The prediction parameter comprises at least one of: a movement and service characteristic parameter or a communication performance characteristic parameter of the terminal after the terminal accesses the candidate cell to be evaluated.
HANDOVER PROCESSING METHOD, TERMINAL, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A handover processing method, a terminal, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes the following. The terminal acquires at least one handover command, the at least one handover command including at least one of a first handover command, a second handover command, and a conditional handover command, where the first handover command is indicated through layer 1 or layer 2 signaling and the second handover command being indicated through layer 3 signaling. The terminal determines, according to the at least one handover command, a handover command to be preferentially executed. The terminal performs cell handover according to the handover command to be preferentially executed.
COMMUNICATION METHOD, BASE STATION, TERMINAL, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method, a base station, a terminal, and a storage medium. The method includes controls, by the base station, the terminal having wireless sensing capability to communicate with the target cell, which is a cell that supports Integrated Sensing And Communication (ISAC). The embodiments of the present disclosure solve networking and communication problems in wireless communication caused by scarce spectrum resources are scarce, asymmetric uplink and downlink frequency is asymmetric, or coverage holes in uplink or downlink wireless communication by the wireless sensing technology.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INITIATING CELL TRANSITION ACTIVITIES DURING MULTICAST AND BROADCAST SERVICES
A method and/or system for initiating one of a plurality of cell transition activities for a UE supporting multicast and broadcast services (MBS). The technique may include identifying, by the UE, one or more candidate cells available for one of the plurality of cell transition activities for the UE. The technique may include identifying, by the UE, at least one candidate cell among the one or more candidate cells that support MBS. The technique may include initiating, by the UE, one of the plurality of cell transition activities for the UE using the at least one candidate cell.
REPORT NSA/SA NR INDICATOR
A wireless device configured to acquire network support information associated with a neighbor cell, wherein the network support information indicates that the neighbor cell supports a Stand-Alone (SA) mode of operation and/or a Non-Stand-Alone (NSA) mode of operation; and transmit to a serving network node a report comprising identification information associated with the neighbour cell and the network support information indicating that the neighbor cell supports a SA mode of operation and/or a NSA mode of operation. A serving network node configured to receive a report transmitted by a wireless device, wherein the report comprises identification information associated with the neighbor cell and network support information indicating that the neighbor cell supports a Stand-Alone (SA) mode of operation and/or a Non-Stand-Alone (NSA) mode of operation; and determine, based on the report, a type of interface to establish between the serving network node and the neighbor network node.
Aggressive beam selection during handover procedure
Methods and apparatus are provided for aggressive beam selection during a handover procedure. A User Equipment (UE) measures a plurality of candidate downlink beams of a target base station (BS), wherein measurement opportunities for each of the candidate downlink beams are scheduled periodically. The UE reports measurements relating to one or more of the measured candidate downlink beams to a source BS. The UE receives a command to handover to the target BS, and in response to receiving the command, attempts to find a new downlink beam of the target BS having a corresponding measurement opportunity that is earlier than a next measurement opportunity of one of the one or more candidate downlink beam.

TERMINAL CONTROL METHOD, BASE STATION AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A terminal control method comprises: when a first base station receives a service request of a predetermined service sent by a terminal, sending a pre-handover request carrying a predetermined service identifier to the second base station, such that the second base station returns pre-handover success information, wherein the second base station stores first base station configuration information; when the first base station receives the pre-handover success information, sending a handover command to the terminal such that the terminal accesses the second base station and sends terminal capability information; when the first base station does not support the predetermined service and the terminal does not support the predetermined service in a communication system to which the first base station belongs, the second base station controls the terminal to always access the second base station according to the predetermined service identifier, the first base station configuration information and the terminal capability information.
Multiple semi persistent scheduling in a wireless network
A first base station receives, from a wireless device, at least one first message comprising a parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports multiple uplink semi persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations for V2X communications. At least one second message is selectively transmitted when the parameter indicates support of the multiple SPS configurations. The at least one second message comprises: an uplink SPS radio network temporary identifier (RNTI), at least one uplink SPS configuration parameter, and an SPS configuration index for the at least one uplink SPS configuration parameter. A downlink control information (DCI) corresponding to the uplink SPS RNTI is transmitted. The DCI comprises the SPS configuration index. At least one transport block is received employing the at least one uplink SPS configuration parameter.
Providing automated neighbor relation to user equipments
A network node in a communication network provides Automated Neighboring Relation (ANR) data to User Equipments (UEs). The network node collects information of ongoing end-to-end traffic sessions from other network nodes in the communication network, and determines service characteristics of Radio Base Stations (RBSs) based on the collected information. For each RBS, the network node creates an ANR record indicating the determined service characteristics of neighboring RBSs. The network node then transmits the ANR record to each RBS to cause the RBS to propagate the ANR record to attached UEs.
