A storage member is operable between an undeployed position within a member space defined below a seat base of the first seating assembly and a deployed position within the space between the first and second seating assemblies via a linkage.

Outdoor furniture for an exterior of a home includes a piece of outdoor furniture with a fortified drop box contained therein. The fortified drop box has a lid configured to open for gaining access to the fortified drop box. The lid of the fortified drop box is also configured to close for sealing the fortified drop box. A locking mechanism is included with the fortified drop box that is configured for securing the fortified drop box with the lid closed. The locking mechanism of the fortified drop box is also configured to selectively unlock for accessing the fortified drop box through the lid. Wherein, the piece of outdoor furniture containing the fortified drop box is configured and shaped like functional outdoor furniture.

A bench comprises a base with a seat section pivotally connected to the base. A locking assembly is secured to the base to selectively lock the seat section in a closed position relative to the base. A first compartment within the base has a top opening that is accessed when the seat section is in an open position, and a second compartment allows a fill material to put a weight on the bench.

A lightweight, portable, and compact combination chair and equipment caddy. The combination chair and caddy is accomplished by using a standard five or six gallon bucket together with an integral seat and back rest. The back rest is movable between an extended position for supporting a user's back when seated on the bucket, and a retracted storage position. When the back rest is in its storage position, it is retracted almost completely within the interior of the bucket to enable easy carrying of the bucket via its handle. The back rest also uses the handle of the bucket to hold it in its extended position thereby keeping costs and materials to a minimum.

Seat assemblies are provided. In some embodiments, a seat assembly includes a seat member having a first seat surface, a second seat surface, and a third seat surface opposite the second seat surface. The third seat surface is substantially parallel to the second seat surface and the first seat surface is substantially perpendicular to both the second seat surface and the third seat surface. The seat assembly also includes a first side panel affixed to the second seat surface and a second side panel affixed to the third seat surface. Each one of those panels is substantially perpendicular to the first seat surface. The seat assembly further includes a bin movably affixed to the first side panel and the second side panel. The bin includes an open compartment and can be moved between a dosed position that obstructs the compartment and an open position that permits access to the compartment.

An apparatus for disposing waste at a seat comprising a seat body having a topside for supporting a user and an underside opposite to the topside. The apparatus comprises a moveable bottom portion mounted below the underside of the seat body on one or more arms configured to allow the moveable bottom portion to move between an open position and a closed position, a first waste bag support positioned below the underside of the seat body and a second waste bag support positioned on an upper side of the moveable bottom portion. Each arm comprises one or more springs for biasing the moveable bottom portion into the closed position.

An outdoor chaise lounge may include a frame, multiple legs coupled to and extending below the frame to support the frame, a seat member coupled to the frame to enable a user to sit or lay on the seat member, a lock-box fixedly supported by the frame that enables a user of the outdoor chaise lounge to store and lock items therein. The lock-box may include a lock-box door inclusive of a user interface that enables a user to lock and unlock the lock-box. A door member may be coupled to the seat member and have a closed position and an open position such that when said door member is in the open position, the user has access to the user interface on the lock-box door.

An exercising device includes a base placed on a plane, a cover pivotally connected with the base, and an exercise apparatus mounted between the base and the cover. The cover has a side pivotally mounted on a side of the base. The cover is pivoted relative to the base to open or close a top face of the base. The exercise apparatus includes a leg working unit mounted on the base. Thus, the exercising device is stored easily and conveniently and is adapted to function as furniture. The invention involves a system and method for constructing lawn furniture. The system includes box type beam members as well as a large box structure supported above a ground surface. The box structure provides rigidity and stability to the furniture while also functioning as storage space. The components are formed to ship in a dissembled compact state and snap together with minimal use of fasteners and tools.
