SERVER
The disclosure provides a server including casing, detecting device and cover plate. The casing includes bottom plate, first side plate and second side plate. The first side plate or the second side plate includes an engaging slot. The engaging slot includes fixing part and releasing part that are connected to each other. The edge of first side plate includes hole. The detecting device include switch and controller. The cover plate includes cover portion, first side wall, second side wall, engaging component and protrusion. The cover plate includes fixed position and removable position. When cover plate is located in fixed position, engaging component is located in fixing part, such that cover plate is fixed on casing and protrusion penetrates through hole to push switch. When cover plate is located in removable position, engaging component is located in releasing part, and protrusion is moved away from switch.
Modular Rack Assembly
A frame structure for a cabinet enclosure has a front frame assembly having first and second front pillars, a rear frame assembly having first and second rear pillars, a first side brace member, and a second side brace member, each having a beam that has opposite ends, with the opposite ends of each side brace member connected to one of the front pillars and one of the rear pillars. The frame structure also includes cable management and air flow management features and functions.
SKYLIGHT OPERATING SYSTEM OF MODULAR DATA CENTER
The present invention discloses a skylight operating system of a modular data center, so as to timely respond to a firefighting requirement of the modular data center to reduce occurrence of firefighting-related accidents. The skylight operating system comprises: an electric skylight; a firefighting environment index monitoring device arranged inside the modular data center; a monitoring and interacting device arranged in a monitoring room outside the modular data center, and connected with the electric skylight and the firefighting environment index monitoring device, the monitoring and interacting device adapted for receiving monitoring information of the firefighting environment index monitoring device, and opening the electric skylight upon determination that a firefighting-related issue occurs inside the modular data center.
VIBRATION ISOLATION APPARATUS FOR SERVER RACK DELIVERY
A shock absorber apparatus is provided. The shock absorber apparatus includes an elastic device and at least one mounting device connected to the elastic device. Each mounting device includes two securing elements. Each securing element is configured to secure an opposing portion of a structure. Each mounting device can also include two sliders. Each slider can have at least two surfaces, which are interconnected by an inclined surface facing an opposing slider, and a ground surface. The inclined surface can be slidably connected to one of the at least two securing elements. Each slider can be arranged to move in response to an applied force. The ground surface is configured to slidably connect to an inner wall of a box.
PROTECTIVE ENCLOSURE FOR DATA STORAGE
A data storage enclosure for storing data on digital storage media has a lid that secures to a base. The enclosure has an upper insulating block that is located adjacent the lid and a lower insulating block that is located in the base. Each insulating block has a corresponding cover that overlays and protects its respective block. A storage unit has outer thermal management layers and a center layer located therebetween. The thermal management layers each contain a corresponding heat absorber that absorbs energy and changes from solid to liquid as the temperature of the storage unit begins to rise to excessive temperatures. The center layer contains a digital storage drive that is connected to a flexible cable that is connected to a sacrificial connector. When assembled, the insulating blocks and covers constrain and hold the storage unit and flexible cable.
Low down seismic shock rack design
A shock absorber apparatus is provided that includes an upper rack frame, a middle plate, and a lower rack frame. The upper rack frame is configured to secure a bottom frame of a rack server. The upper rack frame includes a first set of rail assemblies. The middle plate includes a second set of rail assemblies and a first set of carriers corresponding with the first set of rail assemblies of the upper rack frame. The first set of rail assemblies is configured to restrict movement of the first plurality of carriers to a first axis. The lower rack frame includes a second set of carriers corresponding with the second set of rail assemblies of the middle plate. The second set of rail assemblies is configured to restrict movement of the second plurality of carriers to a second axis.
MULTI-DIRECTIONAL IMPACT PROTECTION WITH MAGNITUDE AND DIRECTION INDICATOR
An apparatus for protecting against a multi-directional impact, includes a body with a first set of radial segments, where the body is coupled to an object such that the first set of radial segments extend beyond a planar surface of the object. The apparatus further includes a first radial segment of the first set of radial segments having a diameter greater than a second radial segment of the first set of radial segments. The apparatus further includes a first notch of the first set of radial segments separating the first radial segment and the second radial segment having a concave edge, wherein the first radial segment and the second radial segment each extend beyond the concave edge of the first notch of the first set of radial segments.
Anti-earthquake server rack
An earthquake protective server rack is provided including an upper server rack frame to house a server and a lower server rack frame. The lower server rack frame combines linear modules that dissipate earthquake energy along the X- and Y-axes and a dampening module that dissipates earthquake energy along a Z-axis. Mechanical movement of the feet on the lower server rack frame permits movement of the protective sever rack on rollers or alternatively to permit full function of the earthquake energy absorbing function while supported by the feet.
Self-actuating device for facilitating preventing product tip over
A self-actuating device and method for facilitating preventing product tip over are provided. The self-actuating device includes an anti-tip mechanism associated with a product to facilitate preventing tip over of the product when in an extended state. Further, the self-actuating device includes an actuator associated with the product. The actuator is configured and operatively coupled to automatically switch the anti-tip mechanism from a retracted state to the extended state based on the actuator detecting a tilt of a specified tilt angle.

Improved support systems, including seismic isolation platforms, tracks and flooring systems are disclosed for protecting a payload, for example, data center racks containing delicate computer equipment such as a hard disk drive, from damage due to vibrations such as seismic vibrations and the like. The systems are modular in design, and can be assembled and changed quickly, while being strong and robust enough to support heavy loads.
