A computer-implemented is disclosed. The method includes: receiving media data of a live media stream; obtaining audience reaction data associated with the live media stream; identifying an event-of-interest in the live media stream based on the audience reaction data, wherein a time of the event-of-interest is prior to a time of the audience reaction data; obtaining a segment of at least one of audio data or video data of the live media stream that is associated with the time of the event-of-interest; generating a digital asset incorporating the segment; and providing the digital asset to at least one viewer of the live media stream.
ASSIGNING SYNTHETIC RESPONDENTS TO GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS FOR AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT

Disclosed example apparatus are further to evaluate the model based on values of the set of parameters and values of the demographic features for a first one of the respondents to determine a set of probabilities that the first respondent is to be assigned to respective ones of the geographic locations.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR INTERACTIVE QUEUING FOR SHARED LISTENING SESSIONS
An electronic device generates a respective user queue for each user of a plurality of users participating in a shared listening session. While providing a first media content item for playback, the device receives a second request, from a first user, to add a second media content item to the shared playback queue and updates the respective user queue for the first user. After receiving the second request, the electronic device receives a third request, from a second user, to add a third media content item to the shared playback queue and updates the respective user queue for the second user. The electronic device updates the shared playback queue using the respective user queues of the first user and the second user, including positioning the third media content item in an order of the shared playback queue to be played back before the second media content item.

System and method for targeting individuals with advertisement spots during national broadcast and cable television
The present invention relates to methods and systems for targeting and retargeting individuals with advertisement spots during television broadcasting. The method and system enable an advertiser for identifying and categorizing a set of viewers or individuals for retargeting advertisement based on parameters such as, but not limited to, interests or preferences of the individuals, past purchases and interactions of the individuals with the advertiser. The method and system further enable the advertiser to segregate the plurality of individuals into subgroups on the basis of information such as, but not limited to, demography, psychographic and behavioral characteristics of the plurality of individuals. The method and system then enable the advertiser to define one or more advertisement spots and corresponding advertisements to be delivered to different sub groups of individuals based on the categorization. Thereafter, the method and system retarget individuals by sending individualized messages in the one or more advertisement spots.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CREATING AND SHARING CUSTOMIZED MULTIMEDIA SEGMENTS
Multimedia content segment identified by users may be shared among media devices and media device users. Media content segment metadata is generated based on one or more identified media content item segments identified in one or more media content items. The media content segment metadata may include, but is not limited to, information indicating segment start and stop times, information about the particular media content item (e.g., title, actors, original air date), and other user-provided descriptive information. Systems and methods for implementing one or more game features across devices associated with a synchronous multimedia stream are disclosed. One method may include: transmitting interactive game features to multiple devices associated with a synchronous multimedia stream using a server in network communication with at least one database, the method comprising operations including: establishing, on the server, a virtual media streaming session; connecting two or more user profiles of a media streaming platform to the virtual media streaming session; providing, in the virtual media streaming session, an article of multimedia content, wherein the article of multimedia content is simultaneously viewable on user devices associated with each of the two or more user profiles; determining, using a processor associated with the server, whether one or more interactive game features associated with the article of multimedia content are activated; and implementing, responsive to determining that the one or more interactive game features are activated, aspects associated with the one or more interactive game features in the virtual media streaming session.
