VIDEO STREAM PLAYING METHOD, SYSTEM, TERMINAL AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Disclosed are a video stream playing method, a system, a terminal and a storage medium. The method includes following steps: receiving audio and video data sent by a server in real time and storing the received audio and video data in a buffer area; moving audio and video data firstly stored in the buffer area to an area to be decoded in real time; and extracting audio and video data firstly stored in the area to be decoded in real time, and decoding and playing the audio and video data firstly stored in the area to be decoded.
MANAGING LIVE VIDEO STREAM CONNECTIONS
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to minimizing data usage over a communication link. A system may include a server configured to receive, via a first connection, a video stream from at least one camera. The server may also be configured to provide, via a second connection, the video stream to a user device. Further, the server may be configured to continue to provide the video stream to the user device via the second connection in response to reception of an indicator indicating that a user of the user device is actively viewing the video stream. Moreover, the server may be configured to cause the video stream from the server to the user device to be terminated in response to lack of receipt of the indicator within a predetermined time interval. Associated methods and systems are also disclosed.
Data communication apparatus for high-speed identification of adaptive bit rate, communication system, data communication method, and program
A data communication apparatus is provided that includes: a transmission-reception part configured to transmit and receive data between a client terminal and a server, an ABR determination part configured to determine whether or not a data transmission scheme from the server to the client terminal is based on an ABR (Adaptive Bit Rate) distribution scheme, and, a scheme determination part configured to determine the data transmission scheme upon transmitting a received data from the server to the client terminal according to a result by the ABR determination part, wherein the transmission-reception part is configured to transmit the received data from the server to the client by the data transmission scheme determined by the scheme determination part.
Method and apparatus for synchronizing video live broadcast
The present invention relates to a method for synchronizing video live broadcast, which can improve user experience in a video live broadcast service. In the present invention, a video stream synchronization request is sent to a network side device; a video stream playback position synchronization parameter sent by the network side device is received, where the video stream playback position synchronization parameter includes a playback position parameter at a video stream sending moment and a system frame number SFN at the video stream sending moment; an SFN at a video stream receiving moment is acquired; and the playback position parameter at the video stream sending moment is adjusted according to the SFN at the video stream sending moment and the SFN at the video stream receiving moment, so as to coincide with a current playback position parameter of the network side device.
Unicast ABR streaming
A method of delivering unicast adaptive bitrate (UABR) streaming includes receiving, at a content delivery network (CDN) node, a request for a video asset to be streamed at a selected bitrate; loading a manifest for the requested video asset; parsing the manifest for the requested video asset and preloading a plurality of segments across all represented bitrates into a preload cache buffer; fetching requested bitrate segments into a segment combiner; and streaming a combined stream to the requesting entity.
QoS for adaptable HTTP video
Systems and methods can operate to manage the shared network bandwidth usage for media content streams. Through the bandwidth management of an individual media content stream while taking other media content streams into account a media stream server can achieve a stable bit rate across all streams to improve the quality of experience (QoE) of media content streams displayed at client devices.
METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING FRAME DATA OF IMAGE
A method for distributing frame data of an image to a plurality of clients via a network, the method including generating, using a processor, first frame data and second frame data as the frame data, transmitting, using the processor, the first frame data to all of the plurality of clients, and transmitting, using the processor, the second frame data to clients for whom a communication environment between the clients and the server satisfies a predetermined condition between the transmissions of the first frame data.
IMMERSIVE VIEWPORT DEPENDENT MULTIPARTY VIDEO COMMUNICATION
An apparatus for providing immersive media content to a plurality of receivers is described. The apparatus obtains for a representation of the immersive media content a plurality of tiles, the plurality of tiles covering some or all of the representation, and, for some or all of the plurality receivers, transmits to each receiver one or more of the tiles, the one or more tiles covering at least a viewport associated with the respective receiver.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING REAL-TIME QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE
Disclosed are a process and apparatus for classifying video streams of an online streaming media service in real-time. The process includes processing data packets representing one or more video streams between a service provider and a user access network, generating flow activity data from the packets representing quantitative metrics of network transport activity, and applying a trained classifier to the flow activity data to classify each of the video streams as either a live video stream or a video-on-demand (VoD) stream.
METHODS OF AND DEVICES FOR ADAPTIVE BIT RATE, ABR, VIDEO RESOLUTION SHAPING OF A VIDEO STREAM IN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM
A method of supporting Adaptive Bit Rate, ABR, video resolution shaping of a video data stream of a video session transferred by a User Plane Function, UPF, in a Service Based Architecture, SBA, domain. The video resolution shaping is performed by the UPF implementing a Reinforcement Learning Agent, RLA, operating with an observation space having a determined video resolution of a received video data stream, a reward space having a reward referring to a required video resolution, and an action space having video resolution shaping levels to be applied at the received video data stream. Complementary methods and devices for performing such a method in an SBA domain deployed in a telecommunications system are disclosed.
