System for inventory management
Sensor-equipped display management systems and methods that may be used to calculate a number of products removed from a display management system based upon motion of one or more mechanisms within the display management system. Additionally, the systems and methods may be used to detect patterns from the sensor data, which may be indicative of attempted theft of products stored within the display management system.
Retail cigarette inventory-monitoring system
The retail cigarette inventory management system forms a containment structure that stores one or more packs of smoking materials. The retail cigarette inventory management system counts the number of individual packs contained in the one or more packs of smoking materials. The retail cigarette inventory management system visibly displays the counted number of individual packs of the one or more packs of smoking materials contained in the retail cigarette inventory management system. The retail cigarette inventory management system visibly displays the number of individual packs contained in the one or more packs of smoking materials.
SHELF MANAGEMENT DEVICE
A shelf management device including a guide member having a front end and a rear end, and a pusher device guided for movement by the guide member. Wherein the pusher device includes a rotatable spool upon which is wound a flexible drive member, an end part of the drive member being secured to the guide member at or adjacent the front end thereof. A spring is provided to urge the spool for rotation to take up the drive member and thereby apply a load to the pusher device urging the pusher device towards the front end of the guide member.
Anti-theft pusher with incremental distance detection
A retail merchandise pusher is configured for sliding along a pusher assembly track. The pusher assembly is mountable to a retail merchandise shelf. The pusher includes a housing, a spring drum rotatably mounted within the housing, and a coil spring mounted to the spring drum. The coil spring is coilable and uncoilable upon rotation of the spring drum. A controller is coupled to a sensor arrangement within the housing. The sensor arrangement has a spring drum sensor for detecting rotation of the spring drum. A direction sensor detects a direction of rotation of the spring drum. An incremental distance sensor detects incremental movement of the pusher. The controller is configured to calculate, based on data from the sensor arrangement, a total distance and direction of travel by the pusher, and to generate an alarm when the pusher travels more than a threshold distance within a predetermined period of time.
Retail merchandise tray
A retail merchandise tray is provided. The retail merchandise tray includes a frame for supporting retail merchandise, a pusher that slides along the frame, and at least one movable divider assembly adjustable positionable relative to the frame, the divider assembly including a movable baffle plate extension.
THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM
A theft deterrent system for mounting on a retail shelf that includes a receiver to attach to the retail shelf and a plurality of gates positioned along the receiver. Each gate of the plurality of gates is arranged to swing open from the receiver. A plurality of blockers is arranged in a slidable manner along the receiver. Each blocker provides audible feedback as it slides relative to the receiver. Each blocker prevents a respective underlying gate to swing open from the receiver.
Expandable merchandising system
This merchandising tray system is capable of adjustment for width and depth to accommodate any size of shelving unit. Within the system, a rear tray base is slidably connected to a fore tray base, allowing for adjustment of the depth of the system on the shelf. A merchandise pusher is continuously slidable within a fore pusher track in the fore tray base and a rear pusher track in the rear tray base. Right and left fore sidewalls are removably mounted to the fore tray base, allowing for lateral expansion of the system. Rear sidewalls are slidably extendable from the fore sidewalls, allowing for further alteration of the depth of the system.
Expandable retail pusher display
An expandable product pusher display for displaying products while urging the products to the front of the display as they are removed by consumers. Left and right end caps support plural tiers of product pusher assemblies, each including left and right product platforms with pushers having springs arranged to urge the products forwardly. Each tier includes a scissor mechanism expandably disposed between the left and right product platforms, and configured to adjust the distance therebetween while maintaining parallel alignment, so as to accommodate products of different width through adjustment of the scissor mechanisms.
Retail merchandise tray
A retail merchandise tray assembly is provided. The tray assembly may have an adjustable divider. The tray assembly may have a sign adaptor for mounting a sign to the divider. The tray assembly may have an accessory clip. The tray assembly may have a pivotable front stop. The tray assembly may have sign holders mounted to a front stop. The tray assembly may include signs mounted within a sign holder that is mounted to the front stop. The divider may be powder coated while the divider mounts may be free of painting. Methods are also provided.
