SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING CLIENTS WITH ATTORNEYS
Systems and methods for remote communication with a legal professional is provided. The method includes sending, using a graphical user interface coupled to an electronic device of a user, a request for communication with the legal professional, wherein the request includes identifiable information about a user, and wherein the electronic device of the user includes a processor and a memory. The method further includes notifying the legal professional of the request and accepting the request, using a graphical user interface coupled to an electronic device of the legal professional, wherein the electronic device of the legal professional includes a processor and a memory. The method additionally includes sending identifiable information about the legal professional to the user and enabling communication between the user and the legal professional using sensors coupled to the electronic device of the user and sensors coupled to the electronic device of the legal professional.
Voice media decoupling
In an example embodiment, a solution is provided that decouples an IVR component from a voice media server, which allows the voice media server to be geographically placed in a location most beneficial to keep digital voice file transmission to a minimum (thus saving bandwidth), while allowing the IVR component to be geographically located anywhere without negatively impacting the bandwidth usage. An additional benefit is that by decoupling the IVR component from the voice media server, the IVR component can be implemented in a way that lets it work with multiple redundant voice media servers simultaneously, allowing one of the voice media servers to become unavailable without impacting service.
System and method for automated call distribution

System to deploy a disaster-proof geographically-distributed call center
A redundant Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) call center system has two data centers each having a first and a second SIP server cooperating as a first SIP-server high availability (HA) pair, a set of SW applications executable at each data center, and a plurality of agent stations each comprising a SIP telephone and a computerized appliance executing a desktop application at each agent station. The HA pairs operate as SIP server peers, the agent SIP phones are configured to maintain simultaneous registration with both SIP server peers, and Agent Desktop applications log in to only one SIP server peer, wherein the SIP Server peers collaborate to deliver calls to individual agent SIP phones via the SIP server peer where the agent is logged in, and wherein, upon failure of either data center agent's desktop applications log in to the other data center, allowing the associated agent to continue working.
System for facilitating loosely configured service worker groups in a dynamic call center environment
A system for soliciting and activating one or more groups of workers to service contact center business includes an interface accessible to the one or more groups for accepting group registration data, publishing contact center business and for enabling the groups to subscribe to receive business; a data repository for storing the registration data for subscribing groups; and a routing server for specifying routing strategies for event routing to the groups. The system is characterized in that the one or more groups of workers may be activated during contact center business activity to perform services based on need.

Virtual photorealistic digital actor system for remote service of customers
A system for remote servicing of customers includes an interactive display unit at the customer location providing two-way audio/visual communication with a remote service/sales agent, wherein communication inputted by the agent is delivered to customers via a virtual Digital Actor on the display. The system also provides for remote customer service using physical mannequins with interactive capability having two-way audio visual communication ability with the remote agent, wherein communication inputted by the remote service or sales agent is delivered to customers using the physical mannequin. A web solution integrates the virtual Digital Actor system into a business website. A smart phone solution provides the remote service to customers via an App. In another embodiment, the Digital Actor is instead displayed as a 3D hologram. The Digital Actor is also used in an e-learning solution, in a movie studio suite, and as a presenter on TV, online, or other broadcasting applications.

Telephony software control via web application
A Web application (such as a workforce management application) on a cloud computing platform controls telephony software used by an agent who operates a remote agent computer. The telephony software may reside on the agent computer, may reside in the cloud and be used by the agent using a browser, or may reside in the cloud and include a client on the agent computer. The agent does not have access to login credentials of the telephony software and cannot log in. The Web application remotely controls the telephony software using an API and makes decisions based upon the scheduled shift activities of the agent or demand for tasks within the enterprise or call center. The Web application is able to log the agent in to or off of the telephony software or to change the status of the agent within the telephony software.
Email handling for a contact center
This disclosure relates to handling email for a contact center. In one example, a contact center system can include an email interface to access an enterprise email system, inbound emails to and from each inbound mailbox in the contact center system being stored and maintained in the enterprise email system. An email tracking data structure can be stored in memory, the email tracking data structure programmed to store interaction data corresponding to each email interaction being processed by the contact center system. An email handling control can be programmed to control sending a reply email to a given incoming contact email from a contact based on the interaction data associated with the given incoming contact email, the reply email being sent to the contact through the enterprise email system via the email interface.
