The at least one item of information comprises the first time zone and the second time zone and is transmitted to the telecommunications subscriber when a mailbox provided by the telecommunications provider is used. The method includes transmitting the at least one item of information to the telecommunications subscriber via a voice message, announcing the voice message via an automatic voice message, and then playing back a call stored in the mailbox.
