A cooking stand apparatus has a plurality of legs, a post extending upwardly from the plurality of legs, and arm connected adjacent an upper end of the post opposite the plurality of legs, and a lifting assembly affixed adjacent an end of the arm away from the post. The lifting assembly is adapted to raise or lower an item relative to the plurality of legs. The arm angles upwardly from a lower end toward an upper end thereof. A handgrip is affixed to a lower end of the arm. The lifting assembly includes a reel, a line extending around the reel, and a hook or grasping device affixed to an end of the line. A handcrank or winch is cooperative the reel so as to raise or lower the end of the line.

The embodiments herein provide a post mounted grill assembly comprising of a post for vertical mounting in the ground and a grill assembly configured for resting on top of the ground embedded post. The grill assembly comprises a pipe, a load screw and a cooking frame. Grill assembly is rested on top of ground embedded post by sliding over bottom end of pipe onto upper end of the post. Load screw enables user to adjust height of grill assembly by turning clockwise to raise and counter clockwise to lower grill assembly. The grill assembly is 360 degrees rotatable in either direction using a second handle attached to pipe for loading fuel to campfire, for turning over food that is cooking and for returning cooking assembly back to campfire to resume cooking. Dismantling of grill assembly is done by lifting grill assembly off the embedded post on completion of cooking.

The disclosure includes a portable fire pit comprising a housing, a first pair of wheels operatively coupled to a front portion of the housing, a second pair of wheels operatively coupled to a rear portion of the housing, and a fire pit coupled to a top portion of the housing, wherein the fire pit comprises at least one solid vertical wall. In some embodiments, the portable fire pit also includes a cover that converts to a table, as well as a suspension grate to hold firewood and a grill rack to hold food above the fire pit. The grill rack may be configured to be located at different heights above the fire pit, and may also be configured to rotate between positions directly over and to the side of the fire pit.

Adjustable Height Grilling Grate Assembly

An adjustable height grilling grate assembly includes a grate having a perimeter edge. A lift is attached to the grate for lifting or lowering the grate. The lift comprises a pair of vertical supports and a spindle is rotatably attached to and extends between each of the vertical supports. A pair of cables is attached to the spindle and are wound onto the spindle when the spindle is rotated in a first direction and unwound from the spindle when the spindle is rotated in a second direction. Each of the cables terminates with a connector and the connectors are attached to the grate. A pair of couplers is provided and each the vertical supports has one of the couplers slidably mounted thereto. The couplers engage the perimeter edge of the grate to retain the grate in a horizontal orientation when the vertical supports are in a vertical orientation.

The barbecue support assembly includes one or more body elements having one or more parts thereof positionable substantially at one of the preselected heights. A grate stacker includes a bottom clamp assembly, and an upper clamp assembly, coupled by an intermediate support shaft assembly extending from the middle of the top of the bottom clamp assembly to the bottom of the upper clamp assembly. The support shaft assembly allows pivoting rotation of the upper clamp assembly relative to the bottom clamp assembly. Each clamp assembly attaches to a grate of a barbecue to support the grates in stacked relationship, while enabling pivoting motion of the upper grate relative to the lower grate. An optional anchor prevents the bottom grate from tipping.

Outdoor cooking station with griddle, system and method thereof

Embodiments of a griddle of the type for an outdoor cooking station is provided herein. The griddle includes a flat cooking surface with a splash guard extending along a periphery of the flat cooking surface. The flat cooking surface defines a trough positioned adjacent a rear end of the cooking surface such that the trough includes a sloping surface extending downward toward a rear opening defined in the splash guard along and adjacent the rear end of the flat cooking surface. With this arrangement, as a user cooks food on the griddle, unwanted grease may be pushed to the rear of the griddle and into the trough so that the grease funnels down the sloped surface and through the rear opening and into a grease container centered below the rear opening.
