ELECTRIC VACUUM CLEANING APPARATUS

To provide an electric vacuum cleaning apparatus that can disinfect the surface to be cleaned by atomizing electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid and spraying or spreading the atomized electrolyzed water to this surface while moving on this surface. The electric vacuum cleaning apparatus includes: an electric blower that generates suction vacuum pressure; a suction air passage equipped with a suction port and fluidly connected to a suction side of the electric blower; an electrolyzed-water generator that electrolyzes water to produce electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid; and an atomizer that atomizes the electrolyzed water produced by the electrolyzed-water generator and supplies the atomized electrolyzed water to a surface to be cleaned.

ELECTRIC VACUUM CLEANING APPARATUS AND CLEANING HEAD

To provide an electric vacuum cleaning apparatus and a cleaning head can continuously perform both of suction cleaning and wiping for disinfecting the surface to be cleaned together. The apparatus includes: an electric blower that generates suction vacuum pressure; a suction air passage equipped with a suction port and fluidly connected to a suction side of the electric blower; an electrolyzed-water generator that electrolyzes water to produce electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid; a wiping-member attachment to which a wiping member is detachably attached; and a supply mechanism that supplies the electrolyzed water to at least one of a surface to be cleaned and the wiping member that is attached to the wiping-member attachment.

Ground Tank Cleaning Method and System

A large bore mobile vacuum system is used with special large bore vacuum adapters to enable a method and system for cleaning ground tanks used to store wastewater. The ground tank cleaning method and system may be safer and more efficient that conventional methods by enabling a human operator to physically remain outside of the ground tank, while preventing the contents of the ground tank from being exposed to the environment during the ground tank cleaning.

A vacuum accessory may include a head including a head body defining an inlet and a fitting interface, the head body extending from a fitting interface to a base and enclosing a cavity. A fitting includes a fitting body symmetrically disposed about a longitudinal axis of the fitting. The fitting body defines a fitting inlet, an outlet, and a flow path connecting the fitting inlet and the outlet. The fitting is connected to the head at the fitting interface and a fluid flow path fluidly connects the inlet and the outlet. A blade is removably coupled to the head and at least partially disposed within the cavity of the head. The blade includes a flat blade body that is coplanar with a reference plane dividing the fitting body and containing the longitudinal axis of the fitting.

FLOOR CLEANER WITH A MOVABLY MOUNTED SUCTION NOZZLE

A floor vacuum cleaner for cleaning a floor surface has a chassis with a chassis frame for traveling over the floor surface. A suction nozzle aspirates an airflow in the region of the floor surface. The suction nozzle is mounted relative to the chassis in the direction of travel to the front left and front right in each case by way of a mounting arrangement formed of a journal and a guide. The mounting arrangement allows a tilting of the suction nozzle about the journals, a rotation of the suction nozzle about a longitudinal axis, and a vertical movement of the suction nozzle, but a movement of the suction nozzle in the longitudinal direction of the chassis is prevented.

A suction nozzle for a hard-surface suction appliance includes a base body including a suction surface to which a suction channel is connected. A suction unit can be connected on a first side of the base body which is remote from the suction surface in order to form a suction flow. The base body further includes a bottom wall, a top wall, and first and second side walls. The base body is divided into suction chambers by at least first and second partition walls.

Cleaner head

A cleaner head for a cleaning appliance, comprising a brushbar, a housing defining a chamber which at least partially surrounds the brushbar, the chamber having a dirty air inlet and a dirty air outlet, and a scraper having a working edge which extends in the longitudinal direction of the brushbar. The scraper is arranged such that, in use, the working edge scrapes debris entrained by the brushbar from the brushbar. The working edge has a profile which is shaped such that debris which accumulates at the working edge is drawn by the airflow through the cleaner head along the working edge towards the dirty air outlet.

Shop vac

A shop vac includes a handle, a canister, a vacuum tube, and a pick-up device. The canister holds an enclosure that generates a negative pressure by forcing compressed, high velocity air through a orifice plug and out a muffler to create a vacuum in the enclosure. The vacuum in the enclosure is transferred to the vacuum tube and the pick-up device to pick up liquid or debris on a shop floor. The enclosure inside the canister includes a flow control valve such as a ball in cage device to prevent fluid from entering the enclosure. An evacuation spout is located at the bottom of the canister for draining the vacuum when the canister becomes full.
