TECHNOLOGIES FOR PROVIDING FUNCTION AS SERVICE TIERED SCHEDULING AND MAPPING FOR MULTI-OPERATOR ARCHITECTURES
Technologies for determining a set of edge resources to offload a workload from a client compute device based on a brokering logic provided by a service provider include a device that includes circuitry that is in communication with edge resources. The circuitry is to receive a brokering logic from a service provider receive a request from a client compute device, wherein the request includes a function to be used to execute the request and one or more parameters associated with the client compute device, determine the one or more parameters, select, as a function of the one or more parameters and the brokering logic, a physical implementation to perform the function, wherein the physical implementation indicates a set of edge resources and a performance level for each edge resource of the set of edge resources, and perform, in response to a selection of the physical implementation, the request using the set of edge resources associated with the physical implementation.
Ethernet type packet data unit session communications
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A policy control function may determine a policy and charging control rule comprising one or more Ethernet source MAC addresses and a quality of service policy. The policy control function may send the policy and charging control rule to a session management function to provide an Ethernet PDU session for a wireless device.
Interface device and data communication method
An interface device includes a conversion circuit that converts data that conforms to a first communication interface standard into data that conforms to a second communication interface standard, first and second flow control units that execute respectively a first flow control that conforms to the first communication interface standard on the first device, and a second flow control that conforms to the second communication interface standard on the second device, first and second communication circuits that receive data from and transmit data to the first device under control of the first flow control unit and the second device under control of the second flow control unit, respectively. Data is transmitted from the second to the first device in accordance with first and second credits used in the first and second flow controls, respectively, and a data amount associated with the first credit is equivalent to a data amount associated with the second credit.

Device-assisted services for protecting network capacity
Device Assisted Services (DAS) for protecting network capacity is provided. In some embodiments, DAS for protecting network capacity includes monitoring a network service usage activity of the communications device in network communication; classifying the network service usage activity for differential network access control for protecting network capacity; and associating the network service usage activity with a network service usage control policy based on a classification of the network service usage activity to facilitate differential network access control for protecting network capacity.
Parcelled Quantum Resources
In a general aspect, methods and systems are described for dynamically partitioning and virtualizing a monolithic quantum-classical hybrid computing resource into multiple different and independently-saleable, as a resource to a user, parcels. These parcels may comprise configurations of qubits and qubit-qubit links on one or more quantum processor units for use by users for running computer programs.

ETHERNET TYPE PACKET DATA UNIT SESSION COMMUNICATIONS
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A session management function may provide to a user plane function one or more messages comprising an Ethernet packet filter set and/or information for at least one policy rule. The user plane function may apply the at least one policy rule to a data flow to provide an Ethernet packet data unit session for a wireless device.
Method and system for online advertising
Method, system, and programs for online advertising are disclosed. One or more targets associated with an entity are identified based on a first piece of information related to each target and a second piece of information related to the entity. The one or more targets are considered as likely being interested in content that can be made available by the entity. A connection is established between the entity and each identified target through a bi-directional communication channel. Activities between the entity and each target through the bi-directional communication channel are monitored. The entity delivers the content to an identified target through the bi-directional communication channel established between the entity and the identified target. In response to the delivered content, the identified target is able to provide a feedback to the entity through the bi-directional communication channel.
