Manufacturing method of circuit carrier board structure
A circuit carrier board structure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an adhesive layer, and a plurality of contact pads. The first substrate includes a first surface and a second surface, and also includes a plurality of first build-up layers sequentially stacked. The first build-up layers include a first dielectric layer and a first circuit layer. The second substrate includes a third surface and a fourth surface, and also includes a plurality of second build-up layers sequentially stacked. The second build-up layers include a second dielectric layer and a second circuit layer. The second surface is combined to the third surface. The connection pads are on the first surface and electrically connected to the first circuit layer. The first substrate is electrically connected to the second substrate. A manufacturing method of the circuit carrier board structure is also provided.

A semiconductor chip module includes a PCB including first and second faces; a buffer on the first face; a first chip on the first face, and including a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal, a first signal being provided to the first connection terminal, and a second signal being provided to the second connection terminal; a second chip on the second face, and including a third connection terminal to which the first signal is provided, and a fourth connection terminal to which the second signal is provided. The first connection terminal and the third connection terminal receive the first signal from the buffer at the same time. The first connection terminal be is closer to the buffer as compared with the second connection terminal. The third connection terminal is closer to the buffer as compared with the fourth connection terminal.
Capacitor with improved heat dissipation
A capacitor comprises a first winding member, where the first winding member comprises a first dielectric layer and a first conductive layer. A second winding member comprises a second dielectric layer and second conductive layer. The first winding member is interleaved, partially or entirely, with the second winding layer. A dielectric package is adapted to at least radially contain or border the first winding member and the second winding member. A first metallic member has a generally planar, radially extending surface for electrically and mechanically contacting an upper portion the first conductive layer. A second metallic member has a generally planar, radially extending surface for electrically and mechanically contacting a lower portion of the second conductive layer.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POTTING AN LED LUMINAIRE POTTED IN A POTTING COMPOUND, AND LED LUMINAIRE
An LED luminaire and potting method having the following steps: introducing a configured luminaire into an at least partly optically transparent potting mold (16), such that the luminaire does not come into contact with the walls of the potting mold; introducing an optically transparent potting compound (18) into the potting mold (16) until at least the luminaire is surrounded; and detecting a quantity of bubbles by an optical sensor or image detector (14), wherein the pressure in the vacuum chamber (11) is controlled in order to influence the bubbles and/or a pivot/inclination device (12) is controlled in order to move the vacuum chamber (11) and/or the potting mold (16) in order to expel detected gas/air bubbles (19) out of the optically transparent potting compound (18).
BATTERY CHARGER
A battery charger may include a printed circuit board (PCB) having a first portion supporting alternating current (AC) electrical components and a second portion supporting direct current (DC) electrical components; an indicator including a light-emitting diode (LED) supported on the first portion of the PCB and operable to emit light; and an isolating member positioned on the first portion between the AC electrical components and the LED. A trace on the PCB may be electrically connected to the second portion of the PCB, the trace extending from the second portion and along the first portion, and the LED may be electrically connected to and receiving DC power through the trace, the LED being selectively positioned along a length of the trace. The LED may be positioned more than about 8 mm from the AC electrical components.

A printed circuit board includes a first chip component, a second chip component, and a printed wiring board. The first chip component and the second chip component each has a length L2 in the longitudinal direction. A relationship of 0.894≤L2/L1≤1.120 is satisfied, where L1 represents a length of the first opening in the longitudinal direction. A relationship of 0.894≤L2/4≤1.120 is satisfied, where length L4 represents a length of the second opening in the longitudinal direction. A relationship of 0.183≤L.sub.OA/L.sub.iA≤50.309 is satisfied, where L.sub.iA represents a length of the first land in the longitudinal direction, and L.sub.OA represents a thickness of solder on an end surface of the first electrode. A relationship of 0.183≤L.sub.OB/L.sub.iB≤0.309 is satisfied, where L.sub.iB represents a length of the second land in the longitudinal direction, and L.sub.OB represents a thickness of solder on an end surface of the second electrode.
RESIN SUBSTRATE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A resin substrate includes an insulating base material in which conductive particles are mixed with resin, and conductor patterns provided on the principal surfaces of the insulating base material. When a length at a position at which a distance between two conductor patterns that are adjacent to each other without directly electrically connecting to each other on the same principal surface of the insulating base material is smallest is indicated by L1 and a length at a position at which a distance between two conductor patterns that face each other without directly electrically connecting to each other between the different principal surfaces of insulating base materials is smallest is indicated by L2, L1 is larger than or equal to L2 (L1 L2).
Voltage regulator module
A voltage regulator module includes a first circuit board assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The first circuit board assembly includes a first printed circuit board, a plurality of switch elements and a first molding compound layer. The switch elements are mounted on a first surface of the first printed circuit board. The first molding compound layer is formed on the first surface of the first printed circuit board to encapsulate the switch elements. The magnetic core assembly is arranged beside a second surface of the first printed circuit board, and includes a magnetic core portion and at least one first U-shaped copper structure. The magnetic core portion includes a plurality of openings. Each first U-shaped copper structure is penetrated through two corresponding openings to define two inductors. A first terminal of each inductor and the corresponding switch element are connected in series to define a phase circuit.
Wiring board with built-in electronic component and method for manufacturing the same
A wiring board includes electronic components, a multilayer core substrate including insulating layers and conductive layers such that the insulating layers include a central insulating layer in the center position of the core in the thickness direction, a first build-up layer including an insulating layer and a conductive layer such that the insulating layer has resin composition different from that of the insulating layers in the core, and a second build-up layer including an insulating layer and a conductive layer such that the insulating layer has resin composition different from that of the insulating layers in the core. The core has cavities accommodating the electronic components, respectively, and including a first cavity and a second cavity such that the first and second cavities have different lengths in the thickness direction and are penetrating through the central layer at centers of the first and second cavities in the thickness direction.
MECHANICALLY-COMPLIANT AND ELECTRICALLY AND THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE LEADFRAMES FOR COMPONENT-ON-PACKAGE CIRCUITS
A component-on-package circuit may include a component for an electrical circuit and a circuit module attached to the component. The circuit module may have circuitry and at least one leadframe which connects the circuitry to the component both electrically and thermally. The leadframe may have a high degree of both electrical and thermal conductivity and a non-planar shape that provides spring-like cushioning of force applied to the component in the direction of the circuit module.
A method of making a component-on-package circuit may include attaching a component for an electrical circuit to a circuit module. The circuit module may have circuitry and at least one leadframe which connects the circuitry to the component after the attachment both electrically and thermally. The leadframe may have a high degree of both electrical and thermal conductivity and a non-planar shape that provides a spring-like cushioning of force applied to the component in the direction of the circuit module. The circuit module may be encapsulated in molding material after the circuit module has been attached to the component, without encapsulation the component at the same time.
