A touch display device is disclosed. The touch display device includes a touch electrode and a touch routing line that are disposed on an area that is different from an area where a spacer is disposed. Thus, a touch sensing function can be provided in the touch display device while reducing an influence that a touch sensor structure affects a viewing angle of an image.

A display device can include a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels, an overcoating layer on the substrate and including a base portion and protrusion portions, a first electrode corresponding to each of the plurality of sub-pixels and covering the base portion and the protrusion portions, a bank on a portion of the first electrode, an organic layer on the first electrode and the bank, a second electrode on the organic layer, an encapsulation unit on the second electrode, and a color filter on the encapsulation unit. The color filter can overlap another portion of the first electrode that is exposed by the bank. Therefore, it is possible to improve a luminance viewing angle and lateral visibility by disposing the color filter to overlap the emission area alone.

A method of manufacturing a display panel includes fabricating a display portion on a glass substrate; forming a barrier layer on the glass substrate outside the display portion; forming an encapsulation film on the barrier layer and the display portion; and obtaining a panel area by removing the barrier layer and the encapsulation film outside a predetermined limited area on the glass substrate. The predetermined limited area corresponds to the display portion.

An organic light-emitting diode device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The organic light-emitting diode device includes an array substrate, a light-emitting layer and a thin-film encapsulation layer stacked in order from bottom to top. The thin-film encapsulation layer includes a first inorganic layer, an organic layer and at least one dielectric structure layer in a stack. There is the dielectric structure layer is disposed in the thin-film encapsulation layer.

A display apparatus includes: a substrate; a display element on the substrate; an encapsulation layer on the display element, and including a dye and a first organic material; a first refractive layer on the encapsulation layer, and having an opening corresponding to the display element; and a second refractive layer covering the first refractive layer, the second refractive layer including a pigment and a second organic material, and having a refractive index different from a refractive index of the first refractive layer.

A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer including a reinforcing layer disposed on the base layer and transistors disposed on the reinforced layer, where each of the transistors includes a semiconductor pattern including a source, an active, a drain, and a gate, and a display layer including a light-emitting diode connected to the transistors, where the reinforcing layer overlaps three or more actives among actives of the transistors. Some of semiconductor patterns of the transistors include polysilicon, others of the semiconductor patterns of the transistors include oxide, and a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the polysilicon is shorter than a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the oxide.

A display apparatus a substrate including a lower organic layer, a lower barrier layer, an upper organic layer, and an upper barrier layer, which are sequentially stacked on each other, a pixel circuit layer on the substrate, and a display element layer on the pixel circuit layer. The upper barrier layer includes a first inorganic barrier layer on the upper organic layer, a shielding layer on the first inorganic barrier layer, the shielding layer comprising an oxide semiconductor material, and a second inorganic barrier layer on the shielding layer.

The present disclosure provides a display panel, a display device, and a manufacturing method. The display panel includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area and having a first groove in the non-display area; a driver circuit layer on a side of the display area of the substrate; a display function layer on a side of the driving circuit layer away from the substrate; an encapsulation layer on a side of the display function layer away from the driver circuit layer, the encapsulation layer including an inorganic encapsulation layer extending to the non-display area, and a part of the inorganic encapsulation layer being in the first groove; and a dam on the non-display area, an orthographic projection of the dam on the substrate being between the first groove and the display area, and the dam being covered by the inorganic encapsulation layer.

A display device includes: a substrate including a first display area, a second display area including a light-transmitting part, and a third display area between the first and second display areas; a first subpixel including a first TFT on the first display area and a first light-emitting element on and electrically connected to the first TFT; a second subpixel including a second TFT on the third display area and a second light-emitting element, which is on the second display area and does not overlap with the second TFT in a plan view; a thin-film encapsulation layer on the first and second subpixels,; and a first transparent conductive layer between the second TFT and the second light-emitting element to electrically connect the second TFT and the second light-emitting element. The thin-film encapsulation layer has a refractive index of about 1.5 to about 1.7.
