AUTOMATIC AFTER CALL APPLICATION DOWNLOAD PLATFORM
This disclosure provides methods, systems, and platforms for automatically prompting a mobile device user to download an application to their mobile device after a triggering event. Triggering events include calling a business, receiving a call from a business, and navigating to a website. In some embodiments, a business can run a targeted campaign to automatically prompt a mobile device user to download an application. In some embodiments, the platform interacts with an application installed on the mobile device. The prompt displayed on the mobile device includes an actionable option to download an application.
Telecommunications addressing system and method
A telecommunications addressing system/method allowing selection of a telephone instrument device (TID) using arbitrary identifiers is disclosed. The system/method allows a source TID (STD) to select a target TID (TTD) by the use of a Target Telephone Identifier (TTI) data string rather than a traditional numeric telephone identification (NTI). This TTI is then indexed within a TTI/NTI mapping server (TMS) that functions as a hierarchical repository of TTI/NTI mappings. STD/TTD communication is established by first performing a lookup of the STD-selected TTI within the TMS to identify the NTI of the TTD. Once the NTI of the STD has been identified by the TMS, communication between the STD and TTD is established using the NTI via the normal public switched telephone network (PSTN). TMS TTI lookup may be performed via STD TID web application and/or via PSTN infrastructure interface.
Automatic aftercall directory and phonebook entry advertising
This disclosure provides methods, services, and platforms that automatically prompt mobile phone users to add contact information to their phone book after a triggering event such as calling a phone number. The methods, services, and platforms allow mobile network operators to provide a service that allows businesses to potentially have their numbers added to the phonebook of a mobile phone after a disconnected call.
Universal contact manager
Systems and methods presented herein include a universal contact server. The universal contact server communicates with a universal contacts database. The universal contact server can retrieve contact information from all the communication devices associated with a use and store the contact information into the single universal contact data base. With the contact information stored in a single location, the user can use any communication device to contact the contact server and retrieve the contact information. In this way, the centrally stored contact information, allows a user to easily locate any contact information the user desires.
Method for visualizing an IVR system
The invention is a method of creating a dialstring for use with mobile smartphones and other computer-enabled telephones. A software app designed to implement the method recognizes input from the user (such as the initial digits of a phone number) that identifies the organization to be called, and accesses a stored representation of the IVR phone tree for that organization. The app then presents a graphical representation of all or part of the phone tree on the display of the telephone. The user can then respond to the graphical representation by providing selective inputs that cause the app to synthesize all or part of the dialstring needed to navigate the phone tree to the desired destination. Once a dialing option has been synthesized to the user's satisfaction, the user may provide additional input that the system interprets as an instruction to open a phone call and dial the synthesized number.
Inbound Calls to Intelligent Controlled-Environment Facility Resident Media and/or Communications Devices
An inbound call connection request may be received from a non-resident, directed to a controlled-environment facility resident and/or the resident's device. A determination may be made that a calling account of the resident does not have sufficient funds to pay for the inbound call, whereupon a message may be provided to the non-resident offering billing options, including at least a wireless carrier billing option, to complete the call connection. The call may be connected with the resident device in response to a determination a calling account of the inmate has sufficient funds to pay for the call or acceptance of one of the payment methods by the non-resident, along with authentication that the non-resident is associated with an address identifier (AID) of the resident device, and verification that the resident operating the device is associated with the AID of the device.
Method, terminal device and storage medium for displaying information
The present disclosure discloses a method, a terminal device and a storage medium for displaying information in the terminal device. The method includes: acquiring service option information with an information type identifier of a yellow-pages number, and displaying a service option corresponding to the service option information on a contact page of the yellow-pages number according to the information type identifier. With the present disclosure, by displaying the service option corresponding to the service option information in the contact page of the yellow-pages number, various service options corresponding to various services provided by a person, a business or an organization, represented by the yellow-pages number, may be added into a contact list and prompt a user without costing excessive manpower and material resources on separate developments for each service, and thus the method is expandable, easy to operate and time efficient.
System and Method for Managing an Unsuccessful Communication Session Between a Source User and a Target User
This disclosure relates to system and method for managing an unsuccessful communication session between a source user and a target user. In one embodiment, the method comprises determining a plurality of correlative contacts between the source user and the target user from one or more communication platforms, and scoring the plurality of correlative contacts based on one or more proximity parameters among the source user, each of the plurality of correlative contacts, and the target user. The method further comprises generating an initial set of correlative contacts based on the scoring, presenting the initial set of correlative contacts along with a plurality of selectable communication recourses, initiating a communication with at least one of the initial set of correlative contacts upon selection of a corresponding communication recourse, and providing a plurality of selectable recourses to reach out to the target user based on the communication.
Masked communication system and method with GPS tracking
There are provided systems and methods of using the systems to make telecommunications. The systems and methods include application software on a user phone, and a telecommunications apparatus, or computer communication network, configured to make communications for the user. The system permits the user to carry out steps including opening the software app on a mobile phone, as a source telephone; making a communication with a target telephone of another through the app; and receiving a response to the communication, where the response includes a GPS location of the target telephone. The GPS location is displayed on the telephone user interface of the source telephone. In the systems, the numeric telephone identification of the source telephone device, and/or the numeric telephone identification of the target telephone device may be masked.
Methods and systems for automated business dialing
Systems and methods consistent with the invention relate to automated business and service dialing. According to one exemplary embodiment, a business dialing system is disclosed. The system includes a memory configured to store a plurality of business objects containing phone numbers corresponding to a plurality of business entities. The system further includes a user input device configured to detect key presses. The system also includes a processor coupled to the user input device and the memory. The processor is configured to generate a key sequence and a number sequence based on the detected key presses. The processor is further configured to search the memory for business objects corresponding to the key sequence. The system further includes a display device configured to display the number sequence and the business objects. The user input interface is further configured to detect a selection of a business object, among the business objects, or a dial command. The processor is configured to perform an action associated with the selected business object if the selection of the business object is detected, and dial the number sequence as a phone number if the dial command is detected.
