motor module. The controller-integrated driving motor module includes: a motor; a motor housing configured such that the motor is accommodated therein; a power transmission unit connected to the motor, and configured to transmit a rotational force of the motor to each part of a power seat for the movement of the power seat disposed in a vehicle; and a controller disposed between the motor and the power transmission unit, and configured to control the rotation of the motor. The controller includes a MCU configured to control the rotation of the motor, an inverter configured to receive a driving signal from the controller and drive the motor, and a power supply unit configured to receive power from the battery of the vehicle and provide the power to the controller.
ELECTROMOTIVE ACTUATOR TO ADJUST HEIGHT WITH FRICTION SLEEVE
An electromotive actuator to adjust a height includes an electric motor with a motor shaft, a helical gear assembly operatively connected to the motor shaft, a sleeve-shaped friction brake to act on the motor shaft, and a housing surrounding the electric motor or the helical gear assembly and including a seat of the friction brake. The friction brake includes an opening extending in a radial direction relative to a longitudinal axis of the motor shaft such that the friction brake is attachable to the motor shaft perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING
The invention relates to an adjustment device for adjusting the position of an adjustable element. The device comprises a base frame for attachment to the adjustable element, an output shaft rotatably coupled to the base frame, an electric motor held by the base frame, and a worm gear assembly for transmitting rotation of the electric motor to the output shaft. The worm gear assembly includes a first worm gear and corresponding first worm. The output shaft is provided with the first worm gear coaxially disposed about a central axis of the output shaft. The first worm gear is substantially rotationally coupled or fixed to the output shaft, is held in the base frame, and is in engagement with the first worm gear. The adjustment device is arranged such that the base frame and the output shaft are rotatable with respect to each other over an angle of at least 120°.
Display device
A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a base display panel, a back cover supporting a rear portion of the base display panel, sliding frames sliding with respect to the back cover, a driving unit configured to drive the sliding frames to slide, and a rollable display panel being extendable in response to the sliding of the sliding frames. The rollable display panel can be extended as needed by a user when widescreen images are displayed.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus including a display and a supporter. The supporter being mounted on the display and configured to support the display and rotate the display module between a first position and a second position. The supporter including a drive motor, a first gear, and a detection sensor. The drive motor configured to supply a driving force to rotate the display. The first gear configured to rotate together with the display by receiving the driving force from the drive motor. The detection sensor configured to detect a rotation amount of a second gear configured to rotate in with the first gear.
Electric actuator
An electric actuator includes: an electric motor 2, a relay circuit 3 that switches ON/OFF of power supply to the electric motor 2, a motion conversion mechanism 4 that converts a rotary motion of the electric motor 2 into a motion in a direction different therefrom and outputs the motion, and a housing 1. The housing 1 is configured by joining two housing split bodies 1a and 1b to each other, and in an internal space formed by joining the two housing split bodies 1a and 1b, the electric motor 2, the relay circuit 3, and the motion conversion mechanism 4 are housed.
Steering lock device
A steering lock device includes a motor configured to rotate a motor shaft, a worm attached to the motor shaft of the motor, a main gear configured to rotate along with rotation of the worm, a cam member integrally provided with the main gear, and a rod including an insertion and extraction portion. The insertion and extraction portion is configured to be inserted into and extracted from an opening provided on a steering shaft side in accordance with an operation of the cam member along with rotation of the main gear. At least a part of at least one member of the worm and the insertion and extraction portion is configured to be accommodated in a circumferential region of the main gear when the main gear is viewed in a plan view along a rotation axis direction of the main gear.
Display device
A display device comprising a flexible display panel, a panel roller, a frame, a first foldable link comprising one end pivotably coupled to the frame and another end pivotably coupled to a lower side of the flexible display panel, a second foldable link having one end pivotably coupled to the frame and the other end pivotably coupled adjacent to the lower side of the flexible display panel, wherein the second foldable link is located opposite to the first foldable link, a motor, a first gear box and comprising at least one gear configured to cause the first foldable link to pivot, a second gear and comprising at least one gear configured to pivot with respect to the second foldable link, and a driving shaft configured to transmit power to at least one gear of the first gear box or to the at least one gear of the second gear box.
