The body is disposed in the housing, and the body comprises a microprocessor, a pressure sensor, a pressure button, a driving device, a coupling, a stirring rod, a power switch and a safety protection device; the coupling is connected with the stirring rod and driving device, respectively; the microprocessor is connected with the driving device. The safety protection device includes a safety switch and a security processing chip; the security processing chip is connected with the safety switch and the microprocessor, respectively; the microprocessor unlocks or locks the whole circuit of the hand-held blender only after receiving the signal of unlocking or locking from the security processing chip; the pressure sensor is connected with the pressure button and the microprocessor, respectively; the microprocessor controls the voltage provided to the driving device in accordance with the pressure applied on the pressure button.
METHOD FOR AVOIDING STALLED MOTOR IN A STAND MIXER WITH SENSORLESS BLDC DRIVE
A method for operating an appliance, such as a stand mixer, is provided. In one example implementation, the method can include operating a motor of the appliance in a first direction. The method can further include detecting, by a feedback system of the appliance, a first trigger condition. The method can further include, responsive to detecting the first trigger condition, operating the motor of the appliance in a second direction that is different than the first direction.
Food processor dampen system
A vibration damper system used in a food processor to reduce the vibration of a high power motor that has varying speed cycles is disclosed. The motor is suspended from a ceiling that is mounted to the motor base through a plurality of bolted joints. The bolted joints are surrounded by a grommet that has a unique shape. The grommet comprises generally three parts, which are an upper portion, a middle portion, and a lower portion. The middle portion is smaller than other portion so that it creates a recess for the ceiling to be sandwiched between the grommet. In a preferred embodiment, the lower portion of the grommet further comprises a plurality of petal members that provide a non-uniform spring rate to the grommet so that the grommet is adapted best to reduce the upward impulse of the motor. The food processor also contains a novel air ventilation system.
Hand-held immersion blender
A hand-held appliance having a housing with a top portion and a bottom portion that houses a motor and a temperature sensor configured to monitor the motor temperature and, if the temperature reaches a predetermined threshold, trigger removal of power until the temperature is below the threshold. The motor is controlled via a power button located on an external face of the housing. The housing includes a speed-set-button located on an external face of the housing controlling the speed of the motor and a plurality of lights corresponding to the respective speed thereof. The bottom of the housing includes a coupling portion configured to receive an attachment such as a blending assembly, whisk, frothing assembly, or other attachment. The housing further includes a sensor configured to monitor motor performance and applied load and, if the load exceeds a predetermined threshold, trigger removal of power from the motor.
HAND-HELD ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN DOMESTIC APPLIANCE WITH MODE SELECTION
The invention relates to a hand-held electrically driven domestic appliance and to a corresponding method for controlling the hand-held electrically driven domestic appliance. The domestic appliance includes an electric motor for driving the domestic appliance; a control unit for controlling the motor; a first actuation element for outputting a first control signal to the control unit in order to select a motor control mode; and a second actuation element for outputting a second control signal to the control unit. The control unit is designed to select a motor actuation mode from the specified motor actuation modes on the basis of the first control signal, and the control unit is designed to determine a motor actuation signal to be output to the motor on the basis of the selected motor actuation mode and the second control signal.
