A radio frequency filter includes a first conductive pattern; a second conductive pattern connected to a first point of the first conductive pattern and extended; a third conductive pattern connected to a second point of the first conductive pattern and extended to surround a portion of the second conductive pattern; a fourth conductive pattern; a fifth conductive pattern connected to a third point of the fourth conductive pattern and extended; and a sixth conductive pattern connected to a fourth point of the fourth conductive pattern and extended to surround a portion of the fifth conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern extends toward the fourth conductive pattern and the fourth conductive pattern extends toward the first conductive pattern. A distance between the first conductive pattern and the fourth conductive pattern is greater than or equal to a distance between the third conductive pattern and the sixth conductive pattern.

A printed circuit board may include a controller socket, first and second sockets provided on a top surface, third and fourth sockets provided on a bottom surface, and first, second, and third branching points. The first branching point may be spaced apart from the controller socket by a first distance in a horizontal direction parallel to the top surface and may be electrically connected to the controller socket. The second branching point may be spaced apart from the first branching point by a second distance longer than the first distance and may be electrically connected to the first branching point, the first and third sockets. The third branching point may be spaced apart from the first branching point by a third distance longer than the first distance and may be electrically connected to the first branching point, the second and fourth sockets.

A display device includes a display panel, a printed circuit board attached to the display panel and including a ground potential supply terminal, a circuit, and a wiring pattern electrically coupling the ground potential supply terminal and the circuit, and a housing that contacts a coupling place provided to the wiring pattern and is attached to the printed circuit board through the coupling place. The wiring pattern includes a terminal wiring pattern electrically coupled with the ground potential supply terminal, a circuit wiring pattern branched from a branch part at a predetermined position on the terminal wiring pattern and electrically coupled with the circuit, and a housing wiring pattern branched from the branch part of the terminal wiring pattern and electrically coupled with the coupling place, and the circuit wiring pattern and the housing wiring pattern are uncoupled with each other at any place other than the branch part.

A high-frequency device includes: a circuit substrate including dielectric layers that are stacked, wiring patterns located on at least one of the dielectric layers, and a passive element formed of at least one of the wiring patterns, the circuit substrate having a first surface that is a surface of an outermost dielectric layer in a stacking direction of the dielectric layers; a terminal for connecting the high-frequency device to an external circuit, the terminal being located on the first surface and electrically connected to the passive element through a first path in the circuit substrate; and an acoustic wave element located on the first surface and electrically connected to the passive element through a second path in the circuit substrate.
Flexible printed circuit board
A flexible printed circuit board according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an insulative base film; and a conductive pattern provided on at least one surface of the base film and including a wiring line including a bent portion having an angle of greater than or equal to 60 or a branched portion having an angle of greater than or equal to 60 in plan view. The wiring line is provided with a relaxation structure that relaxes stress concentration at the bent portion or the branched portion. The relaxation structure is structured such that the wiring line constitutes a wide wiring line or a dense wiring line group in a region in which a distance from the bent portion or the branched portion is less than or equal to 5 times a minimum width of the wiring line. The wide wiring line has a wiring line width that is greater than or equal to twice the minimum width of the wiring line. A ratio of a wiring line width to a wiring line interval of the dense wiring line group is greater than or equal to 1.5, and a total width of the dense wiring line group is greater than or equal to twice the minimum width of the wiring line.

A printed circuit board (PCB) may include a signal layer having a functional region and a PCB signal layer testing region. The PCB signal layer testing region may include a first differential pair having a first length formed on the signal layer, a second differential pair having a second length, different than the first length, formed on the signal layer and a third differential pair having a third length, different than the first length and different than the second length, formed on the signal layer.

A printed wiring board includes a plurality of first wirings and a plurality of second wirings. The plurality of first wirings each include a first via conductor disposed outside a first region, a second region, and a third region in a plan view, and a first conductor pattern extending from the first via conductor to the first region. The plurality of second wirings each include a second via conductor disposed outside the first region, the second region, and the third region, and a second conductor pattern extending from the second via conductor to the first region. A fourth region overlaps with a fifth region in the plan view, the fourth region being a region in which a plurality of first conductor patterns are disposed, the fifth region being a region in which a plurality of second conductor patterns are disposed.

Various examples provide a printed circuit board (PCB) comprising a first route from a first through-hole via to a second through-hole via, and a second route from the second through-hole via to a first microvia (e.g., coupled to a second memory module socket). Additional microvias may have a route from the first microvia that effectively daisy chains the microvias from the second through-hold via. Various examples also provide a PCB comprising a first route from a first through-hole via to a second through-hole via, and a second route from the second through-hole via to a first sequential lamination via. Additional sequential lamination vias may have a route from the first microvia that effectively daisy chains the sequential lamination vias from the second through-hold via.

The present invention provides a flexible printed circuit, wherein the flexible printed circuit includes a substrate, a plurality of first terminals on the substrate, a plurality of second terminals on the substrate and a plurality of traces on the substrate. The plurality of traces is arranged for electrically connecting the plurality of first terminals to the plurality of second terminals, wherein the plurality of traces include at least one specific trace, the specific trace electrically connects a specific first terminal of the first terminals to two specific second terminals of the second terminals, the specific trace divides into two sub-traces at an increasing point, and a distance between the increasing point and the two specific second terminals are less than 5 mm.
