Disclosed are a guide rail for allowing a drawer to be smoothly opened and closed, and a storage apparatus and a refrigerator having the same. The refrigerator includes a drawer accommodating room; a drawer accommodated in the drawer accommodating room; and a rail configured to guide the drawer to be pulled out of or pushed into the drawer accommodating room. The rail includes a first member extended along pulling-out or pushing-in directions of the drawer and supporting the drawer; a second member extended corresponding to the first member and supported in the drawer accommodating room of the refrigerator; and a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the first member and the second member and being in rolling-contact with the first member and the second member when the drawer is pulled out or pushed in. The second member includes a load support surface having an inward height difference as much as a predetermined gap from a rolling contact surface with which at least one second rolling element different from a first rolling element among the plurality of rolling elements is in rolling-contact so that at least one of the first rolling elements among the plurality of rolling elements is in contact with the first member and the second member and support a load of the drawer in a state that the drawer is positioned in at least one of a critical pull-out section or a critical push-in section. Thus, the refrigerator equally maintains a degree of contact between the rolling element and the members while the guide rail works, thereby uniformizing the operation quality of the guide rail.

The invention concerns a telescopic rail comprising a first rail element with two running surfaces, a second rail element with two running surfaces, at least one rolling body cage for positioning a plurality of rolling bodies. Such telescopic rails are found to suffer from the disadvantage that the rail elements and the rolling body cages all have to be designed to be moveable relative to each other. Accordingly the invention proposes providing a telescopic rail in which the rolling body cage is secured to the first rail element so that the rolling bodies perform a sliding movement with respect to the running surfaces of the first rail element and the rolling bodies perform a sliding movement with respect to the running surfaces of the second rail element or roll on the running surfaces of the second rail element.

Slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a slide assisting device, an engaging member and a supporting structure. The slide assisting device is configured to assist in relative movement between the second rail and the first rail. The engaging member and the supporting structure are arranged on the first rail. The second rail is movable from a retraced position along a first direction to be detached from the first rail. When the second rail is moved along the first direction and detached from the first rail, the slide assisting device is moved to be adjacent to the engaging member. During a process of the second rail being moved from a passage entrance of the first rail toward the retracted position along a second direction, the supporting structure is configured to support the second rail, and is extended beyond the engaging member along the first direction.

Slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a third rail, a functional member and a movable member. The first rail is movably mounted between the third rail and the second rail. The functional member is arranged on the third rail and includes a positioning part. The movable member is arranged on the first rail and includes an engaging section elastically extended toward the third rail. When the first rail is moved relative to the third rail to an open position, the first rail is configured to be engaged with the positioning part of the functional member through the engaging section of the movable member, in order to hold the first rail at the open position.

Slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly includes first and second rails, a ball bearing assembly, and a damping device. The first rail has front and rear ends and a middle portion therebetween. The second rail is displaceable with respect to the first rail. The ball bearing assembly is movably mounted between the front and rear ends of the first rail and includes a ball retainer with a plurality of balls and a stopping feature. The damping device is mounted on the middle portion of the first rail to provide a damping force corresponding to the stopping feature of the ball retainer. The ball retainer can be displaced by the second rail such that the stopping feature of the ball retainer contacts the damping device.
