MOBILE CLEANING ROBOT WITH A BIN
This document describes a mobile cleaning robot including a chassis having a forward portion and an aft portion; a blower affixed to the chassis; a bin supported by the chassis and configured to receive airflow from the blower, the chassis enabling evacuation of the bin through a bottom of the robot. The bin includes a top, a bottom, a sidewall, and an internal barrier. The bin includes a first volume and a second volume separated by the internal barrier and a filter unit supported by the internal barrier and removably disposed in an airflow path between the first volume that includes an intake port in the bin and the second volume that includes an exhaust port in the bin.
DEBRIS COLLECTION DEVICE FOR AUTONOMOUS CLEANING ROBOTS
The present disclosure provides, in one aspect, a debris collection device for an autonomous cleaning robot includes a cleaning pad portion configured to contact a floor surface. The cleaning pad portion includes a backing and at least one cleaning pad connected to a bottom surface of the backing. The autonomous cleaning robot includes a vacuum bag portion configured to collect at least a portion of debris removed from the floor surface by a vacuum assembly of the autonomous cleaning robot. A volume of the vacuum bag portion is positioned vertically above the cleaning pad portion.
VACUUM CLEANER MAIN UNIT
The present disclosure provides a vacuum cleaner main unit which is firstly provided with a mounting seat, a battery, a motor, and a dust cup. The battery, the motor, and the dust cup are all mounted on the mounting seat; the mounting seat is provided with a handle and an air inlet pipe; the air inlet pipe is fixedly connected to the handle; the motor is detachably mounted on the mounting seat; the position of the motor corresponds to the position of the handle; the battery is detachably mounted on a first end part of the motor; the dust cup is detachably mounted on a second end part of the motor; and the position of the dust cup corresponds to the position of the air inlet pipe. Compared to the existing art, the present disclosure has the advantages that the suction loss of a vacuum cleaner is reduced, and the suction power is increased, so that the weight of the vacuum cleaner is distributed more uniformly, and it is more labor-saving when the vacuum cleaner is held in a hand to do cleaning.
CLEANING APPARATUS
A cleaning apparatus may include a cleaning unit that is kept from moving downwardly from a predetermined limit position. The apparatus body includes a positioning member that positions the cleaning unit at the limit position. The cleaning unit includes an intake nozzle that is arranged at a position separated from the surface to be cleaned by a predetermined gap, a cam member that holds the cleaning unit at the limit position, and an operation input unit that changes the limit position to a higher position by moving the cleaning unit upward by operating the cam member.
Bucket lid for auxiliary cyclone dust collector
A bucket lid for a cyclone dust collector is configured to fit onto a standard pail or bucket, with a circumferential rim forming an outer edge of the lid, a central mounting disk onto which the cyclone is mounted, and a series of baffles extending circumferentially around the lid between the mounting disk and the rim. These baffles extend downward into the bucket to interfere with swirl in the bucket from dust discharged from the cyclone. The baffles may be radial ribs alternating with ramped coffers. The lid may be formed of anti-static polypropylene.
Vacuum
A cleaner includes: a main body that forms an external shape; a dust container that is separably combined with the main body and stores dust separated from air; a dust container cover that is configured to open and close the dust container; a handle unit that is disposed behind the dust container; and an operating member that is configured to provide operation force to the dust container cover by moving in a first direction and to release a holding mechanism for preventing separation of the dust container from the main body by moving in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
Cleaner
A cleaner capable of separating a dust separator from a main body and separating a dust container from the dust separator by using a button. The cleaner includes: a main body; a dust separator detachably coupled to the main body configured to separate dust contained in air; a dust container detachably coupled to the dust separator; and a button configured to separate the dust separator from the main body and separate the dust container from the dust separator, when the dust separator is separated from the main body.
Cleaner
A cleaner includes: a main body that forms an external shape; a dust container that is separably combined with the main body and stores dust separated from air; a dust container cover that is configured to open and close the dust container; a handle unit that is disposed behind the dust container; and an operating member that is configured to provide operation force to the dust container cover by moving in a first direction and to release a holding mechanism for preventing separation of the dust container from the main body by moving in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
Vacuum Storage Container
A vacuum storage container includes a container body and a lid with a silicone ring operably positioned therebetween. A cavity is disposed in the lid, the cavity being sized and shaped to receive a vacuum device therein. A central through hole is provided in the cavity which enables air to enter and exit the container body. A silicone sealing plug is set inside the central through hole. The sealing plug body runs through the central through hole, an upper end of the lid is connected to the sealing plug top, and a lower end of the lid is connected to the sealing plug bottom. When the vacuum device is in operation, the silicone sealing plug is moved to the open state, so that air inside the vacuum storage container passes through first and second circumferential clearances, and between the lower end of the sealing plug top and the upper end of the lid, to discharge out of the vacuum storage container.
FLOOR CLEANER
A floor cleaner having a recovery tank, a suction source, and a filter basket. The suction source is configured to generate an airflow along a fluid flow path to draw fluid and debris from a surface to be cleaned into the recovery tank. The recovery tank has an outlet duct on a tank body. The filter basket is positioned in the outlet duct on the tank body and configured to filter debris from the airflow.
