A surge protective device (SPD) circuit system for providing overvoltage protection to an electrical power circuit includes a PCB assembly, an SPD module, and an SPD monitoring system. The PCB assembly selectively mountable on the PCB includes a PCB and a remote signal (RS) PCB contact on the PCB. The SPD module includes an overvoltage clamping element and an RS spring contact including an RS contact portion. When the SPD module is mounted on the PCB and the electrical power circuit is connected to the PCB: the PCB electrically connects the SPD module to the circuit and the overvoltage clamping element provides overvoltage protection to the circuit; the RS contact portion engages the RS PCB contact; the RS spring contact is elastically deflected and persistently loads the RS contact portion against the RS PCB contact; and the RS spring contact is electrically connected to the SPD monitoring system via the RS PCB contact.

Substrate for medical device and medical device
A substrate for a medical device, a portion of which is brought into contact with or inserted into a subject. The substrate includes a patient circuit conductively connected to the portion that is configured to be brought into contact with or inserted into the subject, and a ground-side circuit configured to perform at least one of transmission of a signal, reception of a signal, and supply of electric power on the patient circuit. The ground-side circuit is grounded by a protective ground to ensure safety of a manipulator of the medical device. The substrate also includes an insulating layer between the patient circuit and the ground-side circuit providing insulation between the patient circuit and the ground-side circuit, and an isolated circuit provided apart from the patient circuit and the ground-side circuit on the insulating layer and having a different reference potential from the patient circuit and the ground-side circuit.

Protection of electronics in negative pressure wound therapy systems
Embodiments of negative pressure wound therapy systems and methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a housing, negative pressure source, circuit board, and one or more controllers. The circuit board can be supported by the housing and include a conductive pathway extending around at least part of a perimeter of a first side of the circuit board. The conductive pathway can be electrically coupled to an electrical ground for the circuit board. The one or more controllers can be mounted on the circuit board and activate and deactivate the negative pressure source.
Solid state circuit breaker assembly
A solid state circuit breaker assembly includes a transistor, a transient voltage suppression device, and a circuit board. The transistor and/or the transient voltage suppression device may be electrically connected to the circuit board. The solid state circuit breaker module may be configured to be connected to one or more non-scalable modules to regulate current. The solid state circuit breaker module may be configured to receive one or more scalable modules. The transistor and/or the transient voltage suppression device may be disposed on the circuit board in a substantially symmetrical configuration.

An electronic device is disclosed. An electronic device according to an embodiment may include: a first Printed Circuit Board (PCB), a second PCB, a Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver disposed on the first PCB, a Flexible Printed Circuit Board (FPCB) coupled with the first PCB and the second PCB and electrically coupled with the RF transceiver, the FPCB including a transmission line of a wireless communication signal, an amplifier disposed on the second PCB and electrically coupled with the RF transceiver by the FPCB, a first antenna electrically coupled with the amplifier through the second PCB and configured to receive a wireless communication signal corresponding to a first frequency, and a second antenna electrically coupled with the amplifier through the second PCB and configured to receive a wireless communication signal corresponding to a second frequency. The first antenna and the second antenna may be disposed closer to the second PCB than the first PCB in the electronic device. The amplifier may amplify a wireless communication signal received from the first antenna and second antenna.

Disclosed is a durable memory device comprising: a multilayer PCB having a plurality of circuit layers and a plurality of circuit layers insulating layers alternately arranged with each other, ach circuit layer being provided with a via through which the plurality of circuit layers are electrically connected, and the circuit layers has at least one ground layer; a memory member; a connection interface for connecting to a corresponding connecting portion of a computing device; and an anti-sulfuration-and-anti-high-voltage passive component which is disposed at the multilayer PCB and electrically connected to the connection interface and the memory member. By combining the anti-sulfuration-and-anti-high-voltage passive component and multilayer PCB, the durable memory device of the present invention is durable for the outdoor use.

Disclosed is a durable memory device comprising: a multilayer PCB having a plurality of circuit layers and a plurality of circuit layers insulating layers alternately arranged with each other, ach circuit layer being provided with a via through which the plurality of circuit layers are electrically connected, and the circuit layers has at least one ground layer; a memory member; a connection interface for connecting to a corresponding connecting portion of a computing device; and an anti-sulfuration-and-anti-high-voltage passive component which is disposed at the multilayer PCB and electrically connected to the connection interface and the memory member. By combining the anti-sulfuration-and-anti-high-voltage passive component and multilayer PCB, the durable memory device of the present invention is durable for the outdoor use.
