DC MOTOR DRIVING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present disclosure provides a DC motor driving system including a DC motor, a power supply device, a switch circuit, and a microprocessor. The power supply device provides an input electrical energy. The switch circuit receives the input electrical energy and outputs a motor electrical energy, which includes a motor power and a motor voltage, to the DC motor. The DC motor driving system switchably works in a constant-voltage mode, a first variable-voltage mode, or a second variable-voltage mode. In the constant-voltage mode, the input electrical energy remains unchanged. In the first variable-voltage mode, the microprocessor controls the power supply device to adjust the input electrical energy for increasing the motor voltage and the motor power. In the second variable-voltage mode, the microprocessor controls the power supply device to adjust the input electrical energy for decreasing the motor voltage and keeping the motor power unchanged.

A contactless power supply and motor control system includes a pulse width modulator, a rotary transformer, a demodulator circuit, a motor driver, and a motor. The pulse width modulator supplies a first pulse width modulated (PWM) signal that has a duty cycle and a first amplitude. The rotary transformer receives the PWM signal. The secondary winding is rotatable relative to the primary winding and supplies a second PWM signal having the duty cycle and a second amplitude. The demodulator circuit is rotatable with the secondary winding and supplies a demodulated direct current (DC) voltage having a DC voltage amplitude. The motor driver is rotatable with the secondary winding and the demodulator circuit and controllably supplies motor current. The motor receives the motor current and rotates at a rotational speed.
Control method of brushless DC motor system based on hybrid energy storage unit
A brushless DC motor system control method provided is based on a hybrid energy storage unit. The HESU topology is designed, and the output of the designed HESU is connected to the input of three-phase inverter, and the output of three-phase inverter is connected with the three-phase windings of the BLDCM. In braking operation, two kinds of braking vectors are constructed according to the HESU and three-phase inverter. Moreover, through the combined action of the two vectors, the braking torque control is achieved and meanwhile the braking energy is fed back to the supercapacitor. In electric operation, four kinds of electric vectors are constructed according to the HESU and three-phase inverter. Moreover, the power sharing control between battery and supercapacitor is realized by different vectors action during motor acceleration mode, and the torque ripple in commutation period is suppressed by different vectors action during motor constant speed mode.

CURRENT LIMITING PROTECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MOTOR PRE-DRIVER
A current limit protecting system and method of a motor pre-driver are provided. A current limiting circuit detects a current of a resistor that is connected to a motor, and then compares the current of the resistor with a current threshold to output a current comparing signal. When a controller circuit determines that the current of the resistor is larger than the current threshold according to the current comparing signal, and a working period of a first signal of a first node or a working period of a second signal of a second node of the motor reaches a preset value, a first high-side switch and a second high-side switch are turned off, and a first low-side switch and a second low-side switch are alternately turned on. As a result, a temperature of the motor generally reduces.
