A network function device, such as a policy control function device, may send one or more policy rules that are based on information associated with a wireless device. For example, the policy rules may be based on a virtual local area network (VLAN) tag or an Ethernet medium access control (MAC) address. The policy rules may be associated with a packet data unit (PDU) session of the wireless device.

In a general aspect, methods and systems are described for dynamically partitioning and virtualizing a monolithic quantum-classical hybrid computing resource into multiple different and independently-saleable, as a resource to a user, parcels. These parcels may comprise configurations of qubits and qubit-qubit links on one or more quantum processor units for use by users for running computer programs.

Device Assisted Services (DAS) for protecting network capacity is provided. In some embodiments, DAS for protecting network capacity includes monitoring a network service usage activity of the communications device in network communication; classifying the network service usage activity for differential network access control for protecting network capacity; and associating the network service usage activity with a network service usage control policy based on a classification of the network service usage activity to facilitate differential network access control for protecting network capacity.
