A furniture spring system includes a lid configured to provide a seating surface. The lid includes a frame having two opposing frame members and a retention member associated with at least one of the two opposing frame members. The furniture spring system further includes a slat extending between the two opposing frame members. The slat includes a plurality of slat portions adjustably coupled to each other, such that a total length of the slat is adjustable.
Tamper Resistant Self-Locking Package Delivery System
A self-locking parcel delivery apparatus and method includes a tamper-resistant compartment beneath a lid of a porch bench seat and insulated for protecting delivered parcels. The apparatus includes a lid that is held open magnetically until proactively released to close and lock (such as by a delivery person) or by a remote user via a primary software application running on a mobile communications device. The apparatus may be operated in conjunction or cooperation with a supplemental software application associated with a video motion detection system so that a remote user can authenticate a supposed delivery person and then, using another software app, activate a remote delivery container to be made ready to receive a delivered parcel.

The frame comprising two opposing frame members and a retention member associated with at least one of the two opposing frame members, a slat extending between the two opposing frame members, the slat comprising an elongate body having a first end and a second end and a catch disposed at the first end or second end, wherein the catch engages the retention member to retain the slat to the frame and the catch is configured to slide back-and-forth relative to the retention member as a portion of the elongate body between the first end and the second end elastically flexes downward and upward in response to forces intermittently pushing downward on the slat during use.
Removable back rest
A removable backrest is attached to a cooler in such a manner that does not interfere with the opening or closing of the lid nor does it interfere with the sealing mechanism of the cooler. The removable backrest inserts into existing slots positioned in the walls of certain commercially available coolers. The angle of the frame permits a user to sit on the complete lid of the cooler and lean against the backrest. While the backrest is in position, the lid may be opened or closed at the user's convenience.
Convertible-couch with concealed convenience features
A convertible couch with concealed storage includes an upper seat back, a seat bottom adapted for sliding inwardly for a first mode and sliding outwardly for a second mode, and an articulating seat section between the upper seat back and the seat bottom. The articulating seat section converts between a lower seat back in the first mode and an inner seat bottom in the second mode. The first mode is adapted for seating and the second mode is adapted for lying and reclining. A storage location housing convenience features is located behind the articulating section, such that the storage location and convenience features are concealed in the first mode and accessible in the second mode.

A collapsible stool entertainment system. The collapsible stool entertainment system includes an elongated rod having a first end opposite a second end. A seat portion is affixed to the first end and a base portion is affixed to the second end. A plurality of teeth extends from a lower surface of the base portion to engage a ground surface for additional stability. In some embodiments, the second end of the elongated rod is pivotally secured to an upper surface of the base portion via a ball-and-socket joint system, wherein the second end comprises a ball removably securable within a socket disposed on the base portion.
Combination Outdoor Furniture and Locking Package Storage and Ice Chest
A secure package receptacle is a combination outdoor furniture, locking package storage, and ice chest. Outdoor furniture is often placed near a home entry and provides useful seating and does not draw attention to the locking package storing. A seat portion provides a locking storage area for bulky packages and a backrest portion provides a second locking storage area for flat packages. Each portion may include thermal insulation to act as an ice chest. Each locking storage area is lockable using a common padlock, pushbutton lock lockable by a delivery driver and unlockable by a homeowner using a key, or any other lock unlockable by a homeowner. A base of the secure package receptacle includes space for solid or liquid weight to make it difficult to remove. Features are included to secure the secure package receptacle to a wall.
Portable Seat Assembly
A portable seat assembly for facilitating a user to be seated in any location includes a pole that is insertable into ground having the pole being vertically oriented. A stop is positionable around the pole to inhibit over insertion of the pole into the ground. A seat is removably attachable to the pole to facilitate a user to sit thereon. Additionally, the seat has a storage chamber integrated therein for storing objects. A lid is removably attachable to the seat and a cushion is coupled to the lid for the user to sit upon. A strap is removably attachable to the seat for wearing over the user's shoulders to carry the seat.
Parcel locker systems
A parcel locker system is disclosed that includes a rigid container having an external surface, an internal area that is configured to receive and hold a parcel, a door that is configured to be reversibly opened and closed, a door lock that is configured to be wirelessly activated and deactivated, a digital indicator located on the external surface (which signals whether the door lock is activated or deactivated), a means for attaching the rigid container to a floor or wall surface, and a power source. The system further includes a camera that is configured and oriented to capture video content of a delivery person located adjacent to the rigid container and wirelessly transmit such video content. In addition, the system includes a software application that is configured to receive transmitted video content from the camera and, according to a user's command, wirelessly issue an instruction to the door lock to deactivate for a period of time.

An exercising device includes a base placed on a plane, a cover pivotally connected with the base, and an exercise apparatus mounted between the base and the cover. The cover has a side pivotally mounted on a side of the base. The cover is pivoted relative to the base to open or close a top face of the base. The exercise apparatus includes a leg working unit mounted on the base. Thus, the exercising device is stored easily and conveniently and is adapted to function as furniture. The exercising device also has a dustproof function.
