A display device includes: a substrate; an insulating layer on a top surface of the substrate; a plurality of light-emitting diodes on the insulating layer and including two light-emitting diodes spaced apart from each other and having a transmission area therebetween; an encapsulation member covering the plurality of light-emitting diodes; and a rear cover layer located on a rear surface of the substrate and including a first portion located in the transmission area, wherein the first portion includes a transparent material.

A display substrate, a method of manufacturing the display substrate, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels, a gate driving circuit, a plurality of input contact pads, a plurality of output contact pads and a contact pad insulating layer. Surfaces of the input contact pads away from the base substrate and surfaces of the output contact pads away from the base substrate are exposed from the contact pad insulating layer. The contact pad insulating layer includes a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness smaller than the first thickness. Edges of the input contact pads and edges of the output contact pads are covered by the first portion. The second portion is located in the region between the input contact pads and the output contact pads.

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate includes: a substrate; a first insulation layer on the substrate; a capacitor including a lower electrode on the first insulation layer, and an upper electrode arranged to overlap with the whole lower electrode and having an opening, and the upper electrode is insulated from the lower electrode by a second insulation layer; an inter-layer insulation film covering the capacitor; a node contact hole in the inter-layer insulation film and the second insulation layer, and within the opening; and a connection node on the inter-layer insulation film and electrically coupling the lower electrode and at least one TFT to each other through the node contact hole.
DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed is a display device, including: a substrate including a pixel area and a peripheral area; pixels provided in the pixel area as a plurality of pixel rows and a plurality of pixel columns; data lines configured to provide a data signal; scan lines configured to provide a scan signal; first power lines configured to provide a power source to the pixel columns; and a second power line connected to the first power lines and disposed in the peripheral area. A scan line connected to an i.sup.th pixel row may apply a scan signal to the i.sup.th pixel row, and a branched line branched from the scan line may apply an initialization signal to a k.sup.th pixel row (k≠i). A branched point of the scan line is disposed between a pixel most adjacent to the second power line of the i.sup.th pixel row and the second power line.

A display panel is provided. The display panel comprises an array substrate including a substrate and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the substrate, wherein each pixel unit includes a light emitting structure and a pixel driver circuit, the light emitting structure includes a reflective electrode, the driver circuit is disposed on a side of the light emitting structure adjacent to the substrate, the pixel driver circuit includes at least two thin-film-transistors and at least one capacitor, and orthogonal projections of at least two thin-film-transistors and at least one capacitor on a plane where the reflective electrode is located fall within the reflective electrode; a fingerprint recognition module including at least one fingerprint recognition unit, wherein an orthogonal projection of the fingerprint recognition unit on the array substrate at least partially overlaps with a transparent region on the array substrate; and a fingerprint recognition light source.

The plurality of pixels are arranged in a display area of the substrate, and each of the plurality of pixels includes a light emitting device, a first thin film transistor connected to the data line that supplies the data signal, a second thin film transistor connected to the current supply line, and a capacitor. The light emitting device includes a first electrode layer connected to the second thin film transistor, an organic layer formed on the first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer formed on the organic layer.

A display device includes: a plurality of pixels each including a driving thin film transistor and a storage capacitor, wherein each of the pixels further includes: a driving semiconductor layer including a driving channel region, a driving source region, and a driving drain region; a first electrode layer, a portion of the first electrode layer overlapping the driving channel region; a second electrode layer overlapping the first electrode layer; a node connection line having a first side connected to the first electrode layer; a pixel electrode overlapping the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and a shielding layer between the first electrode layer and the pixel electrode and overlapping the first electrode layer, the node connection line, and the pixel electrode.
