FOOD COOKING SYSTEM

A food cooking system (1A) of the present invention includes: a single-serving food package (19) including food (F) and an accommodating body (10) that accommodates the food (F); a heating chamber (2); a steam supplier (3); and a microwave supplier (4); and heats and cooks the food (F) in the single-serving food package (19) with steam and microwaves. The accommodating body (10) has a wall portion that defines an accommodating space for the food (F). The wall portion includes a bottom surface portion (11) on which the food (F) is placed and a peripheral surface portion (12), and vent holes (15) for steam to pass through are formed in the wall portion. Steam at a temperature of 85 to 130 C. is supplied into the heating chamber (2) by the steam supplier (3), and microwaves with an actual output of 500 to 3000 W are supplied for 15 to 180 seconds by the microwave supplier (4) while the steam is supplied into the accommodating body (10) via the vent holes (15).

MOISTURE DEGRADED PACKAGING SEAL

A packaged food product can include: a package and food disposed within the package. The package can include: (a) an inflatable first sheet comprising polymer, and (b) a generally flat second sheet comprising paper material and polymer. The first sheet and the second sheet can be melted together to form a peripheral seal comprising: paper material from the second sheet suspended within a melt between the first sheet polymer and the second sheet polymer. The food can be disposed on the second sheet and in direct physical contact with the paper material.

Cooking device

A cooking device includes a casing, a heating chamber (102) provided in the casing and having an opening on a front side thereof, and a heat shield member (122) for blocking heat that transfers from the heating chamber (102) toward the casing. At least a part of the heat shield member (122) is located in a position that enables the heat shield member (122) to receive water droplets dropping through between the heating chamber (102) and the casing (101). The configuration reduces the possibility that a motor (133) and other components located below the heating chamber (102) fails by becoming wet due to condensate water.

A microwave heating device includes: a heating chamber in which objects to be heated are placed; a microwave generator that generates microwaves; a microwave radiator that radiates the microwaves generated by the microwave generator into the heating chamber; and a divider that divides a space of the heating chamber into at least two divided chambers.

Cooking appliance

A cooking appliance includes a housing unit, a cooking chamber, a steam generation unit for supplying the cooking chamber with steam, a removable container unit associated with the steam generation unit. The removable container unit includes a container portion and a holding portion. The container portion and the holding portion together have a longitudinal extent that is a multiple of a width of the container portion. The container portion has a height that is a multiple of the width of the container portion. The container portion provides a capacity for water to be evaporated that is at least 1 liter.

Methods of and device for retaining a moisture level of a food heated/reheated in a microwave oven are provided. The device includes a microwave splatter cover, a lid, or a lunch box integrated with a steam generator. The device is able to contain a steam generator capable of generating steam from added water when a microwave radiation is provided. The steam generator is able to rotatably couple with the center of the microwave cover. Water added to the cover is able to be temporary stored on the cover and subsequently flow to a dish structure underneath the cover. Alternatively, water is able to be added directly through a hole on the cover to the dish structure.

A steam generating device for use with a microwave oven includes a casing made of a material that is impenetrable to microwave energy. The casing is removably coupled to a sidewall of a cooking cavity of the microwave oven, such that the casing fully covers a microwave inlet configured to channel microwave energy to the cooking cavity. A water tank, having an open top and a cavity configured to hold a volume of water, is received in the casing and provides steam as the volume of water is heated by the microwaves of the microwave oven.

HEATING COOKER PROVIDED WITH COOKING CONTAINER

The heating cooker includes microwave generation devices that transfer microwaves to a cooking chamber, and a steam generation device that generates steam. The generated steam is guided to a first container, and a second container is provided on the first container. Then, a first foodstuff in the first container is heated by microwaves, and is also directly heated by the steam. A second foodstuff in the second container is heated by the microwaves, and is also indirectly heated by the steam. Accordingly, the heating cooker provided with cooking container capable of quickly heating a plurality of foodstuffs while improving the taste can be realized by using the heat of the microwaves and the steam.

Cooking device

A cooking system includes a cooking appliance with a microwave heat source and a cooking container for receiving food. The cooking appliance includes a cooking chamber having a muffle and a support device arranged on the muffle that positions the cooking container in the cooking chamber. The cooking container has a base and four side walls arranged transversely to the base as two opposing longitudinal sides and two opposing broadsides. The cooking container, at transitions from the two opposing broadsides to the two opposing longitudinal sides, has four corners, each of which has a rounded region having an external radius of at least 30 mm to maintain a minimum spacing from the muffle to counteract electrical flashovers between the cooking container and the cooking chamber.
