Implement for stirring or comminuting food
An implement for stirring or comminuting food including a rotatable shaft which is driven by a motor, a working part provided on an end of said shaft opposite to the motor, and an inner assembly and an outer assembly which define a housing of the implement. The inner assembly is movable within the outer assembly. The inner assembly rotatably bears the shaft such that the working part is situated on an outer side of the implement. The working part is provided within a shield which is provided on the outer assembly, wherein the inner assembly, together with the shaft, is movable axially with respect to the outer assembly. The inner assembly is borne with respect to the outer assembly such that axial movement of the inner assembly with respect to the outer assembly leads to a rotational movement of the outer assembly with respect to the inner assembly.
Kitchen appliance and accessory element for sealing a protective hood of a kitchen appliance
A kitchen appliance for food processing, which has a drive shaft, a working part, preferably having a blade, which is provided on the drive shaft, a protective hood having multiple cut-outs in the circumferential direction, which protective hood surrounds the working part and has an opening in the axial direction of the drive shaft, and a preferably cylindrical accessory element. The accessory element has an outer body having a first axial end face and a second, opposite axial end face, and the protective hood, by cooperation with the accessory element, defines a cavity for processing foods which is closed in the circumferential direction of the protective hood. The outer body further has multiple, protrusions projecting inwards in the radial direction, which protrusions can be operatively connected to the cut-outs in the protective hood.
Electric hand mixer
An electric hand mixer comprises a housing having at least a bottom surface and a rear heel surface, a motor within the housing, one or more holes defined in the bottom surface for receiving a respective rotatable beater, and a power cord extending outward from the housing. A recess is defined in the housing. A first opening to the recess is defined in the bottom surface. A second opening to the recess is defined in the rear heel surface. The first and second openings are continuous with each other. The power cord extends outward from within the recess.
MODULAR HAND-HELD KITCHEN APPLICANCE
The present invention is directed to a hand-held modular kitchen multitool having a universal powerhead capable of being used with a variety of kitchen appliance attachments, such as a can opener and a coffee grinder. The can opener is a side cutting can opener which provides a more compact size and smoother cut. The coffee grinder has a rotating blade that's only operational when enclosed by a cup and assembled with the powerhead. This prevents unintentional operation and injury to the user.
Blade Means for a Mixer
The invention relates to a blade means (1) for a mixer, e.g. an immersion blender (2) or stand mixer, which at least comprises: a rotational shaft (3); at least one blade (4) which extends from the rotational shaft (3) and has at least one cutting edge (5); and a plurality of serrations (6) which are formed in the at least one cutting edge (5), wherein the individual serrations (6) are spaced apart from one another by a planar portion (7) of the at least one cutting edge (5), wherein the planar portion (7) of the at least one cutting edge (5) is less sharp than the serrations (6).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MIXING DRESSING, WHIPPING FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND FROTHING FACIAL CLEANSER, HAIR DRESSING, DETERGENT, CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, AND MACHINE OIL
It is an object of the present invention to provide an agitating device which can be shaken to agitate, whip, froth and disperse the liquid material content.
There is provided a device for mixing liquid material comprising: a container containing liquid material; an opening-closing member formed on the top of said container; and a coil spring accommodated in said container and having an end fixed on the upper part of said container so as to be vibrable and oscillable. The coil spring has a smaller coil pitch in its lowest part than that in its upper part.
DOMESTIC APPLIANCE FOR PROCESSING FOODS AND SPLASH GUARD THEREFOR
A domestic appliance for processing foods including: a bowl, with an opening for introducing foods into the bowl and into which a tool for processing foods is inserted, a splash guard, which can be inserted into the opening of the bowl, such that boundary regions of the splash guard are opposite an inner wall of the opening to prevent foods from spraying out of the bowl, and a cover, which can be inserted into the opening of the bowl once the splash guard has been inserted into the opening of the bowl,
wherein the splash guard includes a plate which extends substantially flat and ends with boundary regions.
ACTUATION UNIT FOR A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
An actuation unit for a household appliance, preferably an electrically drivable, household appliance, includes an actuation element, having an actuation element base. The actuation element has a protrusion portion extending from the actuation element base, which is inserted into a recess of an actuation button, such that the actuation element and the actuation button have, in an assembled state, a degree of freedom in a direction corresponding to the extension of the protrusion portion and in a further direction.
MULTI-PURPOSE HANDHELD KITCHEN APPLIANCE
A multi-purpose handheld kitchen appliance includes a controller configured to customize various aspects of the appliance based upon a type of attachment coupled to the appliance, e.g., to controllably vary a motor speed, to selectively disable an activation control, and/or to rotate a display based on a type of attachment and/or a gyroscope input.
FROTHING DEVICE
A novel device for frothing milk is disclosed. The frothing device preferably includes a rotatable impeller and a screen disposed about the bottom of the impeller downstream of milk being pushed by the impeller. The frothing device may further include a pitcher and a base upon which the pitcher sits wherein the base includes a heater. The pitcher includes a magnetic drive capable of turning the impeller at very high speeds. The impeller is positioned off-center within the pitcher that preferably includes a tapered interior. The structure of the device and programs that adjust the speed of rotation of the impeller permit the user to create bubbles and further break the bubbles down into a silky smooth microfoam without the conventional use of a steam wand or other such device and without the skills of a professional barista.
