WIRELESS DEVICE
A wireless device supporting Wi-Fi Direct service includes: a display; a communication unit; and a controller configured to cause: transmitting resolution information including a plurality of resolutions that are supported by the wireless device to a second wireless device; receiving an entire image including a first image and a second image from the second wireless device if a resolution of the first image is not one of the plurality of resolutions; displaying the first image by removing the second image from the received entire image when the entire image is received; and receiving the first image from the second wireless device without the second image if the resolution of the first image is included in the resolution information, the second image being an image that is added to the first image such that a resolution of the received entire image corresponds to one of the plurality of resolutions.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus is provided, which includes a display panel, and a display driving apparatus mounted on the display panel and driving the display panel, which includes an RF modem having a first tuner for providing a broadcasting signal to the display panel.

Automated account crediting after interruption or failure of paid content delivery
One or more devices may receive activity logs from multiple set-top-boxes (STBs); determine that an outage has occurred based on the activity logs; identify one or more STBs, of the plurality of STBs, that failed to play back paid content during the outage, or where playback of paid content, by the one or more STBs, was interrupted during the outage; and credit corresponding accounts associated with the one or more STBs.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF MULTIPLE CONSTANT BITRATE DATA STREAMS
Systems and methods are provided for transparently transmitting multiple constant bitrate (CBR) data streams over a packet network with reduced delay. Example embodiments provide packetizers and depacketizers for multiplexing and demultiplexing multiple common public radio interface (CPRI) data streams for transport between remote units and baseband units over packet networks. The systems and methods disclosed herein use time-division-multiplexing to map multiple CBR clients directly into a packet such that each CBR client can be recovered at the destination with its original clock and with information that allows its residence time in the packet domain to be calculated. The systems and methods disclosed herein allow packet based networks, such as the existing Packet Transport Network (PTN), to be used for C-RAN fronthaul applications with strict end-to-end delay requirements.
Portable digital video camera configured for remote image acquisition control and viewing
A wearable digital video camera (10) is equipped with wireless connection protocol and global navigation and location positioning system technology to provide remote image acquisition control and viewing. The Bluetooth® packet-based open wireless technology standard protocol (400) is preferred for use in providing control signals or streaming data to the digital video camera and for accessing image content stored on or streaming from the digital video camera. The GPS technology (402) is preferred for use in tracking of the location of the digital video camera as it records image information. A rotating mount (300) with a locking member (330) on the camera housing (22) allows adjustment of the pointing angle of the wearable digital video camera when it is attached to a mounting surface.
Device and method for capturing, processing, linking and monetizing a plurality of video and audio recordings from different points of view (POV)
A mobile communication device having a processor and set of processor readable code of instructions that identifies and enables multiple mobile communication devices in a predetermined geographic region (geo-fence) to simultaneously capture audio video recordings (the “recordings”) of an event or scene from varying POV in the same time and space and automatically uploads the recordings to a remote server which bundles, processes and optimizes the plurality of audio video recordings for distribution and monetization. The instant invention provides instant access to the recording feature when opened and allows a limited amount of recording time, such as up to sixty (60) seconds to record a particular event in desired region. Audio is also captured during the recording. A user may be given a predetermined amount of time, such as five (5) seconds, to delete the recording. The instant invention streamlines and processes the collected videos and audios of the same event to remove visual and audio harmonics and irregularities. The instant invention also identifies mobile devices nearest a preidentified area of an event of interest and pushes an alert to these devices offering a recording opportunity of the event to the users which may be accepted so as to record and upload the event while encouraging proximal users to also record and upload the event from their unique POV.

COMBINED HDR/LDR VIDEO STREAMING
The invention provides methods for broadcasting video in a dual HDR/LDR format such that the video can be displayed in real time by both LDR and HDR display devices. Methods and devices of the invention process streams of pixels from multiple sensors in a frame-independent manner to produce an HDR video signal in real time. That HDR video signal is then tone-mapped to produce an LDR video signal, the LDR signal is subtracted from the HDR signal to calculate a residual signal, and the LDR signal and the residual signal are merged into a combined signal that is broadcast via a communications network.
