ADJUSTABLE TRAY ASSEMBLY FOR DATA STORAGE DEVICES
A tray assembly for positioning data storage devices is disclosed. The tray assembly includes a base, a backplane circuit board coupled to the base, an electrical connector coupled to the backplane circuit board, a first support bracket coupled to the base and moveable with respect to the base and the backplane circuit board, and a second support bracket coupled to the base. The second support bracket opposes the first support bracket and is moveable towards and away from the first support bracket to adjust a distance between the first support bracket and the second support bracket.
AUTOMATED DATA CENTER
A server node is provided that includes a processor and a network interface controller mounted in a chassis configured to be inserted into a server node slot of a server node grid. The chassis includes a blind-mate connector system on a back side that includes a blind-mate power connector and a blind-mate network connector configured to blind-mate with a corresponding blind-mate power connector and a corresponding blind-mate network connector of the server node slot of the server node grid. As the server node is inserted into the server node slot, the blind-mate power connector is configured to blind-mate with the corresponding blind-mate power connector of the server node slot before the blind-mate network connector blind-mates with the corresponding blind-mate network connector of the server node slot, such that the blind-mate power connector provides alignment guidance for the blind-mate network connector.
MODULAR FLOATING MECHANISM DESIGN FOR CABLE BLIND MATING AT SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE
An apparatus is disclosed that comprises a first structure configured to be connected to a chassis, a second structure configured to be attached to the first structure, the second structure including at least one first connector and a damper disposed between the first structure and the second structure, the damper configured to allow the second structure to move in one dimension relative to the first structure when the first connector is moved in a direction to be coupled to a second connector that is not aligned with the first connector.
Switch sub-chassis systems and methods
Switch sub-chassis systems and methods for rack-scale servers are disclosed. A switch sub-chassis is arranged for modular installation in an enclosure and includes structural support features that allow multiple hot-serviceable line-cards and an integrated high-density optical fiber connectivity within the sub-chassis. Various features of the switch sub-chassis and associated line-cards allow liquid-electro-optical blindmate of the line-cards so that the line-cards are serviceable, allow high-density and complex fiber shuffle assemblies support, and facilitate ease of installation and/or servicing of fiber assemblies.
Electronic apparatus and method for producing electronic apparatus
An electronic apparatus includes a housing, a first substrate, and at least one substrate module. The housing includes side plates and a bottom plate. The side plates define the inside space having a bottom opening. The side plates include a first side plate and a second side plate connected to the first side plate. The first side plate has a protrusion protruding toward the inside space of the housing. The bottom plate is connected to the side plates to close the bottom opening. The first substrate is provided in the inside space to face the bottom plate. The at least one substrate module is provided on the first substrate in the inside space. The substrate connecting member is provided on the first substrate to face the second side plate and has a hole into which the protrusion of the first side plate is inserted.
METHODOLOGY FOR BLINDMATING AND COOLING ELECTRONIC MODULES
An apparatus is disclosed comprising: a chassis including an array plate, the array plate having a plurality of first openings formed thereon; a plurality of floating inserts, each of the floating inserts being disposed in a different one of the first openings; a main board having a plurality of second openings formed thereon, the main board being coupled to the array plate via a plurality of alignment pins, each of the alignment pins extending through a respective one of the plurality of floating inserts and into a respective one of the plurality of second openings; and an electronic module coupled to the main board, the electronic module including a first connector and at least one alignment socket, the first connector being coupled to a second connector that is disposed on the main board, the alignment socket being arranged to receive a given one of the alignment pins.
Patch panel including a device for attaching a plug-in module
Some embodiments are directed to a patch panel including a frame, at least one plug-in module including connectors, arranged in such a way as to slide between a pushed-in position in which the plug-in module is placed in a housing in the frame and an extracted position in which the plug-in module is outside the housing, the panel further including a device for attaching the plug-in module to the frame, the attachment device including: at least one flexible elongate body arranged in such a way as to slide with respect to the frame and/or to the plug-in module; a first end designed to attach the plug-in module to the attachment device when the plug-in module is in the extracted position; and a second end designed to attached the attachment device to the frame when the plug-in module is in the extracted position.
Mainboard for POS terminal
The present invention has advantages in that as a USB port unit and a hard disk port unit are formed on the edge of the substrate unit thereby allowing external USB and external disks to be directly connected to the main board, so that it prevents electrical malfunction caused by cable connection, and as the transmission speed of high-speed communication increases through direct connection, it is to provide a main board for POS terminal which may maintain stable system by reducing communication errors.
