System for addressing on-demand TV program content on TV services platform of a digital TV services provider
Video content is uploaded via the Internet to a video-on-demand (VOD) server identified by a title and a hierarchical address of categories and subcategories for categorizing the title. The VOD server converts and stores the video content at a storage address in a video content database linked to the title. The title is listed in a location of an electronic program guide (EPG) using the same categories and subcategories as in its hierarchical address. Any TV subscriber can access the EPG and navigate through its categories and subcategories to find a title for viewing on the TV. This can enable many new blogging or podcasting-like programs by popular “Hosts” to be self-published on the Internet and readily navigated for display on TV. The EPG can also store TV program addresses as bookmarks and allow them to be shared with other subscribers or with friends and contacts online by sending to their email addresses.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING VIEWING OPTIONS FOR CONTENT BASED ON SCORING CONTENT DIMENSIONS
A device may receive, from a user device, a content selection, and may receive metadata associated with the content. The device may determine viewing options, for viewing the content, based on the metadata associated with the content, and may identify dimensions of the content based on the viewing options. The device may calculate points for each of the dimensions of the content, and may assign the points for each of the dimensions of the content to generate weighted dimensions of the content. The device may associate the weighted dimensions of the content with the viewing options to generate weighted viewing options, and may rank the weighted viewing options to determine a primary viewing option, a secondary viewing option, and remaining viewing options. The device may provide the primary viewing option, the secondary viewing option, and the remaining viewing options to the user device, for display.

Techniques for ATSC 3.0 broadcast boundary area management using plural tuners
Techniques are described for expanding and/or improving the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0 television protocol in robustly delivering the next generation broadcast television services. In a boundary region between first and second broadcast stations in which a receiver can pick up signals from both stations, a primary tuner presents a demanded service while a secondary tuner scans for duplicate transmissions of the service, and if one is found, the version with the better quality metrics may be presented.

ADAPTIVE CONTENT COMPOSITE GENERATION AND CONTROL
System, methods, and machine-readable media to facilitate adaptive content composite generation with respect to digitally distributed content are disclosed. Observation data corresponding to detected media device operations associated with media devices in a particular geolocation may be processed and mapped to events. An identifier of a particular event may be selected based on the observation data, and a content composite corresponding to the particular event may be created. An adaptable content object may be identified based on the observation data and may be configured with a content object. The content composite may be output for presentation so that the endpoint media device performs operations relating to the content composite. Signals corresponding to the operations triggered by the content composite and indicative interface options may be processed.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES FOR ON-DEMAND REUSE OF VOLUMETRIC CONTENT
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining a first group of volumetric content, generating first metadata for the first group of volumetric content, and storing the first group of volumetric content. Further embodiments include obtaining a second group of volumetric content, generating second metadata for the second group of volumetric content, and storing the second group of volumetric content. Additional embodiments include receiving a request for user volumetric content, and obtaining first volumetric content according to the request, the first group of volumetric content comprises the first volumetric content, and obtaining second volumetric content according to the request, the second group of volumetric content comprises the second volumetric content, generating the user volumetric content according to the request, the user volumetric content comprises the first volumetric content and the second volumetric content, and providing the user volumetric content to a communication device. Other embodiments are disclosed.
DYNAMIC CONTENT STEERING BASED ON SERVER AND CLIENT DEVICE CAPABILITIES
The disclosed computer-implemented method includes determining that incoming media item requests are to be skewed from a random distribution among server nodes, using a random distribution algorithm, to a directed distribution among the server nodes. The method then includes identifying, in a loading assignment, which media items are to be loaded onto specific server nodes to produce the directed distribution of media item requests. The method next includes preloading the identified media items onto the server nodes according to the loading assignment and receiving media item requests for the preloaded media items. The method then includes routing the received media item requests to the server nodes using the random distribution algorithm, where the random distribution algorithm is skewed to the directed distribution based on the preloading of the media items according to the identified loading assignment. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.
System and method for creating responsive display content
A media communication system and computer-implemented method for transmitting responsive display auxiliary content to an end-user communication device to be rendered on a display device. The communication system is arranged to analyze media content constituents, including image content; create a throne portion based on the image content; create a headline, including headline rendering instructions, based on the image content; create a background, including background rendering instructions, based on the image content; create image rendering instructions based on the headline and background; and generate responsive display auxiliary content, including the headline rendering instructions, background rendering instructions and image rendering instructions. The system can include a transmitter arranged to send the responsive display auxiliary content to an end-user communication device, which can be arranged to render the responsive display auxiliary content on a display device with the headline rendered vertically on the throne portion and partially outside a viewport of a responsive display auxiliary container and the image content stacked atop of and offset with respect to the background.
