Computer System and Method for Recording, Managing, and Watching Videos
A computing platform may be configured to (i) cause a first client station to present a first interface of a SaaS application, (ii) receive, from the first client station, a given video that was recorded at the first client station utilizing the first interface, (iii) transmit a request for the given video to be stored at a third-party cloud storage platform, (iv) receive from a second client station, a communication indicating a request to watch the given video, and (v) after receiving the communication: (a) cause the second client station to present a second interface of the SaaS application, (b) transmit a request to obtain the given video from the third-party cloud storage platform, (c) receive the given video from the third-party cloud storage platform, (d) divide the given video into a sequence of video segments, and (e) stream the sequence of video segments to the second client station.
Systems and methods for processing overlapping content
A computer implemented method that includes receiving first user usage data and second user usage data indicative of user usage during consumption of a first content and of a second content, respectively. The method includes determining a first user usage pattern for the first content and a second user usage pattern for the second content based on the first user usage data and on the second user usage data, respectively. The method determines potential content overlap between the first content and the second content based on a comparison of the first usage pattern and the second usage pattern and performs an optimization operation based on the potential content overlap.
Methods, devices, and systems for video segmentation and annotation
Methods, devices, and systems for segmenting and annotating videos for analysis are disclosed. A user identifies specific moments of the video that provide a teachable moment. A pre-context and a post-context portion of the video surrounding the identified moment are used to create a tile video. One or more tile videos are compiled in a user-defined order to generate a weave video with a specific focus or theme. The generated weave video is shared with one or more users and can be annotated to facilitate teaching and/or discussion.
COMMENTARY VIDEO GENERATION METHOD AND APPARATUS, SERVER, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A commentary video generation method and apparatus, server, and storage medium. The method includes: obtaining a game instruction frame, the game instruction frame including at least one game operation instruction, and the game operation instruction being used for controlling a virtual object; generating a commentary data stream based on the game instruction frame, the commentary data stream including at least one piece of commentary audio describing a game event, and the game event being triggered during the virtual object performing the in-game behavior; rendering a game screen based on the game instruction frame to generate a game video stream, the game video stream including at least one game video frame; and combining the commentary data stream with the game video stream, the game video frame and the commentary audio corresponding to the same game event in the commentary video stream being aligned in time.
Imaging system, server device, control method for server device, and storage medium
An imaging system including an imaging device 501 and a recording server 502 communicatively connected to the imaging device 501, wherein the imaging device 501 includes an imaging unit 503 that generates a video with a plurality of resolution, a dividing unit 504 that performs a division process of dividing the video generated by the imaging unit 503 into one or a plurality of tile areas and generates a tile image, and a transmission unit 506 that transmits the video to the recording server 502, wherein the recording server 502 includes a division control unit 507 that outputs an instruction to change a division method for the division process to the imaging device according to a designation frequency of an area designated on the video transmitted from the imaging device 501.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GEOGRAPHICALLY ASSOCIATED OR GEOGRAPHICALLY DISASSOCIATED ENTICING GIFT OR VIDEO DROP
This application pertains to gift-giving and video-dropping methods and systems. A gift drop or a video drop is facilitated using a mobile smart device and an interactive map. The system includes a gift or video drop database stored in a remote gift drop computer server. The system includes a gift or video drop logic section operable on a smart mobile device or a computer. The gift or video drop logic section includes an interactive gift or video drop map. The gift or video drop logic section presents the interactive gift or video drop map to a user, and facilitates the dropping of a symbolic gift item or a video onto the interactive map. The gift or video drop logic section determines whether the user is within certain predefined geographic boundaries, and either makes visible or gives a symbolic gift item to the user based on their location, or plays the video.
