An express barbeque for cooking food includes a housing including a base and a lid with a cooking chamber therein. A grill is positionable in the base to support the food, with a food splatter area defined about the grill. Heat distributors are positioned about the cooking chamber offset laterally from the food splatter area. Each of the heat distributors includes a perforated pipe and a corresponding heat diverter. Each of the perforated pipes is shaped to receive heat from a heat source, and each has the corresponding heat diverter positioned thereabout to pass the heat from the perforated pipe through the cooking chamber whereby cooking of the food is facilitated. A cooking drawer may be slidably retractable from the housing. The cooking drawer may include the upper grill and a lower drip tray. The lower drip tray is connected below the grill to catch drippings therefrom.

A grill height adjustment and height indication apparatus for indicating the height setting of a grill, the grill height indication apparatus including a height indicator driving portion operatively connected to a grill height adjustment crank. The apparatus further includes an indication portion, having a plurality of incremental markings, for indicating a grill height. The indicator driving portion drives the indication portion to display a first incremental marking for a first grill height and the height indicator driving portion drives the indication portion to display a second incremental marking for at least a second grill height different from the first grill height. The indication apparatus may further include an audible indication portion that produces an audible tone at set increments as the grill height adjustment crank is rotated.

The apparatus is a portable three-in-one food griller, food smoker and fire pit in which the sidewalls can nest into a compact self-contained unit for easy transportation. In one variation, there are five rectangles with four walls that encompass a void that can be configured and stacked for use as a grill, a smoker or a fire pit. The bottom rectangle can contain an adjustable air inlet door and a grate for holding a fire source. The top rectangle can contain an adjustable air outlet door in the ceiling with a thermometer. The second, third and forth rectangles can contain various configurations of grates for grilling food, smoking food or use as a fire pit. After use, rectangles two through five can fit and nest into the first rectangle (the base) and be latched to the floor section forming a self-enclosed compact and transportable rectangle box with a carrying handle.

A grill extension system for cooking food items at a lowered temperature on a grill includes a first grill that may have a food item positioned thereon for cooking. A second grill is selectively positioned on the first grill such that the second grill is spaced from the first grill. A food item is positioned on the second grill for cooking at a lower temperature compared to the first grill.

A stove includes a heating unit, an adjustment unit and a grill grate. The adjustment unit includes two lifting units, a synchronizer, and a drive unit. Each lifting unit has a screw rod, a sliding block movable along the screw rod, and a lift frame mounted to the sliding block. The synchronizer connects the lifting units. The drive unit is connected to the screw rod of one of the lifting units and is operable to drive synchronized rotation of the screw rods through the synchronizer. The grill grate is supported by the lift frames for moving between a first position, where the grill grate is proximate to the heating unit, and a second position, where the grill grate is distal from the heating unit.

An oven used for heating and barbecuing comprising an oven body; an isolation plate disposed in the oven body; the isolation plate divides the inner chamber of the oven body into an upper portion and a lower portion; the center of the isolation plate is provided with a ventilation opening; a fire-pan disposed in the inner chamber of the oven body above the isolation plate; a lifting mechanism for propelling the fire-pan to move up and down.

A scroll-up portable grill assembly, system and method disclosed include grill rods having at least one locking ring disposed on a length of a respective grill rod, each locking ring disposed angularly to the length of the respective grill rod. Also, at least one roller chain is disposed in an angular connection with the grill rods, the roller chain configured to connect the grill rods into a single chain initially resembling a scroll. Additionally, at least one locking rod is insertable through a portion of or through all of the locking rings to give a rigid planar structure to a portion of or to all of the scroll grill. Furthermore, length adjustable legs are attachable to one of the grill rods, the roller chain, the locking rod and a grill rod angle bar termination, the adjustable legs configured to pivot and angularly extend from the grill.

This invention is directed toward a rotating grill with adjustable grills that is both attractive and effective. The various grilling surfaces can be raised or lowered to allow for the different types of cooking that this device allows. A rotating base allows the user of the invention to rotate it, both for maximizing cooking and serving efficiency, and for entertainment of those waiting for food. A variety of side pieces and tables are available to provide more storage space for food and condiments/seasonings, and the base unit may, optionally, have space for internal storage.

An Apparatus for cooking food including: a plate configured to be subjected to heating by a heat source, wherein the plate includes an upper surface for transmitting heat to a food to be cooked; a lid which can be reversibly coupled to the plate, wherein the lid, together with the upper surface, defines a cooking compartment; and a grill having a first and a second surfaces for supporting the food to be cooked opposite to each other, said grill being capable of being coupled inside the compartment between a first cooking configuration wherein the second supporting surface is spaced from the upper surface and a second cooking configuration wherein the first supporting surface is secured to the upper surface.
