An aspect of the present invention is a printer communicable with an external device in accordance with a predetermined communication protocol. The printer includes: a data reception unit configured to receive data containing a character string to be printed, from the external device; an acquisition unit configured to acquire extraction setting information that is information relating to a method of extracting the character string contained in the data that is received by the data reception unit; an extraction unit configured to, upon receiving the data from the external device, extract the character string from the received data, based on the extraction setting information that is acquired by the acquisition unit; and a print unit configured to print the character string that is extracted by the extraction unit, on a print medium.

A chart includes a plurality of area images. Each area image of the plurality of area images includes a figure. The figure indicates positional information of each area image of the plurality of area images in the chart. An image forming apparatus includes an image forming device configured to form an image on a sheet to create the chart, and an image reading device configured to read the image in the chart.

An inspection apparatus includes at least one memory that stores instructions, and at least one processor that executes the instructions to provide a screen to display an image on which a plurality of pages is imposed and to receive a layout of an inspection area on one of the plurality of pages imposed on the displayed image based on a user instruction, and replicate the inspection area set on the one page at corresponding positions on the other pages imposed on the displayed image.

Photographed image acquisition means (201) of an information processing device (20) acquires a photographed image photographed by photographing means (25) capable of photographing a target image including predetermined information. Reference means (202) refers to storage means (200) for storing the target image photographed in the past and information extracted from the target image in the past, in association with each other. Determination means (207) determines whether or not the target image photographed in the past has been captured in the photographed image. An information processing apparatus includes: a processor configured to: in response to acquiring a first identification output from a different information processing apparatus, perform control of execution of a first process; in response to completion of the first process, perform control to cause the different information processing apparatus to output a second identification for executing a second process; and in response to acquiring the second identification output from the different information processing apparatus, perform control of execution of the second process.

A non-transitory computer readable information recording medium stores a program therein. The program when executed by one or more processors causes an operation terminal to perform determining, based on information that the operation terminal obtains from the outside in response to an operation performed on the operation terminal, an electronic apparatus from among a plurality of electronic apparatuses connected to the operation terminal, the electronic apparatus being one which is to output electronic data stored in an information storage apparatus connected to the operation terminal; obtaining, from the information storage apparatus, electronic data from among a plurality of sets of electronic data stored in the information storage apparatus in a format that the determined electronic apparatus is capable of outputting; and transmitting the obtained electronic data to the determined electronic apparatus.
