Capacitive leadwire for physiological patient monitoring
A leadwire for physiological patient monitoring is provided that transfers potentials received at a chest electrode to a data acquisition device. The leadwire includes an electrode end connectable to the chest electrode and a first conductive layer extending from the electrode end. The leadwire also has a device end connectable to a data acquisition device and a second conductive layer extending from the device end. The first conductive layer is galvanically isolated from the second conductive layer such that the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer form a capacitor.

A board-level pad pattern includes a printed circuit board (PCB) substrate; an exposed pad region disposed within a surface mount region of the base substrate; and multiple staggered ball pads disposed within the surface mount region arranged in a ring shape around the exposed pad region. The staggered ball pads includes first ball pads arranged in a first row and second ball pads arranged in a second row. The first ball pads in the first row are arranged at two different pitches, and the second ball pads in the second row are arranged at a constant pitch. Multiple square-shaped ball pads are arranged in a third row between the exposed pad region and the staggered ball pads.
Wiring substrate and display panel
A wiring substrate includes an insulating base that has a plate surface; a first circuit that is provided on the plate surface; a first terminal that is provided on the plate surface, and to which a mounting member is attached; a second terminal that is provided on the plate surface; a first wiring that connects the first circuit and the first terminal to each other; and a second wiring that connects the first terminal and the second terminal to each other, is electrically connected to the first wiring in the first terminal, and has a parallel section in which the second wiring is disposed close to and parallel to the first wiring without being electrically connected to the first wiring outside the first terminal.
Circuit board and method for manufacturing the same
A circuit board includes a board, first connection pads disposed on the board and arranged in a first direction, second connection pads disposed on the board and arranged in the first direction, a driving chip disposed on the board and between the first connection pads and the second connection pads, and a first adhesive layer disposed on the board and overlapping with an entirety of the first connection pads in a plan view. The second connection pads are spaced apart from the first connection pads in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT COPPER OVERLAY FOR TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT
A hard disk drive flexible printed circuit (FPC) includes a plurality of fingers extending from a main portion, with each finger having a first wiring layer including a first electrically conductive trace layout, a second wiring layer including a second electrically conductive trace layout, and a base film interposed between the first and second wiring layers, where the first conductive trace layout includes at least one thermally conductive protective island overlaying a respective portion of the second trace layout to provide a protective thermal barrier to the base film. Hence, maximum temperatures across various layers of the FPC laminate can be reduced, damage to the FPC prevented, and manufacturing yields improved.
Display device
A display device includes: a substrate having a display area and non-display area; a first conductive layer disposed corresponding to the display area and comprising a first line segment, a second line segment and a third line segment parallel to the first line segment, wherein the first and second line segments are disposed at two sides of the non-display area; a third conductive layer disposed on the substrate and including a first connection line electrically connected to the first and second line segments, and a projection of the first connection line is overlapped with at least a portion of the third line segment; and a first insulating layer disposed between the first and third conductive layers and including a first through-hole and a second through-hole, and the third conductive layer is electrically connected to the first and second line segments via the first and the second through-holes, respectively.
Display panel, chip, and flexible circuit board
The present invention discloses a display panel, a chip and a flexible circuit board. The display panel includes a panel body and at least two signal transmission circuits. The signal transmission circuit includes a line input terminal used for binding to a flexible circuit board, which is disposed at the peripheral area, a signal transmission line, and a line output terminal used for binding to a chip, which is disposed at the peripheral area. At least two of the line output terminals are arranged in a two-dimensional array. The present invention can reduce the impedance of a part of the signal transmission line.

A display device includes: a display panel; and a first substrate connected to the display panel, wherein the first substrate comprises: a first base substrate; a first wiring layer having a plurality of first signal wirings on the first base substrate; and a first ground wiring layer on the first wiring layer, wherein the first ground wiring layer comprises a mesh pattern area and a non-mesh pattern area, wherein the mesh pattern area comprises a plurality of first mesh patterns and openings surrounded by adjacent first mesh patterns, and the non-mesh pattern area comprises a plurality of second mesh patterns and non-mesh patterns surrounded by adjacent second mesh patterns, wherein the non-mesh patterns are physically connected to the adjacent second mesh patterns.
Electronic apparatus
An electronic apparatus includes a wiring board. The wiring board also includes a first wiring pattern that is provided on the wiring board and includes a first wiring portion extending in a first direction. The wiring board further includes a second wiring pattern that includes a second wiring portion extending in the first direction. The wiring also includes a first via provided on the first wiring portion, and a second via provided on the second wiring portion. A power supply circuit applies a first voltage to the first wiring portion at periodic time intervals. A detection circuit outputs an alert signal when a current flows through the second wiring pattern.
Flexible Printed Circuit Board and Display Touch Apparatus
A flexible printed circuit board and a display touch apparatus are provided. The flexible printed circuit board includes a binding terminal region, a first circuit region and a second circuit region; the binding terminal region includes multiple terminals, the first circuit region includes a driver circuit, multiple first signal lines, multiple second signal lines, and multiple third signal lines, and the second circuit region includes an external connector; first ends of the multiple first signal lines, the multiple second signal lines and the multiple third signal lines are respectively connected to the terminals of the binding terminal region; second ends of the multiple first signal lines and the multiple second signal lines are respectively connected to the driver circuit; and second ends of the multiple third signal lines are connected to the connector.
