In response to the first transmission request being received from the external device, the first determiner determine whether a second type of service is currently provided. The first screen data transmitter transmits first screen data for displaying a first setting screen to the external device in response to the first determiner determining that the second type of service is not currently provided. The first disconnector disconnects the continuous connection in response to selection of a disconnection button included in the first setting screen displayed on the external device.

An information processing system of the present disclosure includes a first authentication unit configured to receive first authentication information input by a user and perform authentication based on the first authentication information, a registration unit configured to register an image processing apparatus based on the authentication, a second transmission unit configured to transmit second authentication information to the image processing apparatus upon registration of the image processing apparatus by the registration unit, and a second authentication unit configured to perform authentication to install a predetermined application in a second information processing apparatus based on the second authentication information.

The present invention provides an information processing apparatus and a method of controlling the same. An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit, a machine translation processing unit, a speech synthesis processing unit, and a processor. The image forming unit is configured to print image data. The machine translation processing unit is configured to acquire translated text data as a result of machine translation processing based on untranslated text data generated from a scanned document image. A server may receive a first e-mail including a first image file from a first external device and send a first print request to a first printer. After the first e-mail has been received from the first external device, the server may receive a second e-mail including a second image file from a second external device. The server may, in a case where the second e-mail is received from the second external device, determine whether the second e-mail was generated by using the first e-mail. The server may, in a case where it is determined that the second e-mail was not generated by using the first e-mail, send a second print request to the first printer. In a case where it is determined that the second e-mail was generated by using the first e-mail, the second print request may not be sent to the first printer.

An information processing method includes causing an information processing apparatus to display a screen for inputting a print instruction for executing print processing based on data posted to a channel of a chat service, transmitting the data posted to the channel of the chat service to an image forming apparatus and causing the image forming apparatus to execute the print processing based on the data, based on the print instruction input via the displayed screen, and determining whether to cause the information processing apparatus to display the screen, based on attribute information about the posted data.

An image processing apparatus is provided and is capable of directly registering image data received by the image forming apparatus in an expense processing system as voucher data without printing the image data. The image processing apparatus according to the present invention is an image processing apparatus capable of communicating with an expense processing server that registers a character string included in received image data as expense data. The image processing apparatus includes a reception unit configured to receive image data from an external apparatus and a transmission unit configured to automatically transmit the image data received by the reception unit to the expense processing server.
