Printing device, control method, and non-transitory computer-readable recording medium therefor utilizing differing calibration patch configurations on the same printing medium
A printing device comprises a head configured to print an image having a plurality of pixels on a printing medium based on image data, an input device configured to obtain an input of designating a pixel of the image, and a controller. The controller is configured to cause the printing device to print, on a same printing medium, a first patch group containing a plurality of patches, and a second patch group containing patches corresponding to the designated pixel designated via the input device, the second patch group containing a pair of patches, a color difference of the pair of patches contained in the second patch group being smaller than a color difference of a pair of patches with a smallest color difference among the plurality of patches contained in the first patch group.
Image calibration method, image formation device, and storage medium
Provided is an image calibration method, an image formation device and a storage medium. The image calibration method includes: acquiring at least one of a first end color density value or a second end color density value of a calibration reference image along a direction to be calibrated; calculating a difference between the at least one of the first end color density value or the second end color density value and a target color density value, to obtain at least one of a first end color density difference value or a second end color density difference value; and performing uniformity calibration on an image to be calibrated if the at least one of the first end color density difference value or the second end color density difference value is greater than or equal to a preset difference threshold.
YCBCR pulsed illumination scheme in a light deficient environment
The disclosure extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for producing an image in light deficient environments with luminance and chrominance emitted from a controlled light source.
Picture file processing method, device, and computer storage medium
Embodiments of the present application disclose a picture file processing method, device, and computer storage medium. The method includes the following steps: generating, by a transmitter, a picture header information data segment of a picture file according to the picture file, and converting each image frame in the picture file into YUV data; encoding the YUV data to generate data stream, generating compressed image data, and sending the compressed image data to a receiving device, the compressed image data including the picture header information data segment and the data stream; receiving, by the receiving device, the compressed image data, and parsing the compressed image data to acquire the picture header information data segment and the data stream; and generating, by the receiving device, the YUV data according to the data stream, and processing the YUV data based on the picture header information data segment to generate the picture file.
IMAGE PROCESSING CONTROL APPARATUS, COLOR ADJUSTMENT METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An image processing control apparatus includes a hardware processor. The hardware processor obtains: read image data obtained through reading a color sample and shown in a first color system; original image data corresponding to the color sample and shown in a second color system; and region-by-attribute information indicating a first region corresponding to spot-color printing and a second region corresponding to decoration printing, the first and second regions being in the original image data. The hardware processor determines a color conversion parameter for color conversion of the first region and a color conversion parameter for color conversion of a third region different from the first and second regions in the original image data by using the read image data. The hardware processor determines a color conversion parameter for color conversion of the second region according to predetermined values shown in the second color system.
YCBCR PULSED ILLUMINATION SCHEME IN A LIGHT DEFICIENT ENVIRONMENT
The disclosure extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for producing an image in light deficient environments with luminance and chrominance emitted from a controlled light source.
Perceptually accurate image rendering
An image reproduction system and methods for providing colorant data to an end device. A method includes extracting general HSV value data for each pixel of an image from image data. For each pixel, the general HSV value data is transformed to generate universal perceived brightness, Bp, and universal perceived chroma, Cp, value data. End-device colorant data associated with the general HSV value data is retrieved for each pixel and scaled using the Bp and Cp value data to obtain scaled end-device colorant data. The scaled end-device colorant data is transmitted to the end device.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND STORING MEDIUM
The disclosed technique is an image processing apparatus that corrects gradation values of monochrome data converted from color data, including correction unit configured to, in the case where there are three or more gradation values after conversion and there are a plurality of gradation value differences between adjacent gradation values arranged in order of magnitude, if there is a gradation value difference smaller than a prescribed threshold value among the plurality of gradation value differences, correct the gradation value difference smaller than the threshold value to increase in the range of the threshold value or smaller by reducing other gradation value differences adjacent to the gradation value difference smaller than the threshold value.
Color separation processing method, printing method, and color separation processing apparatus
A color separation processing method includes: preparing one or a plurality of tables including a first color and one or a plurality of second colors obtained by mixing the first color with one or a plurality of added colors; selecting the table including the first color in accordance with a color sample and selecting the second color corresponding to the color sample from the selected table; and obtaining color separation values of the first color and the added color constituting the selected second color.
