The present disclosure relates to a printed circuit board and a method of manufacturing the same. The printed circuit board includes: an insulating layer; a plurality of pads disposed on the insulating layer; and a plurality of insulating walls that are disposed on the insulating layer and cover side surfaces of the plurality of pads, respectively, but are not disposed on upper surfaces of the plurality of pads. The plurality of insulating walls are disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the first insulating layer.

A method for manufacturing a light-emitting module includes a step of providing a bonded board including a board including, on a first surface, a circuit pattern and wiring pads that are continuous with the circuit pattern and each have bottomed holes and light-emitting segments connected on a second surface of the board with an adhesive sheet interposed therebetween and including an array of light-emitting devices; a step of supplying electrically conductive paste inside the bottomed holes and on portions of the surface of the wiring pad around the bottomed holes through openings of a mask; and a step of performing thermal compression to harden the electrically conductive paste such that the thickness of the electrically conductive paste on the portions of the surface of the wiring pad is smaller than the electrically conductive paste at the timing of being disposed through the openings of the mask.

A disclosed circuit arrangement includes a substrate having first bond pads coupled to a pattern of conductors. The first bond pads and the pattern of conductors are disposed on a first surface of the substrate. A first layer of adhesive is directly disposed on the first surface of the substrate and the pattern of conductors and has openings at the first bond pads. An electronic device has opposing first and second surfaces and is attached to the first surface of the substrate by the first surface of the electronic device in contact with the first layer of adhesive. The second surface of the electronic device has second bond pads. Bond wires are connected at the first bond pads through the openings in the first layer of adhesive and connected at the second bond pads.

MULTI-LAYER CIRCUIT BOARD

A multi-layer circuit board includes a first circuit board, multiple conducting blocks, a second circuit board, and multiple conducting recesses. The first circuit board has a first conductor layer formed thereon. The conducting blocks are mounted on the first circuit board and electrically connected to the first conductor layer. The second circuit board has a second conductor layer mounted thereon and facing the first circuit board. The conducting recesses are formed in the surface of the second circuit board. Each conducting recess has a conducting layer electrically connected to the second conductor layer. When the conducting blocks are mounted in the conducting recesses, the first conductor layer and the second conductor layer are electrically connected through the conducting blocks and the conducting recesses. As can be separated from the first circuit board for test of the two conductor layers, the yield of the second circuit board is enhanced.
